Clean fast, and even smiled at my corny Grandad jokes.. most important the sandwich was made with care as if it was themselves. This I appreciated. This was not my normal location but I make make the drive. The sandwich, Italian BMT was pretty good.

Staff is nice but I gave them three stars because every time I order online I ask for extra veggies but I never get them even though I could see it printed on the receipt. Also, sometimes their vegives ( olives & cucumbers ) taste weird like expired and the store could be a little bit more clean, especially by the soda area.

They have a couple of employees that don't like to wash their hands before making your sandwich or keep the food protected from insects. You can tell when those employees are working. I skip eating here when I see those employees. When the other staff is there the food is protected, hands are washed before sandwiches are made and station cleaned frequently. Too bad this can't happen every time.

The employees here are nice, and service is quick, but I have to leave this review so that others aren't being ripped off.. they advertise that if you get a small drink, 6 inch, and 2 cookies that the cost is $6.99. Today I got that exact meal, and added 1 cookie, and was charged $16. When I asked about it they said that it's because I got an additional cookie, so they don't give the deal because it wasn't 2 cookies. I asked why they don't just charge for an additional cookie, and they said that isn't how it works. I wouldn't be as upset, it weren't for what happened the time prior. A week before today I ordered the meal exactly as listed, with only 2 cookies. They then asked if I'd like to add a 3rd cookie, and I said yes. I wasn't given the advertised price last time either, and I am thinking they offered the additional cookie so that they didn't need to give me the advertised price last time too. I'm being charged over double each time over 1 $1 cookie. They told me to tell them next time that I would like the deal, but there won't be a next time. I choose not to go to places that try to scam people out of extra money, and only address it if you say something. Its not trustworthy business.

I ordered a sandwich online and I will NEVER do that again. I opened up the wrapper and all the bread crumbled and fell apart. When I called the store I was told "sour dough bread can do that". For one I worked at a subway for 3 years, it has never done that. Second, if I ever encountered bread being unusable i would at least offer the customer another option. Not just have someone go home and open up this mess. I used to come here frequently and I will not be going back here again. Just complete disregard for customer service & providing a decent sandwich. Then on top of insult to injury the girl I spoke with just wanted to go back and forth with me, and offered me some cookies to not post this review. Get better employees!!

Ordered a breakfast wrap and a veggie delight sandwich with EXTRA VEGGIES online. Picked up both items with NO EXTRA VEGGIES, staff was unprofessional and rude. Won’t be coming to this place anymore!!!

The service was great and friendly. But the sandwich condiments were horrible, lettice was brown looking,soggy tomatoes. The owner or manager was unprofessional going in. Taking a large soda without paying, regardless if she owned it. Uniforms or employees were not worn correctly. I would never go to this subway again.

I would like to give them zero start if I have the option…. I went there this morning to get sandwich and personalized pizza. I requested the girl if she can warm up the veggie patty for sandwich and pizza before toast it she totally denied to do it and said she can not microwave that and I should not teach her job … I was like wow I told her that I am not teaching u ur work I am requesting if she can do this for me because I used to work at subway as well and do this all the time for Coustomer but she did not listen to us and throw the stuff in trash …. What a poor customer service I would like the owner if they can talk to their employees and ask them to be nice to ppl …. Worse service I have in my life …. Won’t recommend this place if u want to enjoy ur food and not want to spoil ur day !!!

I actually witnessed RACIAL DISCRIMINATION. One of the white male employees totally stopped making this Latino or maybe Black woman's sandwiches to make a white lady's sandwich who came in after everyone else. He didn't even apologize when it happened. The white worker even went so far to check complete her payment on the register. The white worker then only started serving the white men behind the lady he skipped. I just was totally disappointed. Subway missed the mark on this one... wont be returning to this location. Customer Service is less than pathetic.

Mistakenly ordered 2 meals, first online, then went into store thinking online order did not work, well it, realized it worked. after the fact! I've paid approximately 42.00 for order i picked up, and order i never received!10/28. As of 11/4 and many phone calls later, including with managers, nothing!! Both charges have cleared my account. I have my paper receipt, to no Avail. Not likely to return, would not be prudent! Lol 20.00, is a lot when you don't have much! Side note, was still a bit woozy after a medical procedure🤪😜🙄
