This is a great place for breakfast, cozy atmosphere, comfy seats. The staff is nice and quick with orders. Food was great, I had steak and eggs with orange juice and coffee. I liked their homestyle fries. Prices are good too. I would definitely come back again here for breakfast.

We were seated very quickly and greeted by such a nice and friendly waitress named Josie. She was completely on point and gave us exceptional good service, it was a blessing to meet her!! The food was very good and didn't take long to come out. We'll definitely be going back there next time we are in that area!!

My friends and I found this place right by our hotel. It has that all American diner vibe. They had their menu posted on the windows and that’s what caught our attention because we were starving for breakfast. So we decided to see if we could get a table. When we walked inside it was extremely packed but expected as it was a Sunday morning but they were able to seat us immediately. There were a lot of people seating at the tables outside as well. The waitress quickly came by and got our orders. The food and drinks came out quickly after. The food was delicious! The price was diner prices very cheap and affordable. Really shocking as this place is located in Time Square. They are open for long hours as well. This place is great and I recommend everyone visit them. I will definitely be returning for the food, service and price point.

Excellent food, fast service and quick seating. The margarita pizza was superb with a perfect sauce and fresh Mozzarella. The French toast was THE best French toast I've ever had, perfectly fluffy with a satisfyingly, light hint of vanilla. Garden omelet was cooked a little too well but had a nice variety of veggies. The roasted potatoes were delicious.

This gem in a busy area truly gives the diner feel, and I am so glad I made this my lunch stop while visiting NY. It is a busy diner, so if there are reservations, I highly recommend it. I would definitely give this location another try on my next visit to NY.

First time in my life I’ve had this American pancakes and I’ve started perfectly. It was an amazing breakfast. The place is highly appreciated by people and you need to wait for abt 10-15 min to get a table but it’s worth it. Fluffy and tasty pancakes with or without maple syrup, perfectly fried ham and eggs, good service, clean, fast, friendly stuff...

Another nice diner in NYC and this one is not too far from Times Square - they are quick and the food is delicious - my favorite was the skillet, nice and clean establishment - one of my friends order the pancake platter and if you mind, it’s not a problem but I don’t agree with the eggs being served on top of your pancakes — not sure if they are attempting to preserve dishes but I recommend they do not plate the food in this way —every single person that was seating nearby requested for an additional plate and removed the eggs off top of their pancakes.

Family of four and had lunch at this diner. It’s a really traditional NY diner - no frills, excellent food and service. Pizza was good, grilled cheese had kiddo approval, price pretty reasonable. Server was lovely.

Came here for breakfast around 9am (with a reservation on OpenTable) and was seated right away. The restaurant was pretty crowded, but there were still a few open tables. This place is called a coffee shop, but it's much much more than that. They offer different types of tea (i got the green tea), smoothies, juices, and an assortment of breakfast items. They have french toast, pancakes, omelettes, and more. I ordered the steak and eggs, and my mom ordered the garden omelette. Both of these dishes came with home fries (YUM) and toast (white or whole wheat). The food was great, but it was the service that brought this place to a whole other level. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive. She was helpful when we were figuring out what to order, and would constantly refill our teas and coffees throughout our meal. When she took away the dish of creams, she noticed I had put some into my tea and left me 2 just in case I wanted more. It's these little things that really impressed me, and I would go back just because of the incredible service.

This is our 2nd time to Andrews and we had the breakfast service twice although the dinner menu looks great! The service is always and I mean always great. We've never had to wait, we walk in and get seated at our table. Tables and floors are always clean and the servers are very attentive especially Rasa....she's great! I would recommend this diner each visit. I've never given a restaurant 5 Stars in each category and this is the 1st time. Great Job Andrews and Rasa defining what real dining is suppose to look like. My wife said French Toast is Amazing and I took the picture off a half eaten plate...lol

In town from Louisville for Basketball so just walking downtown looking for food and came across this spot and they didn't disappoint. Service was just fine. We tried 3 appetizers potato skins, mozzarella sticks, and wings all were good. We all were pleased with our entrees and we also got a slice of cheesecake and apple. Would definitely go back.

The lengthy morning wait in this place became a forgotten inconvenience the moment the food arrived. There's something about perfectly cooked bacon and eggs that sets the day off right. But it was the omelet that truly took me back. The Mexican omelet, in particular, was a standout, packed with flavor, the kind of breakfast I hadn't enjoyed in ages. The potatoes, too, were something special. There must be a secret ingredient in the New York air that makes potatoes taste better, and this place had it figured out. It’s rare to find a spot that gets it just right, making those potatoes a memorable part of the meal. It made me want to take up cooking lessons just to replicate that perfect taste. Amidst the bustling morning, our server, who I remember was Asian and I assume Japanese, added a layer of warmth to our experience. It’s wasn't every day I see such diversity in service here, and his professionalism and kindness didn't go unnoticed. Despite the rush, he made us feel welcomed and unhurried.

Very busy for Sunday breakfast but seated reasonably quickly-very organized. I ordered pancakes & eggs & my husband got an omelet-it was all delicious. Staff was very friendly. Seated next to us was a man from Australia who needed directions & the manager/owner (???) not only gave him verbal directions but printed out which bus transfers he would need-so friendly & helpful. Great place to eat and great staff.

Great food, lots of Mexican dishes but also other things, super tasty and fresh. Very friendly service. I love the diner atmosphere, very down to earth. Highly recommend.

Very nice & true east coast diner centrally located in Manhattan just blocks from Penn station & Madison Square Gardens. A quality breakfast with full size portions (pancakes are a must try), good coffee & great service (👍to Agnes for taking such good care of a 1 top while the restaurant was very busy). Expect to wait for a table, but it's not long and the wait is worth it. A great family atmosphere in a family run business.

True American dinner atmosphere, don't be scared off by the queue they really do have things sorted, 20+ people ahead of us in the queue but only waited 15 minutes to be seated. We were served in a timely manner, the food was great, portions were plentiful, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Lots to choose from, fried breakfast, pancakes, smoothies, pastries, and all at a reasonable price, $42 for two people we had pancakes and drinks.

We stopped at this cute diner for a quick bite before a concert last night. The atmosphere was cozy and friendly. We ordered grilled chicken with avacado on multigrain and a chicken cheesesteak panini. Our food was delicious and hit the spot! If I could give service more than 5 stars, I would. I had lost my ring and when they noticed me walking around scanning the floor, several of the staff helped look, and eventually, they found it! So grateful for their caring and helpfulness!!

Great diner! We went around 9am and it was packed but the line moves cast. We waited around 5 mins and got seated. The team was friendly and quick in terms of suggestion, food preparation and delivery. We had such a good meal, good ambience and great time.

The staff is great, especially our very attentive waitress at the counter. The food was hot and came out quick. Home fries were crispy and seasoned! It’s a fast paced place, but you’re never rushed. I was full after my breakfast, but they had tons of options for baked goods that looked amazing. Andrew’s is a must for breakfast if you’re in NY.

hadn’t been here in a while, so I was really excited to come back—and the food did not disappoint. Everything was great from start to finish. Because of my height, I initially had trouble finding a place that was comfortable to sit, but the manager (I didn’t catch his name) really worked with me and found a great solution. That level of care truly made the experience even better. Juan was an amazing server—attentive, friendly, and on point the entire time. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back.

Very good place for breakfast. Service was excellent and the portion sizes are generous. Coffee was also good. The booths are a bit cramped, but that is expected for NYC.

We walked past this place on a lunch time and it was super busy so decided we would pop by for breakfast the next day. WOW. We were not disappointed. They accommodated us so well as a family of 3 with a toddler. The food was fab! The service was great. What I would think of as a proper American diner! Highly recommend and would like to try lunch next time.

