AMAZING customer experience, we were helped quickly and very nicely, I order my drink and had it within minutes. It was actually a lot quicker than I’m used to! The place is very clean, drive-thru is fairly quick even though there’s always a long line. And my drink was also on point! I have no complains! Great place will most definitely come back!! 😁

Im not a real Starbucks kind of guy but the iced pecan crunch oakmilk latte is really good. The crunch, creaminess, and the pecan flavor all are great.

It can get really slow, but the staff are always very friendly. My friend explains this by saying the staff train here and then work at higher trafficked Starbucks in the big cities nearby. I highly recommend ordering via mobile during high-traffic times. Has a Pokéstop. Nearly all of the sandwiches are in stock all the time.

Girl with the curly black hair had an attitude. Just gave me my drinks and closed the window. Didn’t say anything to me. When she took my order she was being short, I should’ve just drove across town for the other Starbucks. At least they have better customer service

Waited 20 mins for them to even announce they were started to make my drink. 3 workers just standing around talking, 1 making herself snacks, and only 2 cars went through DT. 80% of my drink was all ice to make it worse. Place has considerably gone down hill

Their drinks are fine but they’re the slowest Starbucks I’ve been too out of 40+ locations. Their line always wraps around the entire parking lot. And it’s great for a business to be busy, but the reason their line is so long is because of how inefficient they are. I’m not exaggerating when I say that they literally take 10-15 minutes per car. There have been multiple times where it has taken me 60-75 minutes to get through a line. Also, if you place an order inside they are literally never done at the time they will tell you. Again, nearly every time I place an order for indoors it will take at least 25 minutes past the estimated time. They always make an excuse as if they’re abnormally busy, but this is a 7 day a week occurrence. The workers inside are often standing there working slowly or not even making drinks, they’ll just hang out and talk about things unrelated to making drinks. It’s really incredible that a business who sells cups of coffee for $6 has these issues so often that countless people will leave the line after sitting there for 20-30 minutes while moving two car lengths throughout that time. I genuinely don’t understand how they can’t figure out how to improve their efficiency when the issues are this disastrous

I mobile ordered my drink at 3:28 and the Starbucks app said it would be ready by 3:35. I got there at 3:33 and waited until 3:37 and then asked if my order was ready, the girl checked and it wasn’t and told me the guy would be working on my drink next, waited another 10 minutes and asked again if it was ready and he hadn’t started on it so I asked for a refund. They weren’t busy and I only ordered 1 drink. While I see people who ordered multiple drinks were getting theirs first.

Dnt say you open at 5am because it's very misleading just like you over charge for coffee at least open on time I was waiting well they all just look out the window I guess one less customer
