Loved all the flavors of the food. Better selection at this restaurant more varieties. Loved their soup. Better than Gen in fremont. They give you alot of sides to start with before you choose what you want. we had the top 39.99 gives you everything on the menu. Totally worth it.

The food was good and they offered a wide variety of things to grill, will come again! The sesame balls were good, I recommend them if you’re looking for something sweet after a lot of meat. My daughter is telling me to say that the music they played is good too (if you like K-pop)

I dont know why the google reviews are low. I’ve been to multiple Kbbq places. There’s a newly opened one in Sacramento and two weeks after we went to this place. We were a bit hesitant because of the rating but still gave it a try. The newly opened one in Sacramento had these issues versus Seoul Jung :- 1. Service was slow in Sacramento (I understand they were busy and just newly opened) For Seoul Jung, we automatically got our water and banchan. We didn’t have to ask for a replacement of the grill and we all got our utensils. 2. Food - Sacramento’s food quality was good, no doubt. Seoul Jung, their quantity is huge, quality is still decent but what do you expect when you pay that much? 3. Price - We got the Tier C at Seoul Jung and the options are still pretty good. The Sacramento one was the same price, good thing they had sashimi. Both restaurants were $40. I would come back to Seoul Jung versus the one in Sacramento, or Stockton! 😂🫣 Just give it a try and give your own personal feedback.

We came here with a group of 11 people and had an amazing experience. We ordered the Premium All You Can Eat, and the meat quality was excellent! The service really stood out. The staff consistently cleared empty plates and changed the grill without us even having to ask, which made the whole meal smooth and enjoyable.Everyone in our group was very satisfied with both the food and the service. Perfect spot for group dinners and Korean BBQ

We had an awesome time at this Korean BBQ spot! We tried the B tier for $33.99 per person, and it did not disappoint. The meats were super fresh and nicely marinated. The steamed eggs and cheese corn were tasty, and the kalbi tang soup had great flavor. Big shoutout to our server, Brandon — he was on point the whole time. Super friendly, super attentive, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. The vibe here is fun and lively, perfect for family meals, date nights, or just hanging out with friends. We came by after a trip to the Livermore outlets, and it was the perfect way to wrap up the day. If you’re looking for solid Korean BBQ with great service, this place really hits the spot. We’ll definitely be back whenever we’re in Dublin!

The place is great! The staff are quick and attentive, even when it’s busy. I really appreciate that we don’t have to ask to change the grill they automatically switch it out with every order, which is such a nice touch. We love that! The QR code ordering system is also top-notch fast, easy, and super convenient. I’ve been to Ohgane Korean BBQ and Gen BBQ, but this place stands out as the best. The prices are also more reasonable compared to the others I’ve tried. The only con is that some of the meat can be a bit fatty, but aside from that, everything is excellent. Definitely my go to Korean BBQ spot from now on!

If you're searching for authentic Korean BBQ in the Bay Area, Seoul Jung in Dublin is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we walked in, the experience was warm, welcoming, and deliciously memorable. The ambiance is cozy and relaxed perfect for a casual night out or a celebratory dinner with friends. We ordered the beef brisket, bulgogi, and pork belly, and the quality of the meat blew us away. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully marinated. What really stood out was the tableside grilling experience fun, interactive, and full of that signature KBBQ aroma we all love. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, offering help with grilling and explaining each dish with a smile. We also tried the hot pot, which came bubbling with a spicy gochujang broth, tender beef, and plenty of veggies—it was comforting, flavorful, and a perfect complement to the BBQ. The banchan (Korean side dishes) were generous, constantly refilled, and packed with flavor. From kimchi to pickled radish to japchae, each side dish added something special to the meal. Portions were generous, prices fair for the quality, and the overall experience was one of the best I’ve had in a Korean BBQ restaurant outside of LA or Korea itself. Whether you’re a KBBQ regular or trying it for the first time, Seoul Jung is 100% worth the visit. Can’t wait to go back!

Well, I’ll. Be honest. You guys have improved a lot. Service, meat, and quality. My grill was consistently changed, meat didn’t take much time, and food was great. I did the outlet special for $20 and it was worth it !

I was so happy to enjoy such amazing steamed eggs. The meat was delicious, and the other dishes like fried rice and beef rib soup were great too. This is a restaurant I definitely want to visit again.

The service here is extremely quick and attentive. They have a small selection of food for you to choose from ranging $18.99 - $32.99 a person. The meat here is great, along with their fish cake soup. The tofu soup was kinda a letdown, so I recommend the other one. I would recommend going here for cheap prices!

It's all you can order no buffet. The foods are good with many kind side dishes. Certain items you have to pay on top of it like lettuce $1.99, rice paper etc. The service is fast. Kid between 3-7 $11.99

We enjoyed our meal. The all-you-can-eat menu $31 had a lot of our favorites. The short ribs were my favorite. It would have been better if they marinated the meats. The two little thing of sauces didn't do it for me. There's this seaweed rice bowl where you can make your own onigiri (rice balls). Fun! Good job staff at Seoul Jung.

The bulgogi beef and brisket was a disappoint. They were very chewy and tough. The other dishes were good. The sesame ball, the popcorn chicken, the tofus soup are good.