I am not a breakfast person, but i ordered a garden omlette. It came with potatoes, and there was nothing left on my plate when I was finished! The food was amazing, it was packed in the diner but the line moved very fast. Staff was nice. We are visiting from Maryland Overall, 10/10! Thank you!!

Classic diner feel in the middle of the bustling city. We were seated right away and our waitress was so nice. We ordered the omelettes with potatoes and toast. Everything was delicious but my potatoes in particular were kind of burnt. The omelette was great though and I really enjoyed the toast. Very reasonable prices. Great spot.

Stepping into Andrew NYC Diner feels like time-traveling straight into the heart of classic New York—but with a cozy, neighborhood twist that makes you feel instantly at home. Nestled on a bustling corner, the neon sign glows like a beacon for locals, night owls, and food lovers alike. The moment you walk in, you’re hit with the comforting aroma of sizzling bacon, fresh coffee, and something sweet baking in the back. It’s a sensory welcome that says, you’re in the right place. The booths are plush, and the menu—oh, the menu—is a love letter to diner culture. I ordered the Andrew’s Special Burger, piled high with crispy onion rings and a smoky house sauce that I swear could fix a bad day. And let’s talk about the pancakes: fluffy, golden, with edges just crisp enough to hold the butter like a secret. One bite and I was a kid again, grinning with syrup on my face. What truly sets Andrew NYC Diner apart isn’t just the food—it’s the vibe. I didn’t just eat there—I felt part of something timeless. And as soon as I stepped out onto the sidewalk, I knew I’d be back. Probably sooner than later.

We went two days in a row and it was very seamless each time. A well oiled machine but with personality. We had two different waitresses (Erica and Alicia) and both were kind and made time to chat and continuously check on us. Breakfast skillet is amazing, pancakes and French toast flavorful, coffee and lattes weren’t bad either. I wish there was music or maybe I didn’t hear. Overall experience was quick, satisfying and highly recommended to go in you’re living or traveling in manhattan.

here's a restaurant where you're always welcomed, always well seated and where the portions are generous. Friendliness and kindness are the order of the day. What a pleasure to savor the dishes at Andrews, we went there because it was highly rated, and I must admit I've been there several times and never been disappointed so far, and I'm counting on them not to.

Great place for breakfast. They serve lunch and dinner also, but we were there for breakfast. It was a Saturday morning, so they were busy and we had to wait about 10 minutes. Our waitress was very nice and the service was good. We had the chocolate chip pancakes and a ham and cheese omelet with roasted red potatoes. Everything was delicious. Food came out quickly. I would definitely come back.

Our first experience at an American diner and we loved it. Andrews NYC Diner delivered classic comfort food with free-flow coffee — always a win. We had the peanut butter & banana pancake, garden omelet, and cranberry muffin, and everything was fantastic. Hearty portions, cozy diner vibes, and a perfect way to start the morning. A great spot for breakfast if you’re in NYC — classic, filling, and satisfying

On a cold wet Monday there was nothing better than coming here for late lunch/early dinner. From the super friendly and welcoming staff, to the nice old school booths and great food ( big portions) and cold beer, what more could you ask for. Highly recommend a visit.

Visited here twice during our Christmas vacation and absolutely loved it! The service was on point with very clear directions and friendly staff. Had the steak & eggs, breakfast skillet, toasted chocolate muffin and drinks the first time, all very well cooked, seasoned & presented nicely. The chocolate muffin was the best I've ever tasted! Second time we came we had the apple/Cinnamon pancakes, crispy bacon, toast, chocolate muffin & drinks. Again all tasted amazing! Our servers both times we above and beyond with the service we received and were very accommodating to changes with items on our order. We would 100% come back here again if in NYC & would recommend anyone visiting here to try it out for a classic American breakfast with the best service we received for our whole trip.

