Only been there once so far but I will be back,Tex mex burger was awesome.I didn't get wings but the person next to me did,and they looked really good.Only complaint is that there are only high top tables.I wish that there were tables or booths.Service was good.

Topper Saloon is our favorite local bar for Awesome live music, hanging out and dancing with friends and enjoying the great pizza is too!

The Topper is one of the areas premier places to be if you want great food, good drinks, great atmosphere, great music and great people Billy Joe and Mike are top notch in their Bar expertise and Mike is also an awesome cook too behind the grill.

I have been going there for over 10 years, and I like everyone there and they have the Best food, from the Sampler Platter to the best Chicken Wings around the area.

We never expected to go to a saloon for breakfast.But we were in for a shock awesome menu, great food and excellent quality! The service was GREAT!!!! Highly recommend people trying it..

Great place to see a band. Cozy and clean. Good crowd. The servers especially Jackie are attentive and personable. She made sure we were taken care of all night in a prompt manner as well as being very friendly and playful. The wings were great and can tell they make their own sauce which was really smooth and tasty. I recommend a try.

Cool about this bar is good live entertainment on weekends/no cover. Prices on very reasonably priced drinks are increased about 50c. No patio but there are plenty of benches outside so at most I'd take only 1/2 star. The menu is basic tavern.🐔🍔🍟🐟 I wouldn't expect vegan. ...may-be a garden salad.

This is my favorite bar to go to listen to bands. I have tried some food, quite a time ago, and thought it was good. I love this place, but it is a bit far for me to drive at night. I think the size of the bar is perfect. Large enough to see the bands, large enough to have a crowd.

Comfortable and food is decent for a bar. They also had a live band when I visited... perhaps that's on Friday only Gets crowded fast.

This is one of Endicott's larger venues for bands. Live music every weekend and a nice kitchen make it a regular stopen for both the young and older crowd. A pool table and shuffle board provide entertainment while the bar is always full with regulars. Quick Draw lottery is a big attraction and while the staff is excellent it can get a bit crowded and overwhelming when a popular band is playing.

Pretty nice bar. Food and drink selections are pretty good. The only downside is that on Friday and Saturday nights it can get pretty crowded and parking can be an issue

The Topper is a decent dive bar in Endicott. I have visited the Topper a few times in the last couple months, typically to catch some local live music. Food here is good, and I do recommend the wings as they hit the spot. On live music nights be warned, this establishment can be quite packed depending on who is playing!

Food was decent. The crowd is as others described. Didn’t see any fighting but definitely saw the potential lol. We had great service. It was packed when we arrived at 7:30 but cleared out minutes later. Will probably go back again since it’s close by.

Great local bar. Very spacious. Friendly staff. Burger was really good. Nice selection of craft beer cans and bottles. Only place that I know of that has Genesee and PBR on tap.

Been to Toppers many times. Its strictly a blue-collar crowd, NO charge to see a band and decent drink prices. Great little place to kick back, empty a few with good people while getting a bite or watching a band. I highly reccomend the place as a little-known local gem of the night life scene.

Service is very good. Mike is an amazing cook. Billy Joe is a great bartender. Prices are very fair. The only complaint I have is that the person who does sound for entertainment on Friday night brings enough equipment to accommodate Madison Square Garden. Overkill and way too loud.

I'm in the market for a go-to bar and had pleasant experiences at Topper years ago. The atmosphere is casual and the layout comfortably accommodates plenty of viewing space to the band and dancing. My only disappointment, and this is a deal breaker for a hang out location, is the service provided by the 11 year employee behind the bar. When I ordered my drink, I requested water in a glass rather than a one use container and was denied. Her first reason was that plastic cups were the only way she could tell who was underage. That's when she told me she had been there 11 years which seemed like a comment meant to make me accept everything else that followed. When I commented I don't like to use one use containers, she said it was the owner's policy. The band (Broken Arrow) was very good and played classic 80s, among my favorite genres. I'm going to suggest they play at Kelli's in Endicott as the service is excellent and welcoming.

Kitchen is nasty dirty and unsafe for anyone to eat there.

Just left there , The bartender was clearly racist gave everyone a coasters at the bar but me when I tried to get her attention she clearly ignored me the vibe is very racist if your not white I don't suggest you go there , Sad because I've been in the Army 9 yes and have been to country bars a lot and never felt as uncomfortable as I did there disgusting !!!

Used to go there frequently prior to covid. Was a great local bar with decent food.Our first time back was very disappointing. The new barmaid ( not the one from pre covid)was friendly enough, but the cook was different . I ordered a BLT, which was okay..hard to screw that up. Hubby ordered the half lb burger, medium, with well done fries. When it came, the burger was the size you might find on the kiddy menu, and was overcooked. The fries, while hot, were simply nowhere near well done. What a disappointment, as we really looked forward to returning there. A Oh, additionally, the Guinness tap was out.

A typical townie bar. You'll see the same regular drinkers every day arguing the same old stuff. The food is typical bar food. The atmosphere is what you'd expect. If you like a quiet place to get drunk it's fine, otherwise pass this place up.
