The Bacon Smash Burger was hot, fresh, and not at all greasy, which says a lot when you have two burgers, each topped with cheese and, of course bacon. The regular fries were hot and crisp as well. The gingerbread Shake was thick and delicious. Well done!

My first visit to Smashburger was a success!! The Smash fries are really good and the burger was decent! The patty was super salty but when they asked us how everything was, we told them about the saltiness and the waitress went and told the general manager without us knowing. He came over and was really nice and personable, he offered us new food and we declined. Then he offered milkshakes, now that is something I can get down with! So we got 2 choc shakes on the house and they were really good! Plus they give you the extra. All and all I was impressed and would definitely recommend/go back.

First time visiting here. We weren't greeted upon arrival but the workers were nice and friendly. The place is moderately noisy. Plenty of seating available. Causal spot with tvs. The burgers are a decent size and the milkshakes are insanely good and a generous size, basically 2 milkshakes in one! I didn't like the fact that for $11 no fries or a drink and included with the burgers. They dont offer military discount but they do accept military star. Would recommend.

The special fires aren't really worth it. They are just normal fries with oil drizzled over them. Maybe you might like them, but they just aren't different enough to warrant me getting them again. Overall quality of food and service was great though. They bring the food to you and you leave your plate/basket where you sat and they clean it up for you after.

Paulina Very friendly. Beef was hand pressed and full of flavor. Truffle mushroom swiss smash good but on salty side. Got the meal upgrade to include fries and drink. Fries had good flavor but not a lot of them. Meal in all was very pricey but worth the try.

Food was fine. I got a hamburger, fries and a soda for about 17 dollars. Didn't really think anything was bad but also not that good either, especially for the price.

This place was overall pretty disappointing. I ordered a smash burger with brisket and it wasn't very good. The budget was thin and tough, and despite being loaded with all kinds of stuff like bacon and bbq sauce, it was pretty bland. It was also really expensive. 17.xx for a burger combo is a lot. I could have spent a few bucks more and gotten a ribeye across the street.

It’s a shame the food is actually quite excellent here. It’s fresh and tasty. However, it’s $20 for a burger, fries, and a drink. That’s actually insane. $3.39 for a 10 cent fountain drink? Wild.

I’ve been deployed for a year so maybe this is the new normal but $19 for a single patty smash, fries and a shake is insane. Fries were good but portion was small. Same with the burger. Food arrived quickly. Not much of an atmosphere but they do have a TV. Again, decent food but overall not a good value.

Manager was amazing and even helped me out by personally remaking my burger. My suggestion tho is if you see this lady in the picture working there be ready for her to get upset when you return your burger for having black cheese (burnt to a crisp), she needs to be retrained and learn how to speak to people.

Prices are absolutely outlandish! The food is far too mediocre to warrant the pricing. Fort Bliss MWR needs to kick this place off base! What a disservice to Soliders and their families.