Been some time since I came to a Diner just for the experience of it all and it was pretty solid overall. Moment I came in I was automatically greeted by one of the employees there and was led to a table in the middle of the Diner. From the outside the place looks narrow but it looks a lot larger when inside as there's a lot of seating and plenty of people in the place, probably concluding after a day of Black Friday shopping. A waitress came about a minute after me taking in the sights and she was very courteous and attentive even with the extra crowd traffic in the restaurant. I ordered a special or sorts, a starter, entree & dessert special for $28 and in order that is Onion Rings, a Deluxe Cheeseburger w/ Fries and a slice of Apple Pie. Delicious and filled menup proper. Onion Rings had a nice crisp to them, the burger was prepared good, even presented well, could've done with some less lettuce but other than that, it was delightful in taste and texture. The fries although good, most were crisp and a few were soggy but didn't take away from the side as a whole. I couldn't finish the entirety of the fries and rings because I wanted to leave some room left for Apple Pie and it was otherworldly. Toasty, tender, apple crisp with a hint of Cinnamon, it was grand. As for a drink it was standard, just an ice tea as something to wash down the food. Pretty solid for $28, though fo course the Iced Tea came up to $3 then there's tax and a courteous tip which rounded up to $40. Yeah dining in NYC is not for the financially weak. So yeah, I'd come around again in the future and try out breakfast from there. Once again 2 thumbs up for the servers there, dishing out warm courtesy on a fairly cold day in an even colder city.

We went on our last morning to this spot for a very nice breakfast. Our Server was Agnes and she did a tremdously good job. The Hot chocolate was very good and the pancakes were on point, my daughter totally enjoyed. The Hot chocolate was very tasteful. What a classic American diner ! Prices were good and food was exceptional! Ordered the strawberry pancakes and request Nutella and my server was able to do it right away, my mother bought the ham and cheese omelette and very much enjoyed the potatoes on the side. Very fast paced environment but not lacking in customer service whatsoever, lovely warm environment !! Thank you :)

Ok, hear me out. This place was our lifesaver during our time in NY. We were in a nearby Hotel (Kixby) and when we wanted something good and affordable, we came here. In the week we were in NY, we came here several times. The food is amazing, portions are fresh and huge and of course delicious. Staff was amazing and kind! And anytime we were there the tables were filled well but we always got seats without having to wait. When I return to NY, I will definitely come back here. And I can only talk good and recommend this place to anyone who is there!

Andrews NYC Diner was about an 8 min walk from our hotel, which worked because we wanted somewhere close. We were seated right away and the server was quite funny. A middle aged lady with an accent! The food came quickly and was delicious. I don’t recall the price but I know it was cheaper than Carnegie, which we visited a day or so prior. Definitely recommended.

There was quite a long queue when we arrived which meant a bit of a wait. Larger groups which came in after us also got seated first, which was a little annoying. However the food and service was very good. I had the pancakes, which were light and flavourful. The cheese omelette also went down well with the others in my party.

S

We are tourists to NYC and have eaten at Andrew’s Diner now twice. The first time I had the strawberries pancakes and they were excellent. Today I had fried eggs, sausages and potatoes, which were very tasty but the serving was so large I couldn’t finish it all 😂. On both occasions our waitress was attentive and very helpful. Quick service and the staff are all very welcoming.

Enjoyed dinner here on a weeknight around 8:30pm, so there were lots of table booths available. Our server was courteous, fast & efficient. I had a chicken sandwich (a bit on the dry side) & my guest had pancakes & bacon for dinner! This is a basic, brightly lit diner, so what you see is what you get. Nothing fancy, just comfort food in a classic "diner" environment. // At the cashier's check-out station, there are some baked goods displayed in a glass case. We ordered some large baked muffins to take back to the hotel. Delicious!

Had dinner and breakfast group of 4. Breakfast was a let down. Coffee wasn’t hot. Eggs didn’t taste quite done. Bacon was excellent and crispy. Service for breakfast was ok at best. Dinner service was excellent and the food was good, and better than breakfast. Wouldn’t go back for breakfast, but dinner, yes.

