We had a fantastic dining experience at Simar’s, previously known as Khaan's, during our stay at the Hilton. The service was excellent, and the butter chicken was exceptional—rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a delight! The ambiance was inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, all of which were superb, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable meal. We ended up dining there every day! I highly recommend Simar’s for anyone looking for a delicious taste of Indian cuisine.

Came here for some lunch during my holiday in Mallorca. Absolutely lovely food and owner. Me and my girlfriend ordered chicken tikka and korma very delicious with the naan bread dipping it into the sources. We also got a free complimentary poppadoms with 4 different dips to start with! I Highly recommend to come here.

We ordered two garlic naans and a butter chicken and a mix veg, also a chicken briyani to share. all these dishes tastes amazing. and on top it great service. must give a try.

It was a great experience as it is rare to find authentic Indian food. A very warm welcome and excellent customer service was a bonus to the taste. It is Halal which is another good attraction.

Great Indian food. Tried kadhai chicken and lamb balti with butter naan. Quite amazing flavours. The lamb in particular was brilliant. Ended with pista and mango once cream with cream. It was lovely with beautiful flavours.

Three times we’ve been to khan’s and each time we’ve had a great meal with excellent service. The best curry in Santa Ponsa (and we are regulars!). Cannot recommend enough!

Update Wir waren inzwischen oft hier , das Essen ist verlässlich immer sehr, sehr gut. heute chicken tikka jalfrezi. Einfach nur Wow! Optisch einfaches Lokal mit geschmacklich feinem und qualitativ hochwertigem indischen Essen.

We’ve had Chicken Masala and Chicken Korma with some rice on side and some cheese naan bread, everything was very delicious! Also the service is very polite and thoughtful. We highly reccomend for a nice and quiet evening! Thank you!

Lovely meal for 5 people. Great use of spices . Superb flavours. Very authentic. Nice and clean . Great english speaking waiter. Not as hot as UK in general so if you like spicy hot pls ask. We use Lahore in Leeds/ Bradford and Khaans is just as good. Good price at £130 with 2 bottles of nice (house wine). You get dips with popadoms and they were the best ive ever had. Not SAUCE as the poor review says. We eat there night before that review. Did they ever visit .???? Looks strange with other good reviews. Visit for yourselves you will be impressed. Thank you. Walked past the first night I arrived and the food smelt amazing. Went back the next day and wasn't disappointed at all. Service was gracious and non intrusive. The gentleman that served us, Was very polite. the food was very flavourful and spiced very nicely, I had the chicken jalfrezi and mushroom rice with kema naan. This place is fabulous- start with food as that’s the main aspect. We got all good options we wanted and the taste was spot on. The staff was friendly and catered all needs. The taste of food was fantastic and can even challenge some places for taste wise as compared to UK even though we come from curry capital of UK

From London so used to quality Indian food. By far, really good Indian food for being outside the UK. Service was really good, and the atmosphere catered to the needs of our large group that consisted of todlers also. Will recommend to anyone visiting Palma that fancies an Indian to visit Khaans. We had such a lovely experience here. The owner is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about his guests, which makes you feel immediately welcome. It was also a real pleasure to have a nice chat with Singh. The food was of excellent quality fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with passion. Had an amazing meal at Simar's Spice Village. The staff were very accommodating, checking on how we wanted our curries, spicy, hot, mild, they even done coconut rice for me to go with my creamy mild curry. On our next visit, I would definitely go back there and have another enjoyable meal. Hope that the restaurant goes from strength to strength. Good luck.

I have too say its not the best on the eye when you walk past just looks like your average restaurant abroad…. But Wow! Best tasting Indian we have ever had anywhere seriously…. Außergewöhnlich gute indische Küche! Wir waren hier aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen und sind begeistert! Geschmacklich wunderbar aufeinander abgestimmte Gewürze, die den Gerichten die besondere Note verleihen. Wir waren vor Jahren bereits in Indien und hier findet sich in den Speisen genau dieser Charme wieder. GEHEIMTIPP am Ende der Straße, der einen Besuch lohnt. Allerdings ist der Name aktuell nicht mehr Khaans, sondern Simars Spice.

The food was great value for money. We got the menu deal for a main, drink and starter which was priced well. Everything tasted great! Not the best I have had but it was authentic Indian and of great quality. I am pleased.

Ate here twice with my family. The food here is amazing, really authentic Indian food. The service is friendly and excellent; if you want something more spicy or less spicy just ask. Can't recommend it enough - would gladly go back. My 6 year old said it was the best Korma in the world, he's not wrong!

Very nice Indian establishment. It’s been here 22 years but 4 under the current owner, who is a very friendly fellow from India (and the UK). The dishes are very reasonable and not over spiced or over salted, which is good, meaning it tastes good and feels healthy. Liquor is also very reasonably priced (seems that way most places on the island!). I had the set menu (14 euros) which was generous. Really had a great meal here and I recommend it to anyone looking for Indian cuisine.

Simars Spice lovely Indian restaurant, had a lovely chicken madras, nice and tasty sauce with succulent chicken! A little pricey when the bill was added up compared to back home but meal was nice nonetheless! Came to approx 25euros for chicken madras, chips, plain nan and a pint of coke! They also brought out a popadom with small chutney tray complimentary!

This Indian restaurant is really delicious. We can recommend everything the food was so tasty, the service was really friendly, the location itself especially outside looks really adorable. We enjoyed our stay and will come back!