Pretty good Korean bbq spot. The meat quality was pretty good. There are a good amount of side dishes and things to order. Even the basic A menu was good. I’m sure the more premium stuff is better but the 25$ basic one was very good. Staff were very attentive grabbing our empty dishes and changing out the grill frequently. Great place if you’re in the area for cheap and good kbbq

Tried the $18.99 outlet menu at Seoul Jung and thought it was a solid value for the price. The pork quality is decent, and the selection covers the essentials — nothing too fancy, but definitely enough to satisfy a BBQ craving on a budget. One thing I appreciated was the regular grill change — they actually stay on top of it, which makes a big difference in flavor and cleanliness. That said, some of the fried items and veggie sides can take a while to arrive, but given the price and volume of customers, it’s understandable. What did feel a bit over the top was charging extra for black pepper on the outlet menu. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely raises an eyebrow. Overall, it’s worth the money if you’re looking for an affordable Korean BBQ fix without expecting premium cuts or rapid service. Good for casual group meals or if you’re already at the outlet and want something satisfying after shopping.

Food was amazing. Kids over $7 have the most adult pricing. Thankfully we got the flyer from the outlets across the street so everyone was $19. There's a limited outlet menu, still AYCE, and still pretty good. Called ahead on a Friday night for a party of 11 and they sat us right away. 4 stars because they could have been a little more attentive.

Honestly a very mediocre Korean BBQ place. They replayed dynamite by BTS nonstop and charge 32.99 for dinner and 23.99 for lunch. The meat was dry and bland. My least favorite was the spicy pork belly despite loving it everywhere else. The brisket also was not great. I feel bad for the staff as they looked like they wanted to leave the whole time.

Things were great until the staff just ghosted us. Put in a last order, but heard nothing for 30+ mins. Then grabbed staff to ask about it (another 15 mins with nothing). Check came within 5 mins of requesting. Probably won’t go again.

he service was not good at all was sitting there for 30 minutes before a server finally came to ask if we knew what we wanted to order. The food was alright but not really worth the price there was four of us but my mom disliked the food so much that she only ate a soup and didn't want anything else. The environment is very fast pace but yet to receiving service is hard it is also very loud not kid friendly at all so if you have a little one like I do I would come here. If I would recommend a QB spot I would not recommend here save your money for a different location. I would like my money back that's how bad my experience was.

I have lived in Silicon Valley for over 25 years, and for the past two years, I had been a regular at Seoul Jung Korean BBQ. Unfortunately, in the last year, after a manager change, my experience has gone downhill. I used to feel welcomed, especially by the staff like Bernardo, who always treated us kindly. But the new manager, especially on Valentine’s Day, treated us with a terrible attitude. I ordered two sodas, politely asked for no ice. The manager slammed the drinks down with ice anyway, saying I should’ve put it in the app—yet the app has no option for that! Instead of fixing it, she rudely said, “Next time, order properly,” leaving us to remove the ice ourselves. Worse, she loudly scolded a kind server in front of everyone. I can’t help but wonder if there’s discrimination because we aren’t Korean. Also, the meat quality has dropped—greasy, not the same. After two years, we’re done, especially due to that manager. I hope they replace her. She’s ungrateful, inattentive, and has no idea how to treat loyal customers. What a shame.

We get lunch $19.99 coupon from Livermore out. When we restaurant and the guy took the coupon and said we have to pay regular price. They just want to lure you to the restaurant and deny honor the coupon. Even yesterday I went outlet. They still leave the coupons on the little stand. I should read review before visit this restaurant. Many reviews complain about the coupon issue. Food is average.

Be very mindful when u come to this place and u have a coupon from the outlet. The staff will deny the coupon price even if we showed it to them from the start and insist we be charged the normal price. They also purposely ignore u so they wont be serving u. Not worth the penny! Asian guy name is Brandon he said. Not so polite. No customer service.

Our party of 12 decided to celebrate last-minute, and we were completely fine waiting for everyone to arrive. Before ordering, I clearly explained that my family of four needed a separate grill because my toddler has severe allergies to seafood, gluten, eggs, and dairy. I was willing to pay the automatic gratuity and any reasonable accommodation costs. What we weren’t prepared for was being informed—only after we began placing our order on the tablet—that our entire side of the table was required to purchase the supreme option, even though the rest of our group had already chosen the premium. This policy was never communicated upfront. We had no intention of ordering from the supreme menu; we only wanted a few items from the premium selection that met our toddler’s dietary needs while still allowing us to enjoy the meal. When we tried to clarify the situation, the manager spoke to us in an accusatory and dismissive tone and implied that we would share supreme items with the rest of the group, which was both incorrect and insulting. Rather than showing basic hospitality or attempting to accommodate a legitimate medical concern, she seemed genuinely confused by the request to separate our orders and made no effort to empathize with our situation. In the end, we spent $$$ for mediocre food and disappointing service. To be fair, the server assisting our family’s table was very kind, but the hostess/manager needs serious retraining. One of my orders was even mixed with another table in our party, and she initially insisted it wasn’t mine until checking the order slip. At no point did she apologize. Given the lack of communication, poor handling of allergies, and the overall attitude we experienced, we won’t be returning.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I never am one to complain about service or food, but this experience was horrible. We were about to be done eating our last round of meat was cooking when we noticed a cockroach on the ceiling vent, MOVING. We called our server and he said that they knew and that they had a service to come get rid of them. I was in shock. I spoke to the manager and she said the same thing, they offered us to be moved and get fresh meat. At this point we were all grossed out, we were a party of 11, and we all stopped eating. The manager only offered us a 10% discount and didn’t seem apologetic or concerned. We came here because we saw a printed ad at the Livermore outlets. Will never come back and not recommend this place to anyone. I think they should have taken extra measures to make the customer feel heard. For what we paid I do not think this was fair.
