It's all about who you get on the register and who busy it is. I got a nice girl today at the register who got my food in Fast and friendly I got the 4 for 4 with a burger fries and chicken nuggets and a drink for four bucks and was satisfied with it. When I got done she was cleaning the restaurant and it was Immaculate in there I give her props and give them 5 stars for the visit today.

This place is always sooo busy but they really get you out quick most of the time. The last few burgers I bought were neatly stacked, not lopsided as with some places. Seema.like this crew cares more than most!

We go here on Sundays usually. Staff is very friendly and polite. The service and food are really great. I have been there many times and have not been disappointed. I would highly recommend this location for superior service and food.

I just recently moved to the area and I always enjoy stopping in your location. My food is always fresh, the employees are always working hard, and the only time I was a little disappointed was when the soda machine was down. But weren't we all. This location is in a very busy spot. And I know from working in the food industry, that depending on your location it can become very overwhelming. And and even when under pressure and really busy, everything is continually consistent.

Got beat up here and the worker there kicked everybody out, didn't even care who or what happened. Loved that and almost ended up going through their window but they didn't even try and get me to pay for it 🤞 fr awesome place

Never cold or soggy fries from this location. Their baked potatoes are always fresh, fluffy, never one of those day old, over-kept boulders other locations seem to have

The burgers are really fresh never frozen, but I'm a chicken sandwich fan and that's usually what I order. The food at this wendys especially is always fresh never dried out and hard, with a pretty quick wait time. The kids love the 4 for $4 and they always ask if we can get them and then tell me we have to go to this location. If any of the employees are reading this keep up the good work, it's great having a place to rely on when I need to grab some good food quick.

Quick bite, had a bit of a wait, but I was frustrated thatc4 people who ordered after me; all got thier orders prior to me getting my simple order and then he totally forgot my Carmel Frosty which was NOT at all like it's advertised or pictured I basically had a vanilla frosty with a squirrel of Carmel at the bottom! Wendy's in Endicott NY is very clean. The workers are friendly which is a nice change of pace from other fast food servers. I tried the Meal of Misfortune. It was good and I was not disappointed but my advice is it's not for the weak of heart.

Everyone loves Wendys.. from their Asiago Ranch Club to their biggie bags. But their breakfast.. 🤌🏻 SLEPT. ON. I heard about their 2/$3 breakfast deal - and things are always tight here.. so I tried it this morning and MY GODD. These potatoes are hands down better than their lunch fries. Lady was so helpful, and cheery. Not like fake customer service voice either.

What is going on with the parking lot. The drive-thru was closed because of the work. But the food and the people were awesome

The counter cashier looked incredible and perfect in her Halloween dress. Oh she could marry any straight man in the world in that dress. And in case Wendy's corporate looks at this she was not dressed sexy at all her stockings were hilarious. Have a good night D. M.

It's a typical Wendy's. Food is consistent with other Wendy's. Parking can be slightly tricky at peak times like lunch. There is a school across the street so lunchtimes during the school year it can get crowded. All in all though no different than any other Wendy's.

I seldom eat fast food. You order your own food and wait for it to be pushed across the counter to you. Cost was not terrible, the food was the usual sub par fast food.

I'm an avid Wendy's fan worked in the Horseheads Wendy's through high-school and I believe thier one of the best fast food chains available this one had the food rite but service was below par didn't tray it rite (like each meal on its own tray) missing items and a burger ordered plain came with everything on it.

I do t go to Wendy's often but the cost of the combos here is quite high compared other fast food. $12 for spicy chicken combo.

Food is always good here, but getting through the drive thru can be time consuming. If there are no cars or only one in line it's only a 5-10 minute affair, but if you get there at prime time and there's any sort of line, expect to wait 20-30 minutes.

Always good service and great food. Though the line may be a little long sometimes, it's worth the wait. Their breakfast menu is pretty good and their potato wedges for breakfast are phenomenal! I could go for those instead of their fries at lunch time but their burgers and chicken are great as well. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a delicious and quick bite.

Not bad for a Wendy's, but you need to hit it at the right time. Can be one of the most inconsistent places. Sometimes it's hot and fresh, sometimes you wonder when the burger was cooked as it's hot, but that weird dried out things get when kept heated by steam. Friendly staff, but it's right across from a high school so it's packed at lunch with them and often many HS kids just hanging out inside afterschool for hours being HS kids so I recommend the drive through.

Drive thru line moved rather quickly. The staff were friendly. While handing my drink thru window, associate cracked the lid which spilled drink on my lap. They were very apologetic. I wasn't upset at all about this, but got home and realized two out of three of our burgers were wrong.

Just stopped for a Frosty quick and staff on register was friendly and very pleasant. Seem to realm care on how clean dining room was. My question though is why are the frostys not solid? Little melty for my liking. This seems to be frequent.

