Elmendorf BK spanks the Ft Rich location so hard, you have to feel bad for the folks who work on Richardson side. 10 times out of 11, Elmo BKs staff is professional and responsive. Drive thru is ALWAYS moving at a reasonable pace despite being slammed every lunch time. Food is consistently decent (it’s BK, ok). And order accuracy and delivery time is always great. Seriously: today there were 7 cars ahead of me, the parking lot was full, and they still managed to get me my order within 11 minutes of getting in the drive thru line. AND: the drive thru attendant STILL managed to be upbeat, professional and efficient. So, basically it’s the exact opposite of the fort richardson BK in EVERY way. It’s no joke. Read my review of the rich BK. I didnt even have time to halfway finish this review while waiting for my food at the elmo location. If you are ever stuck on rich side for lunch, PLEASE, avoid that BK at all costs. Do yourself a favor and just drive over here to experience what its like when an on-base eatery doesn’t absolutely hate its customers.

It is a Burger King. Made to order burgers reheated. Fries adequately warm. No Wi-Fi. CNN on the tube. Broken soap dispenser in Men's restroom. Staff is mature & friendly.

The food is not bad. The lady that runs the drive through is kind of rude. I don’t think it’s intentional...may just be her personality

My only concern is the ice cream. When I had my fudge sundae the ice cream tasted sour. I did enjoy my chicken sandwich though.

Don't know about the drive through but the lobby service is the exact opposite of what you think of as "fast food" during lunch.

Very slow, I waited 30 mins for my food and there was only 6 poeple in front of me in line. BK used to be better. I won't be returning to this installation.

Staff fighting in the kitchen has brought the drive through to a halt. Been sitting here at the window for over 10 minutes....

Eaten here in the past with mediocre but passable service, but the last several times I've tried to eat here well within their posted hours, they've been closed. When every resource I can find says you're open until 11, I should not find you closed at 7:45 without a fairly clearly marked reason.

I only got a 8 piece nugget, a whopper and a medium fry was asked to go to front parking lot to wait and ended up waiting 20 mins didn’t get my food as I ended up leaving

This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen before. I’m not sure if they get trained to be rude, but anytime I stop here I always end up with horrible customer service.

Ordered a chocolate milkshake and it was white. Asked the lady behind the counter if I could get a chocolate one and she said it was chocolate. Tasted it, definitely vanilla...

Sign says, "we are open" but they are never open. It's 7pm on a Sunday...

22 Nov 22, is now 6:09 a.m. and BK is not open. Sat in drive through now for 10 minutes.

Burger King is a Fast Food restaurant chain. I would like to highlight Fast-Food, because on 19 December 2022 the workers did not even bother to acknowledge my presence standing in line. The lines were backed on the drive through and inside the customers stated that the wait time was 20 minutes. What I noticed on this particular day was that there were two elderly ladies serving customers that were extremely slow moving. Please hire people that can meet operation tempo.

Workers verbally very rude. They are extremely slow. Get the food wrong. Gabe in particular. Extremely rude. Burger King is fine. This location is just terrible. And the one on the side of post is fine. I don't even understand how terrible and purposefully rude this service is. And immensely slow despite being the only customer. Idk man. Please replace this location with management or a business that actually cares.. literally at all.. about bringing some semblance of service to JBER.

There's something special about Burger Kings on military installations that relegates it to competing with the on base shoppette for a last resort meal. There are many better options readily available both on and off the installation if you actually care about what you are eating. Sometimes, choosing not to eat is preferable to giving into ordering at Burger King.

Worst burger king I've ever seen. Always out of menu items. Never kniw what menu items are going to be available. This morning, 1 Aug 2025, NO TATER TOTS!!! HOW do you NOT have tater tots for breakfast. Recently I went for lunch to order a salad, and guess what, NO SALADS because they didn't have the salad bowls. AAFES, you have to do better at hring managers foe this burger king. They don't even have inside dinning because they can't hire enough people to work. Really???? Wow. TOTALLY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!