Andrews was a lovely spot for breakfast close to hotel. Place had a good vibe and food was really good, really good sized positions. Be prepared to wait as this place is really busy. Would have given 5 star if they kept my coffee topped up like other places I visited.

D

We found this place via google reviews and it didn’t disappoint at all! There was a queue to get in which is always a good sign. We waited about fifteen minutes to be seated and we sat at a bar. The server was so friendly, I think her name is Annie. Really lovely and chatty despite it being so busy. I had a spinach and feta omelette which came with a side of potatoes. It was so delicious! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because I like my food really hot and it was slightly not as hot as I like it which is minor! We had breakfast in many different places during our visit and of them all this is where we would come back to. Good price, didn’t feel ripped off which is difficult in NYC when it comes to food… and nice New York proper diner experience.

Tried this diner while visiting NYC. Great place to enjoy your typical diner food. I walked by this place several times and always found it busy. 4 of us tried it for a later breakfast - 10am still 15 minute wait. Diner cubbies a bit small for 4 to sit comfortably. Tons of staff pumping out meals and serving quickly. Our server was efficient. We order waffles pancakes eggs and omelette all great. Pancake was huge. Waffle standard. Sunny side eggs uses extra large eggs with deep orange yolks served with y fries and bread. Omelette was tasty we tried a Mexican version - look not appetizing with salsa but had flavour. We enjoyed but breakfast is pricy. Assuming because it’s Manhattan and caters to tourists like me. Enjoyed the meal but it’s basically paying for a dinner meal at breakfast. I would go again but would be a bit careful with ordering more affordable options. Coffee was good.

Nice atmosphere. Our cheese sticks and chili was good. However, my husband’s pizza was a little too burned under the bottom. He sent it back and ordered a Philly Panini. My chicken Panini was good but his was not. The meat was not chopped up at all and was dry. The manager tried to charge us for his food despite him not liking it and sending it back. They had can drinks rather than fountain drinks. So it was no refills.

Nice diner with a nice atmosphere, the hustle and bustle of daily American life. Our waitress wasn't the nicest person we met, she half listened to our order whilst being preoccupied by another table, but the food was good. I could recommend this diner overall, was a nice New York breakfast experience.

Took my mom there, she got blueberry pancakes and I got french toast with nutella and a cappuccino. She said her pancakes were just okay, my french toast was good nothing extraordinary tho. The cappuccino wasn’t good. The staff was acting funny when I asked for the Wifi but one young lady gave it to me after telling me it’s weird they didn’t give me the password. Our server, a latina on the heavier side, was not very nice and was acting like she didn’t understand my mom when she ordered so we didn’t leave a tip. Do better!

A delicious, classic American breakfast with a great price-quality ratio—exactly what I wanted to try on my New York trip! I had the Breakfast Sampler, and it did not disappoint. The only downside was that our server looked extremely tired and seemed eager to get us out as quickly as possible. I get that it was early, and maybe they had a long night before, but it was a bit of a shame considering how great everything else was. That said, the food and overall experience were definitely worth it. A solid recommendation for other tourists looking for a proper American breakfast!

Nice food, great pancakes but supposedly it wasn’t mould at the bottom but instead ‘mixed in blueberry batter’. Service was mediocre, coffee was good but only one option. The combos were the best part because they were value for money. There are queues at times. This place might be overrated but its still good.

It’s a yes for me. Had breakfast there. Busy and bustling but the service was fast and friendly so that’s a great thing to start with. Food came out fast too and tasted great. Hash with eggs for me and an omelette and hash for my friend and both were good. Tasty and good portion sizes. Coffee is ok - it’s that usual filter pot coffee so not strong and it’s bottomless so that’s your choice if you want it. Did the trick for both of us. If I wanted something more like espresso I’d go elsewhere. Pricing was around 20$-25$ each so not cheap but it’s NYC.

This is a nice diner. The staff are working hard. The place is a wee bit grease overall. The tables and floor could do with a good wash. However the food is spot on. Exactly what you expect from a New Your Diner.

Come over for a real American breakfast. Staff very nice and professional, always crowded but they do their best to minimize the wait. Highly recommend, kinda rare typical diner in midtown Manhattan

Location was very close to our hotel. The food was good. Pancakes, French toast, eggs, bacon, greek yoghurt was all yummie. It was a good start to gain energy for a long walking day . Staff was friendly. Regular coffee refill (as usual) - Cappuchino was good as well

The service was great – our waiter was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fine, just what you’d expect from a classic diner, nothing particularly special but satisfying. One suggestion: the restroom could use some attention – a hook on the door and better cleanliness would really improve the overall experience.

The waitress was really rude. She mistakenly ordered scrambled eggs instead of over-easy, and then she proceeded to tell me what I ordered instead of owning up to her mistake. To make matters worse, she took my fork out of my hand and slid the eggs off my plate, leaving my fork sticky. I kept my cool, but I have never in my life been so insulted and disrespected, ever. I appreciate your response and have added a screenshot of the time-stamp of when I visited your diner. I hope the date and time will help you compare the waitress schedules for that day.

Another NYC diner that left me unimpressed. Service was good and friendly, but the food was nothing to brag about. The blueberry pancakes, eggs, bacon and sausage were pretty good. But here we go again with the onions and peppers in the potatoes. Just stop…not everyone likes that!! My husband had an omelet, and he liked it! Just wasn’t what I was hoping for as far as food…

The place is tucked away, there was a line but the move quick so it was not a long wait! I had the bagel and toast, which was good along with the hot chocolate! The omelette was bland, and the potatoes tasted like fish instead of cooked potatoes. The breakfast sampler was good and portion size was great, the blueberry pancakes were good and delivered what was expected. Overall, we would probably pick another place to go to but it is worth a try due to their popularity!

This diner was ok. Service not really on point. They have alot of employees moving around. Definitely not too many African Americans here which kind of feels uncomfortable and even more when you're order arrives after others have just sat down. The fries weren't fresh. But the pizza was nice and hot.

Was looking for a good breakfast place to eat. Full disclosure, I’m a breakfast snob. Ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Omelet. It was only okay. Tasted bland. Service was alright, no complaints really. Atmosphere was alright, they had about 5-6 TV’s. One was on sports talk show so I liked that. Don’t see myself ever coming back.

food was ok. nothing special. service super quick but also not very friendly. i got the garden omelet & mochaccino, wasn’t allowed to swap out potatoes and toast for anything else with the omelet. overall not terrible but i wouldn’t come again. also wouldn’t recommend that you go out of your way to visit.

Well, everything is ordinary. Pancake was fluffy, server is kind. But the price is totally not worth it. $24 with tips, i bet you can find better deal.

Your basic Denny's from the West Coast but w/ NY attitude. We ordered Meat lovers Omelette & Pancake Combo. Food came out quick, but really never saw the server again. Best thing was their Potatoes.

The food was decent, but the service was terrible. My server disappeared, and when I ask another server for help, she was rude and refused to assist me, since it wasn't her section. I had to wait until a server would help me.

Hmm, I believe because we got the end of the breakfast rush some of our omelets came out overcooked and not resembling an omelet. The potatoes were undercooked, my meat lovers omelet was charred, thinking on how long must an egg cook. Maybe 2 out of the 6 meals we ordered were perfect. I hate sending food back but we were hungry and they got it partially correct the second time. There was a line when we arrived but we were seated in less than 20-minutes. There are so many breakfast spots in mid-town so if we never go back, it’s not a loss to them.

We were really disappointed with our experience. The server made us feel uncomfortable the entire time — constantly staring at us in a way that felt strange and unsettling. As women, especially at night, it honestly did not feel like a safe or welcoming place. The pricing also doesn’t match the quality. The fries were an extra $8 with the burger, and they were extremely soggy and unappetizing. On top of that, we had to assemble the burger ourselves, which is pretty ridiculous considering the price. Overall, everything felt careless and poorly put together.

food was fine for me. I went here with my grandma a few weeks ago and we were waiting to order, we ended up waiting like an hour and 30 mins JUST to order. Mashed potatoes looked like applesauce. If trying to order here near MSG, don't!!