The fries are never hot or fresh. They also close down a large part of the dining area early. That's ok I now know that some other restaurants in the area have better tasting food, i would not have ever tried other places to eat if the good seating area was not closed in the afternoon.

Recently I’ve been trying to order the brownie batter swirl and just this past time I was told that they “no longer have it” however I looked this up to confirm that information and it says it’s apart of the permanent menu and I have not seen anything about it being discontinued. So if it is temporarily out of stock than that’s ok but I think it’s very poor customer service to be dishonest about an item no longer being available if it’s only temporary just because you may be frustrated that customers keep attempting to order it. Plus employees at this location tend to have a problem putting the correct condiments for my salads when I ask to adjust my dressing to ranch. It’s always that I either end up with caesar dressing which I can’t eat or they do give the ranch and I end up also being given the crispy onions which don’t go with the parm caesar salad.

Eh, it's Wendy's. They serve fast food. I don't go there expecting a really excellent meal. I go there because I need food fast and everywhere else is either closed or worse. That being said I wish the owner of the franchise would give people using their drive through some COVER from the bloody rain and snow.

Woman at the first drive through window was snippy and rude when I repeated their astronomically high price for the 4 value menu burgers and 1 fries we got. There were four of us that went to this location for lunch. The service was very slow (20 minutes in line, 15 minutes more to get the food). The food was barely warm. They had a lot of customers both inside the restaurant and in drive-through. I don't know what the problem was. They may have been short staffed. If that was the case, they should set people's expectations accordingly. I won't be a return customer to this Wendy's location.

Wendy’s in general is VERY expensive for what food you get, for the 20-25 minute wait, for the mediocre environment, and for poor service. My child enjoys Wendy’s so we stop by on occasion. If I had my choice I’d never visit.

Due to what I'm guessing is poor maintenance, I ended up being locked in the restroom after the door handle broke. Had to call the store to get someone to let me out. Wasn't even offered an apology or anything.

The food is good, the only problem is that unless I narrow it down to a 4 piece nugget with a frosty, they continuously give me the wrong order. It's very simple.

Unbelievable. Ppeople in this place have absolutely no idea how to do their job. We just got food in the drive through, paid for it, got home, and discovered they didn't give us half of the food. A few days ago, we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches in the drive through, they gave us 2 sandwiches, in wrappers that said "chicken" on them, inside there were 2 cheeseburgers. Last week, same thing happened, given 2 cheeseburgers instead of chicken sandwiches. Is this a joke? Never going to this place again. This is unacceptable. If I could, I'd give them zero stars.

Rude drive thru worker has an attitude

I should have taken a picture to express what my anger can not. I first wanted to say that the STAFF were not the problem, or maybe in a roundabout way they were, and I have not ever formally complained, so perhaps I need to take some of the blame. I will also acknowledge that I went here at at 10:30 pm, the Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend, but when I still have to pay the ridiculous prices that I do any other day or time, I would expect the same quality. I bought an Asiago chicken sandwich, and when I got home and took the bun off, the chicken looked like it had been cooked in oil that was a week old, and it didn't even look like a chicken breast. By the time I had "trimmed off" the burnt nasty coating, the breast that remained was literally not even 2 tenders worth of meat.... and that is $7?? You have GOT to be kidding me. (I actually had said to my son while waiting for 20 minutes in the drive-thru, "They can't possibly mess my order up worse than last week when I ordered their guacomole chicken sandwich... He laughed and said, "is that what you had ordered?" *pointing to the picture* "That's definitely not what you got. No guacamole, nothing at all like the picture." (I dont even know WHAT they had given me that night, some zombie-like concoction of all their chicken sandwiches combined with NO guacamole to be found.. Into the trash that sandwich had gone...) BUT... tonight was it for this Wendy's and Wendys in general. I used to be okay with paying higher than McDonald's pricing, because I expected a higher quality of food, but in my past two visits, I have spent $36 for 2 meals for my son and myself, and mine both have gone in the trash... Absolutely garbage. The $3 hot chicken sandwich that the Weis deli makes is a much better chicken breast quality, and less than half the price. I wonder what Dave Thomas would say if he were alive and made to do a taste test of those chicken sandwiches. Just terrible. Will not be back .

They just tried to rob me because I was using a coupon. I tried using a 2 for $12 small chicken sandwich combo. I added cheese to each sandwich. They said my total was $17 dollars and some change they insisted it was the tax. Tax on 12.60(added cost of cheese) is .50 make it make sense. I'm calling corporate on Monday because it's the register that's actually robbing me. They tried saying I guess it's the tax on the original price?! Bacon was old and not fresh. Associate had a bad attitude at drive-through like she hated her job (should never take that out on customers) and they didn't give me napkins or a straw. Had to go inside and ask. Inside was a mess. It was filthy.

While waiting for someone to come wait on me at the counter for several minutes they changed to lunch menu at 1024 and when someone finally decided to wait on me I was refused breakfast and when I mentioned I was waiting forever to be waited on while they changed menues early all she did was shrug her shoulders, " oh well. ". What a circus this place is. FyI this review was completed at 1031 AM, so clearly they shut down breakfast early with zero apology.

Once again failed to complete my order successfully. I ordered a sour cream and chives baked potato.. they didn't give me sour cream. I had to drive back, and ask for some. The drive thru person didnt apologize. By the time I made it home my food was cold. This happens everytime I'm here.

Went through the drive thru and they were blasting loud music and yelling at the girl with the long hair working the drive thru window and yelling over the mic and talking very rude to her while she was taking my order and she started to break into tears and I told her to report them to her boss, I think that is very unprofessional how they play the music so loud and how they speak to her.

This has to be one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever experienced. I’m writing this after 4 different attempts to buy food. The store manager is rude and unhelpful, it’s seeming like every lunch there system is down, but also it’s down for the late night hours too, they turn off the mobile ordering I have a $34 dollar meal I can’t get my money for because upon ordering from door dash they decided there not doing mobile orders. This place is in desperate need of restaffing but it does look nice in side.

Poor customer service and crazy wait times

Ordered on GrubHub, took forever, food was cold, they forgot all our sauces and my nuggets with my combo order! Also my fries. I called to see what was taking so long and they were snippy with me and told me to just cancel it! As if I could! It was already paid for and it's not that easy with GrubHub. Never again!!!

I ordered a Junior Baconater and a large soda. Upon arrival home, I found that I was given a small cheeseburger with a stip of bacon. They also gave a small soda. My order is mixed up EVERY time I go through the drive thru on Endicott. But they certainly don't mind taking my money for my original order.

Road trippers, avoid this area at all costs. Seems to be riddled with drug addicts/crime, because every business immediately refused restroom service. This location’s staff avoided even looking up as I waved/knocked from outside (around 11pm) seeking food in exchange for restroom use. The patrons in the drive-thru line seemed equally traumatized when I politely tried to ask a question from my car (rolling their back window from 6 ft away).. Also avoid 86, bumpiest/worst highway to drive a tow on.

Typically I enjoy Wendy’s, the one in the industrial park “loves” is great. Best I’ve ever had. But this one in endicott is usually mediocre at best. And today I had the worst experience ever. I ordered a medium fries, a 4 piece nuggets, and a jr bacon cheeseburger. And at first I didn’t add the cheeseburger but did once I got to the window. He said it went from 7 dollars to 12. I was confused but just said uhh okay I suppose. Figuring I’d just look at my receipt, but never got one and he shut the window. So I went to the second window and told her I think I ordered it wrong, it should be the 5$ biggie bag that comes with all these items and a drink, can I change it? And the manager came over and responded with “no it’s already rung up” and since I had a long line behind me I went inside and she came back over and said “I already told talked to you?” And I said yes but I didn’t want to hold up the line, can I just return my food and buy the bag since it’s less than half the price and also get my drink? She replied “this isn’t a department store, you can’t just return things, there’s nothing I can do for you, you ordered it that way” so I told her yes and I tried to change that but he didn’t give me my receipt so I didn’t notice till the second window before receiving my food so it still could have been changed? But she insisted it couldn’t and said “can I just give you a drink?” I told her I don’t even care about the drink I just want my 7 dollar back. And she said she can’t do that and to have a nice day. To which I walked away and said thanks for nothing! And she laughed at me and said “have a nice dayyyy!”. She was a heavier set women with a few missing teeth working at 430 on a tuesday October 29th. I’ve always been offered a combo when if I’m ordering items separate and have always gotten helpful service if not satisfied at other restaurants. I was not a difficult rude customer that she needed to be rude to in return. I just wanted the correct value for my food. And was told it was my own fault even though I had noticed it before receiving my food. But once they have your money they’ll be dammed if you’re getting any of it back. That’s their money now! I will never go back to that Wendy’s as long as that women is working there. She was extremely rude from the moment she started talking to me. How she got to be a manager of any business is absolutely beyond me.

Waited in line for almost an hour, several people behind me in line left, I probably should have done the same. They screwed up the order for the person in front of me then made us all sit there for almost 10 minutes while they figured out what was going on inside, before asking the customer in front of me to pull into a parking spot. By time I got to the window my food was getting cold, when I got back with the bag was missing a whole order, was given wrong drinks, and not one of their employees had any customer service, let alone people skills. Would give ZERO stars if Google would let me. $50 order, got $3 service, too pissed off to go back and wait in their ridiculous line for the refund, or another cold sandwich. Normally I would let this go, but this is the 3rd time in a row from this location that we experienced some if not all of these problems in the last several months.

There's a sign posted at the door that says the dining area is closed and to use the drive thru. The dining area has people clearly eating inside despite the doors being locked. Clearly the manager is showing favoritism and closing the main part of the facilities just so a single group can eat alone. I'm gonna go to a different location. Thanks for delaying my lunch.
