I've been to this Pockets a couple of times. But the last couple have been greay only when Myra is there. She should be the one in charge of training the rest. Ive asked for Chamucas. This girl makes them sooooo good. Not only they taste great but instead of just pouring out the beer and throwing it away she gives it to you in a separate cup. She is great at what she does and has awesome customer service skills. Manager pls take notes and have her train the rest cause the rest dont know how to make them. Dont believe me, ask for her next time and see for yourself.

Horrible experience. This used to be my favorite spot. Lights were turned on at one. Our drinks and tower (which was still quarter full) were taken away at 1:30AM and everyone was asked to leave. We’ve always stayed til 2. I wish I had known before that I was going to have to throw away money I spent. They need to change there hours to 1:30AM not 2AM so we know what to expect.

The idea of this place was great. We ultimately had a great time with our friends, however, something that stood out to us was when we entered. when we walked in security looked in my purse.. no problem. He then proceeds to pat my husband down. Again no problem we get it. However, this is where it became upsetting. A Hispanic couple walks in after us he again checks her purse but does NOT pat down the gentleman. We give the benefit of the doubt my husband was wearing a sweatshirt, the gentleman did not. So we wrote it off as that. The next people to come in were our friends also a black couple. Again he checks her purse and the security proceeds to pat down her spouse except he was also in a t-shirt. Not sure what the motive or intentions were but between the controversial patches on his vest and the experience it was an unsettling moment. Perhaps a coincidence, or oversight, or maybe the gentleman he chose not to pat down was someone he knew…whatever the reason the optics were bad and has left us with an unsettling feeling. I will add wait staff was great and attentive and the food was good! The security guard though left the biggest impression. Not sure that he is representing the standards that the bar and grill is trying to portray but because of him he probably won’t return.