The only good thing about this place is the service and how apologetic the servers were. I sat down and 10 minutes later half and half spilled on the floor and got all over my shoe, little on my skirt and the floor. The service was super apologetic. I didn’t make a fuss at all but I probably would not have mention that if the food quality was mid- actually not good for the price. My first order was the breakfast sampler. The sausage was not crispy enough and was like warm. So tasted bland. Then I tried the eggs… egg shells in them. I told my server I was not happy. I order a different order, breakfast skillet. It was bland, tried putting hot sauce and salt and pepper on it- nothing. I only finished half my food only because I needed something before my 9-5. I wish I loved this place because it’s like right around the corner. I’m glad they didn’t charged me for the first meal.

I’ve loved Andrew’s diner and decades and posted positive reviews… but last weekend eating their make me sad. The food was burnt and thoughtless. I am hoping they get back on track.

Andrew's NYC Diner 35th 7th Ave. Average typical diner, prices are high for 90% of product, pancakes were adequate, dry. Eggs and potatoes were also adequate. Very bland. Very disappointed. Today was a miss probably depends on who cooking in the kitchen. It SHOULDN'T MATTER, FOOD SHOULD BE DELICIOUS NO MATTER WHAT COOK IS IN KITCHEN. YOU MUST PUT CARE WHEN SERVING THE PUBLIC.

The chicken fingers had a sour taste and didn’t taste well at all, we informed the waiter and also told the manager when paying, we didn’t eat. The fries were like they have been sitting all day. Manager did not care what we said, I did tell two customers on the way out not to eat the chicken fingers because something tasted horrible with them. I still tipped the waiter his share but I will never eat at this place again.

I would give less stars if I could!!! Just left and I was so unbelievably disappointed and not satisfied at all!!!! Do not trust all these “great” reviews all lies!!!! Portion was small and pathetic and had to pay extra for cheese in my OMELETTE. My omelette was cold not even the cheese would melt. They had one option of toast (I only eat wheat) they had only grape jelly. Fries crusty and cold!!! My son’s burger was literally just a meat patty and bread no nothing no mayo mustard nothing AND IT WAS COLD!!! They charged us 4.00 for a CAN SODA I was under the impression it was a soda in a cup to refill till the server brought a CAN!!! My daughter’s wings were just “warm” we all were on a time crunch and hungry so we just suffered and ate this terrible food so we could be on our way. I will NEVER come back nor would I recommend this place Food Service Price ALL TERRIBLE my bill was 70.00!!! Not worth it!!!!

I walked in and it was busy. I was sent to the line and as it moved rather rapidly I got my hopes up. I cruise monthly and was wanting to recommend a place by Macy’s. I will NOT Recommend a place that allows 7-8 people wait to be seated and in walks 3 young men and they were immediately sat instead of us standing in the line for 10 minutes. Tourist not local just money grabbers. Would not have been so bad but I took insulin and had to run across the street to eat before I passed out. Not for locals!

I wanted comfort food. So when I saw they had roast beef and mashed potatoes I was excited and wanted to give a try. It is thinly sliced roast beef, reminiscent of cold cuts, they fried. For some reason, probably to make it look like more food than it is, but white pieces of bread is at the bottom of the bowl. As I’m cutting and eating there’s a strange texture and it white bread so I have even less of the cold cuts type fried meat. Bland broccoli and lumpy but somewhat flavorful mashed potatoes. I ordered a ginger ale, they were hot, I asked for a cup of ice to go. They were going to charge me for the cup of ice. I protested and he found another can of another ginger ale brand that I don’t usually drink but it was cold. The host was dismissive but the server resolved my soda issue. Annoyed and disappointed. I should’ve ordered at my normal place.
