The workers are always nice and they are FAST in the drive thru! I've never waited more than 5mins in the drive thru line and the coffees are always good! When I stop its usually around 7:30am and I'm in and out of the drive thru by 7:35 if not faster. They're great!
Claire, is always welcoming and kind. I go to Starbucks from Visalia all the way down to Stockton California. This is my favorite Starbucks because they are always prompt kind and do everything they can to help us. I absolutely love this store.

They have the most best coffee drinks in general and customer service was great they have such nice employees they make sure that their drinks are done on time and that the customers get exactly what they want if there's even a little messed up they will fix it but rarely will you ever get a mess up they always get your order correct on time and when you want it the area is clean trash is taken out frequently it is just a blast being there
Great Starbucks location! Always receive friendly service, and my drinks are consistently made perfectly. The atmosphere is cozy and ideal for relaxing or working. Wi-Fi is reliable, making it easy to get things done. Highly recommend!

Today’s experience at Starbucks was truly unforgettable, thanks to Clair! I decided to try something new for my daughter after seeing a drink online called the “Hello Kitty Drink.” Normally, I avoid ordering custom drinks because I don’t want to feel like a complicated customer. But today, I swallowed my fear, took a leap of faith, and asked Clair if I could order a custom drink. Clair immediately took on the challenge with no hesitation. I described how I wanted a Passion Tango Tea Lemonade poured over a Mango Dragonfruit base with raspberry syrup(no rasp syrup, sub with classic syrup). She asked a few important clarifying questions, and that’s when I realized I should have just told her it’s called the Hello Kitty Drink. Still, I had complete faith in Clair because she’s made plenty of my drinks before, and they’re always amazing. When I got to the window, I paid, and they handed me my drink and before I knew it, the Hello Kitty Drink was ready. It looked almost exactly like the picture I’d seen online! I also got my daughter a tall, just in case she preferred the Pink Drink. As I drove home and looked at the beautiful drink, I was so happy I felt like I could cry. Clair made my day so special, and her kindness and skill turned my little experiment into the perfect moment. Thank you, Clair, for making this experience so incredible. Starbucks is lucky to have someone as talented as you!
The young staff was too kind. He gave us 2 colorful straws with our drinks. The building is well maintained, spacious, and peaceful inside. This location is very well organized.

AMAZING customer experience, we were helped quickly and very nicely, I order my drink and had it within minutes. It was actually a lot quicker than I’m used to! The place is very clean, drive-thru is fairly quick even though there’s always a long line. And my drink was also on point! I have no complains! Great place will most definitely come back!! 😁
They're always so kind here, yea the wait can look scary at times but it's Starbucks it's expected to be busy duh lol

Im not a real Starbucks kind of guy but the iced pecan crunch oakmilk latte is really good. The crunch, creaminess, and the pecan flavor all are great.
My Drink Wasn't The Best I Have Ever Had But It Was Good. Everybody There Was Very Nice. They Made It Quick.
It can get really slow, but the staff are always very friendly. My friend explains this by saying the staff train here and then work at higher trafficked Starbucks in the big cities nearby. I highly recommend ordering via mobile during high-traffic times. Has a Pokéstop. Nearly all of the sandwiches are in stock all the time.
Girl with the curly black hair had an attitude. Just gave me my drinks and closed the window. Didn’t say anything to me. When she took my order she was being short, I should’ve just drove across town for the other Starbucks. At least they have better customer service

Waited 20 mins for them to even announce they were started to make my drink. 3 workers just standing around talking, 1 making herself snacks, and only 2 cars went through DT. 80% of my drink was all ice to make it worse. Place has considerably gone down hill
Their drinks are fine but they’re the slowest Starbucks I’ve been too out of 40+ locations. Their line always wraps around the entire parking lot. And it’s great for a business to be busy, but the reason their line is so long is because of how inefficient they are. I’m not exaggerating when I say that they literally take 10-15 minutes per car. There have been multiple times where it has taken me 60-75 minutes to get through a line. Also, if you place an order inside they are literally never done at the time they will tell you. Again, nearly every time I place an order for indoors it will take at least 25 minutes past the estimated time. They always make an excuse as if they’re abnormally busy, but this is a 7 day a week occurrence. The workers inside are often standing there working slowly or not even making drinks, they’ll just hang out and talk about things unrelated to making drinks. It’s really incredible that a business who sells cups of coffee for $6 has these issues so often that countless people will leave the line after sitting there for 20-30 minutes while moving two car lengths throughout that time. I genuinely don’t understand how they can’t figure out how to improve their efficiency when the issues are this disastrous
I mobile ordered my drink at 3:28 and the Starbucks app said it would be ready by 3:35. I got there at 3:33 and waited until 3:37 and then asked if my order was ready, the girl checked and it wasn’t and told me the guy would be working on my drink next, waited another 10 minutes and asked again if it was ready and he hadn’t started on it so I asked for a refund. They weren’t busy and I only ordered 1 drink. While I see people who ordered multiple drinks were getting theirs first.
Dnt say you open at 5am because it's very misleading just like you over charge for coffee at least open on time I was waiting well they all just look out the window I guess one less customer
