Bought breakfast sandwiches for 8 the day after Thanksgiving. Everything was made to order.
We've all eaten Mickey-D's so no food review. BUT! This McDonald's was SUPER clean and someone was cleaning something the whole time we were there. Also, this was the FRIENDLIEST bunch of folks of any McDonald's we have eaten at. Food was good. Everything was clean. Staff were super friendly. Highly recommend!
Idk why McDonald's does this, and it's not just some locations, but most. Why add cold sliced cheese to a McGriddle if ur just gonna leave it like that. Why not try to at least match the temp with the rest of the breakfast sandwich? Just saying
Let's just say the adult esthetic blows and I hate it. They were having some type of inspection, but IDK if it was city, state or company. While we are I watched the managers interact with inspector and their staff. Respectful Energetic and kind. Burger for my friend was hit and perfect. My double filet was half ass cold. But I did not want to interrupt what they had going on, and it wasn't worth making a production of it, and did not want to wait. The place was VERY clean. Staff was VERY polight. We watched shift change and found the workers there to change shift seamlessly.
The evening crew seem to all really enjoy working there it's a really good McDonald's compared to some the others
Thank you for the kind & courteous service. I really love the Fries & Nuggets, but must be "fresh & hot". Also, your Mocha Frappee is very delicious and I've found that it RELIEVES my Chronic Headaches & Migraines. Doesn't cure or fix the problem. Please consult a doctor about that. Thank you 😊
They forgot my dipping sauce for my nuggets and I specifically asked if they stand my fries up and I'll be damned if I get home and half my fries are dumped out in my bag the girls were pretty here but apparently not that smart
It’s something new everyday with this McDonald’s 😂 one day my burger patty tastes an hour old, next the soda sucks, next they can’t get my order right, next their fries are bad. Like everytime I come Its like a game to see what’s messed up or trash this time which sucks because the people who work there are really nice but the food and service is just always terrible. Need some serious training
I am taking an honest look at the McDs chicken sandwich. They are not doing it justice. The chicken cooked too long. The taste is not there at all. Seriously, the one thing they truly got right here is the bun. Nice taste, not heavy, and over all well done. Try it if you want something other than a hamburger but don't expect it to be remarkable.
When I got there to get somebody's order for doordash well I told the manager but the manager the white lady and maybe not in her fifties was so rude she was so so rude she needs to go to classes to learn how to talk to people right and answer people right that's why people don't want to go to out to eat in McDonald's in daingerfield and plus the employees some of them Play look at you like you're stupid
This drive thru always gets or order wrong!
My family and I came up through the drive thru this afternoon and ordered lunch. When we made it to the second window and grabbed our bag, whoever put the fries into the bag just toss them in and the medium sized container only had a few fries, the rest were in the bottom of the bag. My wife asked if they could fix it and the girl (she was nice) working the window asked her manager and her manager said there was nothing they can do about it. That's really bad customer service will not be coming back to this place again.
Driving through this morning and stopped to get breakfast there. Wife and zi both ordered sausage mcmuffins with egg amd we got a bunch of egg shells in the eggs. There was 2 pieces in mine, and my wife got like 5 or 6 pieces. That makes for a bad breakfast when you start crunching on egg shells. It's so easy to see them when you first crack the egg, why leave them in there to cook and serve to customers. Definitely won't stop there again of that's how little the kitchen staff cares about the food they hand out, what else do they just let slide??
The inside is always disgusting!! The reason everyone does the drive thru is not just for speed. The floors are always greasy easy fall risk and bathroom never has toilet paper. The toilets are corroding and the hand dryer is filthy.
I just went to the drive thru, my total was 32 Dlls, I gave to the cashier 26 Dlls in cash and I gave her my card to charge the rest, when I saw my card account I noticed that she charged me $59
Was waiting out in my car to get food for my grandbabies when I seen a bunch of police show up, and one of the workers I believe his name was treyson tried to fight a customer because he was getting his drink off the counter, just wanted to let everyone know I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in the tri-state area
Whoever was working the register around 8 was super rude and condescending for no reason. The place is dirty, filled with flies and food on the ground. Nobody was at the front taking orders for a good couple of minutes and were ignoring customers when called for. Will not be coming back there and I recommend staying away from this McDonald's.
Had a totally horrific experience here at the Dangerfield McDonald's. From the pit bulls running loose in the parking lot to a cook on his break, walking around with his pants waist line down to his knees. The tables were really dirty so we had to sit at separate seats. The cook with his pants down to his knees was taking up the largest table in the room. He had taken his boots off airing his feet out. When he was done he went right to the back and began to work. (Yuckkk) I wouldn't recommend for anyone to bring their family here.
We had to wait 30 minutes for our food to get ready and I had ordered a iced coffee and they waited 30 minutes to tell me that it's gonna take them 18 more minutes to clean it before my order was ready. So for a total of 48 minutes I waited for a ten piece nugget a large fry and an iced coffee. And wen I got the iced coffee it taste like cleaner. And all the manager could say as well I'm sry I tried my best.
Woman - Person of color was rude. Always order my coffee with add ons online at this location, gave my mother watered down coffee. Then had massive attitude, was asked politely to remake it. Trust me I don’t like seeing food service workers being mistreated, but you definetly deserve it. Disgusting I’m a manager myself, get rid of her Do better ;)
The lady behind the counter did not pay attention When we placed our order and got the order completely wrong. Told her 3 times sweet tea and I still got plane. I don't understand. We ordered 3 doubles cheese 1 no onions and two McChickens a LG sweet tea.... not hard right?¿?¿ Apparently it is. Food was thrown together and tasted bad....
DID NOT EAT HERE. ONLY STOPPED TO USE THE RESTROOM, BUT IF THE REST OF THE STORE IS LIKE THE RESTROOM...I'M NOT SURE I WOULD WANT TO. SEEMS THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN RENOVATED RECENTLY BEING THAT THE PICTURE THEY HAVE POSTED LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT IS THERE NOW. ALL I'M GOING TO SAY IS THAT MAKE UP CAN ONLY COVER SO MUCH. HOPEFULLY THE FOOD TASTE BETTER.
