Einstein Bros. Bagels DFW Airport Reviews
The morning team on 1/11 at Terminal A was locked in. Super efficient and had great customer service. Thank you for the yummy breakfast!
This review is for Einstein’s in Terminal E, near gate 13: staff had a such a great attitude even though it was insanely hot on the line. As a customer, I felt the heat from the line. London Fogs aren’t on the menu but, the barista was knowledgeable to know what it was & how to make it. Took less than 1 min to order & drink came out super quick, too.
Staff did a good job. They were very busy. There was a small mistake on our order but they rectified it very quickly and we’re happy to do so. Food was hot and fresh no complaints there. It is a standard Einstein’s but in a busy place. Chocolate chip bagel was not as good as The Great American Bagel in Chicago but it was ok.
Sadly this limited service Einstein can’t (or won’t) even scoop a bagel. Meaning take some of the extra bread out. Every other Einsteins will that I’ve been to. It’s a simple process that makes more room in the bagel for the goodies that go inside. That way you don’t get filled up on just dough. So I ask what’s the scoop and why can’t they just do this? Then they don’t even spread the cream cheese on for you give me a break. I updated this here after eating my bagel. Whatever their idea of toasting was made it nothing but chewy so sadly this is a great disappointment.
I got in on a Red eye flight. Looked forward to getting a bagel. After 15 min in line I eventually got my bagel and coffee. They have the person who is taking orders and is new doing the beverages too. Just crazy to have someone doing all that. Some people just leave. My latte and bagel weee good. Thank goodness time was not an issue.
The shop we were at is by Dickey’s BBQ across from C6. Staff have no where to be and it takes quite a while to get your order. Cashier was nice. Sandwich was so sloppy couldn’t eat it without a fork. Wouldn’t recommend.
This is review for the location across C6 at DFW Food was great but 30-40 min wait. 15-20 customers 1 employee . Who manages this place? 12 customers waiting for their order 10-12 never placed the order 5 empty cups available for tips
Gate 12, where time stands still especially at 6.00 am. I thought I'd pass the time with a toasted bagel and cream cheese, accompanied by a decent cup of coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee was a letdown, the bagel was under toasted, and the cream cheese was handed to me separately, as if I had the luxury of a table. Needless to say, it was a disappointing experience.
Bad customer service from the employee on 01/15/26 at 4/24 AM. They ran out of regular coffee and so she offered something else, but more expensive. When I told her I’ll just do the survey, she got upset and started complaining about me to anyone who could hear her loud voice, saying bc they are at a airport, they don’t have to follow the same rules and that my survey wouldn’t matter.
Stale Bagel with fake egg and see-through under-cooked bacon was $12 and so disgusting it was hard to swallow, also for a 2 oz cream cheese spread to cover the horrible flavor was $2.50! Besides that, the girl obviously hated her job. What a disappointing experience. Hopefully they go out of business ASAP because I honestly wouldn't have fed my dog this crap
I actually cannot deal with the corporate greed of small portions and insane prices anymore. It takes a lot for me to write a review but paying $15 for a breakfast sandwich and receiving this felt so disrespectful. The egg is nonexistent, the cheese isn’t melted, and there is hardly any cream cheese even though it was a significant upcharge. Doesn’t make any sense
This is the most uninspired sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel I’ve ever had. The egg was a thin, premade disc. The sausage was bland (any Texan would be insulted) and the bagel is a bagel in shape only. Lacks any internal fluffiness, and for an everything bagel, it lacks salt or any real flavor at all. It’s a bagel in shape only, the wish.com of bagels.
Staff member at the register was unfriendly for starters, but it’s early so we gave her the benefit of the doubt. But then we had to wait 15 minutes for three bagels, along with a plethora of other anxious commuters, unsure if we’d been forgotten or not. After the lengthy wait, we asked about our order, only to discover we’d been forgotten. Horrible service, management, and consideration—considering everyone has a flight to catch! The icing on the subpar cake was that our bagels were cold and poorly cut! Never again. Terminal A Einstein Bros, btw!!
Absolutely astonished at the nerve of these people. My daughter (12) is traveling as an unaccompanied minor, and was taken to this place for food after not eating for 6 hours due to flight delays. She ordered avocado toast. She was charged, and then told they were out and she was getting something else. They were about to close, so she was given a day old breakfast sandwich that was gelatinous and inedible. This poor little girl who was hungry, exhausted, and alone, was taken advantage of and continued to be hungry. They are extremely lucky I was not there to witness it. Here are the photos of what she was given:
