Always a better experience than the manor location. But what the heck is this? 😆 where's the lettuce? Service was still great. Just thought this was funny.

Service was friendly and quick. Waited no more than five minutes for our food. In addition, due to my wife and I working the nightshift we ordered a typical burger meal and chicken tender meal at 0900 in the morning. The food was fresh and delicious. Will only get one star knocked off due to the fact that as I kept eating my burger I started noticing how greasy it was. It drenched the burger buns and was dripping onto the wrapper.

Staff extremely nice, made a fresh coffee and it was a Senior Coffee, brought it out to me when ready and went to get me my cream and sugar.Very sweet, very courteous.Love this Whataburger! We were there because the one my sister had picked up order in Taylor drive through had forgot most of the items for nieces so we drove into Elgin to get burgers to go with all the fries they Did get on there!

New location and overall they were great, ordered my burger without mustard and it came with, had to take it back. However the manager corrected immediately. Thank you sir !

Went there this morning and they people there Lord have mercy. I love going when Keywanda is working front register she is so sweet and customer service is above and beyond, this morning I met Crystal cause my go to girl was not there and Crystal was the same very nice. There were a few others there that just seemed dirty and customer service was not good. My food took forever when I just got biscuit and gravy. Whataburger y'all have to do better but give Keywanda and Crystal more praise than y'all do. Before going to this location make sure to be ready to wait and check your food

Visited late evening after grocery shopping. Went thru drive thru. Lady was a little friendly and we had a small burger ordered a special way. Cook didn't get the assignment correctly. That's why the 5 stars weren't given.

Did an in-app order inly to still have to wait 15 minutes in the mobile app line. On too of that, I had to go back to the store because my fries were boneyard cold! They horseplay too much!

I went at 02:15 on a Tuesday. There was one car ahead of me. I ordered 2 taquitos with egg and potato, no cheese. Also ordered pancakes. I asked for extra syrup and you would have thought I asked for my food free. The blonde, tall, white female gave me the stink eye and said, it is in the bag. I asked for another. Got home and, of course, both tacos have cheese. The tortillas are so hard they break like crispy tacos. No utensils, no napkins, and NO SYRUP.

The food was good but I sat in the drive thru for a solid 15-20 minutes and the line wasn’t even that long. I don’t know what the employees are doing back there but they need to work on their pace BADLY.

On 10/06/25 I stopped off after work to pick up dinner. We order a spicy chicken sandwich. When I got my order the bread was old and the chicken was fried in old smelly oil and to make matters worse the chicken was burnt. I went to the counter and asked for a new sandwich. The ladies at the counter were mean and rude. They did offer to make us a new sandwich, but was told it’s going to be fried in the same smelly oil. I changed my order to something new. But then I saw all the kitchen staff and cashiers talking about my order… I decided to cancel my order all together. I wasn’t rude and I don’t know why I received such horrible customer service. The sandwich was inedible. I just wanted a fresh sandwich. I’m extremely disappointed in Whataburger!

This is the worst whataburger I have even been too. I have been tk some slow whataburgers but I have seriously been sitting in this drive thru for 45 minutes. I got here right at noon. It took 30 just to get to the wondow to pay and now its been another 15 minutes because they said they were waiting on fries. In the meantime I have see them brand out food for 5 other cars but I am still just sitting here. I have already paid and have been here so long I feel like I need tk see this thing through tk the end but I will never come back into this whataburger again. If my car breaks down right near the driveway I will gladly push it up hill to the next parking lot instead of going here. This is absolutely the worst customer service ever. At 12:50 I waved a guy down who was delivering to other cars to ask him what the hold up was. Some kame excuse about they were busy. Finally got my food at 1pm and it was cold.

Me & my wife arrived around 9:30pm today and went through the drive thru to order our food . As we pulled up to pay, there was a line, so we had to wait. We sat in line for a good 15 minutes when we noticed the employees putting bags of food at the pick-up window from multiple customers getting all cold. When I arrived to get my food at the window, I noticed my drinks all watery with melted ice & drinks tasted all watery. Asked them if they could remake my food & drinks bc they had been sitting there for 10 mins & would wait, but they still tried to deny it bc they were too busy for the night. I asked for my money back but then the manager who I was speaking to who I did not get his name said he'd remake our food & make it first priority to come out fresh if we waiting a couple minutes. I decided to go inside the restaurant & wait for my food. Within a minute an employee walks up to me & tries to hand me my drinks without my food being ready & told her that the manager I spoke to would give me my food & drinks together instead of having the drinks served getting watery & ice all melted. The young lady then proceeded to give me attitude & asked that the drinks would be put in the fridge for me while I waited for my food & told her that I wanted my drinks remade again when my food comes out. She walks out to the back & proceeds to tell everybody else the situation that was happening & all the female employees started to talk bad about what I requested. They then handed me my food & cups so that we could serve ourselves & checked to make sure my food was correct. The kids' meal I ordered was made incorrectly & told them I asked for a plain & dry hamburger, but instead, it came with mustard. Another older lady Manager called Christina came up to me & tried to be funny saying that we weren't specific with how plain & dry I wanted my daughters burger when I specifically explained to the drive thru worker I wanted a plain meat & buns on my kids burger. She remade me the burger & mentioned that if we still weren't satisfied with the food & the situation with her employees being unprofessional talking back to customers " me & my wife " to come back on Monday to speak to on duty GM Wesley. As we got home, all of our food was cold , especially the fries. My daughter didn't even eat her food bc it was cold , we tried to heat up the food for her, hoping she'd eat it but just left it alone. Believe me, I will be back Monday to speak to Wesley about this issue that happened tonight, 2-28-25 & ask for my money back.

We gave this place many tries but, this is the worst whataburger I've ever been to. Fries are rarely fresh, always missing stuff. I have worked at whataburger, and I know gravy comes with the chicken strips, and your supposed to be making fresh fries for every customer.....

Terrible! i waited 30 minutes in a 4 car line in the drive through. when i got to the microphone the man in the speaker didn’t have any clue what he was doing . when we got our food we got tiny bags of fries even with the large order, and plain sandwiches with no cheese or bacon, and one had veggies when not asked for. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!!!
