It's As mediocre as it gets for food quality and overall experience. Not bad but never memorable. It's just quick food.
Drive up speaker was broken sign said pull in a stall. I did, ordered a large Cherry Limeade it took 20 minutes to get (1) drink. Guess they had to go pick the Limes. Thank goodness I didn’t order food.
Im sorry but if you cant take a order with at least some kind of nicer attitude then maybe customer service is NOT for you! The young lady who answered the thing to take my order had the worst attitude. Quick and hardly any care. A simple SMILE can change how you sound while taking a order. And STOP rushing me to finish my order! I HATE that! Its a quick way for me to never return and NOT recommend the business. SMH!! Do better at training your employees sonic. It MIGHT just help your reputation and get your business back up.
Driving home we stopped in for a quick dinner. Food took a while, but I saw they were busy. The food was pretty poor quality. The chicken in my sandwich was about half bun size and tough, nuggets had a burnt taste, tots not warm and the first and refilled pop was completely flat. Overall a bad choice
Everytine we come this way we order ahead when we get to Alba. We sit in the parking lot for over 20 minutes STILL. This is not a one-off either. This has happened randomly for over 3 years now. It's so frustrating. The point of a call in ahead is for fast and efficient service. Something has to get better!! Then they bring out the wrong food today!!!! 😡😡
Went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order and at first they gave me the wrong size drink. No big deal I kindly let her know and she rolled her eyes as she took the drink back in. She then gave me my drinks and then walked outside talking in the phone. Another young woman brought me my food a few minutes later, handing me two bags and then handing me a burger outside of the bag instead of putting it in a bag. It was lit pleasant but everyone has their days so I was just going to shrug it off. BUT when I got home and my daughter’s corndog was grey and my onion rings looked like fried chicken they were so over cooked that was the last straw. This place needs to get it together.
Food was fast BUT could BARLEY eat the tots they were absolutly SMOTHERED in greasy Chilli. All our drinks had virtually no carbonation. They forgot our Dr Pepper, they had tomatoes on burgers when ordered without and another burger ordered with mustared, mayo and ketchup... had only mayo... Sadly disappointed.
I waited in line for 20 minutes for some groovy sauce. It was forgotten on my order even tho I ordered it at my stall, so we decided to go through the drive thru to get it , there was one car in front of us , his order took 15 minutes , then we pull up don’t even get acknowledged people kept walking by the window not saying a word and when she finally opened the window we had been there for 10 minutes just to get some freaking sauce. It’s a drive thru for a reason so you expect no one at the window for more than 5 minutes and especially if you know the car behind just wanted some sauce it should’ve been ran out. Very disappointing and won’t be back , quitman is 10x better with service and food.
Order 2 chicken sandwich’s both were burnt they told us they would refund our money and get us 2 fresh ones sat there for 30 minutes, and they never brought any back out so we just left. Would not recommend eating at this location!
They should fire the entire staff and start over. The women that work there constantly get my order wrong every time. I understand they were closing but they shouldn’t be so reckless. I wanted cheese tots, but I got fries instead. I asked for a sonic cheeseburger and they literally gave me a plain cheeseburger and the patties were broken up stacked on top. I asked for the triple burger with no veggies, and they loaded all the veggies. I asked for sweet tea and they gave me unsweetened tea. The only thing they got right was the mozzarella sticks. I’m even surprised they didn’t mess that up. They are also SLOW. I waited an hour for my food. -100 for this place.
Waste of money. My order was pretty simple. Got the #1 combo with tater tots Cheeseburger bacon pickle mayo. You know you pay about $2 to add bacon to your order so you would expect at the least 2 pieces but nope I received half a piece of bacon. The mayo in one glob in the center with the 3 tiny pickles stacked on top of each other sitting right on top of the mayo. Cheese not melted because the patty was cold. Tater tots cold and stale. Can say I won't be going back to that one
I placed a mobile order from my house. I had 3 drinks, a corn dog and a small order of mozzarella sticks. Nothing crazy. I drive the 5 minutes to get there, check in and wait. 10 minutes goes by and I still don’t have my order. Another 10 minutes I push the button and say “hey, it’s been over 20 minutes since I placed my order.” They tell me they’ll take to the cook. I’ve been sitting here for another 15 minutes and it’s still not out. This is ridiculous.
Let me start off by saying I don’t know where all these positive reviews are coming from…hm.. This is probably the worst sonic location i have been to in 10 years. Seriously do not come here. It would’ve been quicker for me to drive 30 minutes to the next location than wait here for an hour! I sat here waiting for them to come on the speaker for 20 minutes, ended up just ordering online. Then sat for another 30 minutes waiting on the food. Absolutely ridiculous and something needs to be done about this. I’m not sure if it’s the employees or what but I will never go here again. Hopefully no one else goes here either so they can realize how horrible it is. The employees get paid mostly on tips, so that’s sad that I won’t be tipping even a penny because no effort was put in. Just close it down at this point.
I ordered a plain black coffee on the app and waited at a stall for 30 minutes. I then went through the drive through to ask and was told my coffee would be ready at the window . There were 3 cars in front of me and it took another 10 minutes . When I got to the window , I was informed that they do not have any coffee and are unable to make any. They did give me a large drink to replace it , but this was not worth the 40 minute detour on my drive and the service was terrible. I would not stop at this sonic.
Ordered cheesy bacon supersonic ic stack and 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweetened tea on the app said it would be ready at 1:46 so 12 minutes later here comes the order without the tea she had to go back and get it since I had never had this I went to take pictures and found out no bacon so I hollered at the waitress and showed her and she explained two new cooks and would remake it and I could keep the wrong one well a short time later here comes the replacement and guess what it is wrong it was a single meat so had to wait for her to co e by again and tell this was incorrect I told her I would just combine the two to make one I wasn't going to do it inside the car so drove home and fixed it and of all the burgers from sonic this was the worst tasting one ever I threw both out
Don’t bother trying the drive thru, employees placed a hand written sign to pull into a bay. There isn’t much to expect when eating here although I was fooled into thinking that I couldn’t go wrong with ordering a corn dog. Fooled once again, this 3 day old reheated dog toy was the worst thing I’ve ever tried from Sonic. One bite and the whole thing came off the stick, I couldn’t even bite off a piece to swallow so I spit out into a bag. Through frustration I chunked the thing out the window for the birds and squirrels. Then I felt bad as I couldn’t thing to do that to an animal so I picked it back up, threw it in the dumpster.
This had to be the worst experience ever. There wasn’t a manager on duty to talk with. The young kids working were trying. Obviously lack of leadership. Food was horrible-chicken burnt. Given wrong order and missing pieces to order. It made me give ones but I wouldn’t really give them that in reality. Good thing we were passing through and don’t have this daily! If this would have been sit down would want my money back! Already contacted your corporate prior to posting here, still waiting on response.
We JUST pulled out of Sonic. Trying to get some chicken for my one year daughter on a road trip. We should have checked the chicken before we pulled away…all the ‘nuggets’ were clumps of burnt batter. Found very little dried stringy chicken once we pulled the clumps of burnt batter apart. I am dumbfounded they are serving this.
Paid 4.79 for a grilled chicken wrap that was nothing but burnt/over cooked chicken. Couldn't even eat it. I completely understand being short staffed but you could CLEARLY see while making this wrap that the chicken used was very badly burnt and absolutely distasteful looking. My question is would the person who made this eat this? If not, which I know you wouldn't, why would you try to make someone else?