Fantastic value for money! We ate here tonight as a family of five including a 2 year old, outstanding service and great food. We had a mixture of the set menu for two and regular meals, portion sizes were large and quality was excellent, would definitely recommend and eat here again.

WOW- All around fantastic experience!! I regret not taking pictures of our meals! Such a great atmosphere being able to sit outside in the evening and our service was impeccable. He was hardworking, friendly, and answered all of our questions. The chicken curry with a side of rice and garlic naan was so flavorful and went well with the (large) glass of house red wine. We had good portions to fill us up and there were great options for vegans/vegetarians that my friends ordered as well.

Wonderful food and host! I ordered Vegetable Korma and my husband had Chicken Tikka Masala. Both were excellent. The naan was served with a dipping sauce which was unlike anything we’ve had before, very delicious. The restaurant owner was very friendly and personable and actually gave us two beers in the house. The best Indian food I've ever tasted. My partner had the Butter Chicken and I went for the Chicken Tikka Dhansak - both were absolutely delicious along with the sides of rice, chips and garlic naan breads. The waiter was also very pleasant and attentive - Khaan's is most definitely worth it.

Visited Simar’s Spice (name of restaurant has recently been changed from Khaan’s). It was the last night of our holiday and I am so glad we came to Simar’s. The food was so lovely! Very much recommend the chicken tikka & the lamb jalfrezi (it’s so good). We also asked if they could make matar paneer for us which wasn’t on the menu and they very happily did it without even a question - and it also was really nice. Would 100% come back, owner is so sweet! 😄

Letztes Jahr haben wir bereits einmal hier gegessen - ich hatte das Butter Chicken. Letztes Mal war ich etwas enttäuscht aber dieses Mal hatte ich das Chicken Tikka Tandoori, serviert auf einer heißen Platte. Ich muss sagen, dass mich nicht nur die Präsentation beeindruckt hat, sondern dass das Essen dieses Mal wirklich super war. Der Kellner war auch wie beim letzten Mal enorm höflich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Den Mango-Lassi gerne auch ohne Erdbeersirup (und Kümmel?).. ansonsten kommen wir sehr gerne jedes Jahr wieder! Preis-Leistung ist top!

I absolutely love Indian food, especially my Lamb Tikka Masala so being in Mallorca for the first time I had to stop by and try it. Food was good, not the best I've had but I'll give it second place. The food came with a complimentary dish, it was like an Indian version of chips and salsa that you would get in a Mexican restaurant and the sauces were amazing. Better than my food unfortunately but it was far behind in flavor. Only thing I didn't like about this place is that everything is a la carte so that bill adds up quickly.

Got in late at 2330 and got some dinner take away. The Curries were delicious really appreciate something so tasty so late. Definitely worth a visit.

Leider ein sehr unschönes Lokal - zu Mittag ist es einem nicht ganz klar ob es offen hat oder nicht. Das Butterchicken hat leider nichts mit dem einem von mir bekannten Butterchicken zu tun. Die Portionen eher klein und Naan sowie Reis schmeckten leider nach nichts

La comida no es destacable. Las samosas estaban durísimas y en el biryani de cordero y gambas encontramos un pelo. El camarero era simpático pero no hablaba nada español. No es un lugar para repetir, estaba vacío en la hora de la cena.

Rubish food. Small portion size and over priced. Ordered bhuna meat which was cooked in the same vegetable sauce which comes with the starters complementary. Starters looks and taste like not fresh at all. Very chewy and no taste at all just food colour all over the BBQ's. Basically what ever you order will be cooked in the same sauce so doesn't matter what are you ordering.

I would not recommend that place if you looking to eat nice, healthy meal. Felt unwell after having dinner there. For the 1/2 the price you can have nice tapas and beer in nearby restaurant. Meal for two + coke and water over €40. Not the best value for money either.

To be honest it wasn't great. I don't enjoy burn your mouth off hot curry but this was exceptionally bland. The meat was tough. It was supposed to be lamb but was more like mutton. The garlic in the naan was raw. We were the only people in the restaurant. Maybe that should have been the clue... Or perhaps we just hit on a bad day. We love our Indian food as a rule, but we won't be eating here again.

Came here as the reviews and pictures looked good. Got served raw chicken for my starter, no apology from the staff. Poor service and didn’t enjoy food as I was paranoid about the meat being cooked.

Hands down the worse Indian food I’ve ever had. First red flag was that no one else was in the restaurant. Server took our order, gave us our drinks and the ice in those glasses could’ve sunk a luxury cruise ship was wild. Waiting for our food we where next to the kitchen and started to here ping of a microwave thought nothing of it at the time until we got our food. Luke warm mixed kebab and soggy pakora. The microwave now makes sense. The food was bland, the tikka had no flavour and I could swear I had Uncle Bens microwave rice as well. Nice Naan bread though pretty much what the 1 star is for. Never again.

BEWARE OF FOOD POISONING!!! We had dinner (nothing specially spicy) and we spent the next 5 days with very strong gastroenteritis,vomiting and strong nausea. We had to visit Palma’s hospital. We got lucky, it could have gotten much worse. Hepatitis,e.coli,campylobacter... It really spoiled my one week vacation to Santa Ponça. They said the manager was going to contact me to give me their apologies. This never happened. Even if the sauces tasted good, believe me, is not worth it. im used to spicy and Indian food, definitely the food was spoiled.
