Came here for Mother's Day. It was a wonderful experience. The waitress was so kind and attentive it blew us away. I can't say enough our food was delicious for everyone dining with us. Thank you so much Chili's for making Mother's Day a remarkable day! My wife loves the food and my kids can't get enough of the chicken tenders and pizza!

We visited in mid-afternoon and almost had the place to ourselves. Our Server was fantastic. The food was great and served hot. The only negative was that they were advertising a particular beer on the front door, but didn't have any. The bathroom was very clean.

Walked in behind a party of 11. We sat in a booth in the bar. I’m impressed it’s real clear they were short staffed but you wouldn’t know it by the service or food. Service was easy 10/10 and the food was better than most Chilis locations. Hot and fresh. They deserve a 10 and we tipped 70% to show how great it was after 8 hours of driving.

First of all this place is very clean. I observed the staff cleaning everything. All of our food was good from the appetizer to the main dish. Our drinks were fantastic also. We didn't have to wait long for our food and the staff was very helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent service, great food, fun atmosphere, reasonable prices. I've never experienced an appetizer, side, or entree I didn't like, it's well worth a visit. And Affordable. Great selection of kids menu items, according to a picky pre-teen. Wait staff are friendly and efficient. Get the chips and salsa. And ask for ranch dressing to dip the chips in. I promise if you like light, crispy, salty tortilla chips and a good restaurant-style ranch dressing, you'll love this combo.

Honestly I had a negative outlook towards chilis, but after a friend referred me and my partner to try them again I was shocked by how much better they have gotten. Burgers are good, chips are warm and salty, fries were solid and the fajitas were steaming hot! The deserts are the only weak point, but it’s all a personal preference. Service was great too, will 100% go back.

Had a quick lunch date with my husband and our youngest son there. It was great! Our waitress was so kind and patient. She paid close attention to our order and made sure our toddler was kept occupied and entertained. We had a great time! Will definitely recommend. My food was very good & the service here was amazing! My experience here was no joke probably genuinely the best service I have ever had at restaurant in my whole entire life. When we walked in we were quickly greeted by the manager & he asked our seating preferences which was really nice! Our server was also amazing! She was a blonde lady w/ a nose piercing and 4th of July theme nails, I forgot her name unfortunately but shout out to her!!! She was friendly & checked up on us multiple times making sure we were having a great experience. One of our food items took a bit longer than expected but not anything bothersome, maybe only about 5 minutes & I had absolutely no issue with this. Then to our surprise the very friendly manager came over to our table and told us that he would be adjusting our bill taking the guacamole off due to the wait. That was very very sweet and we were shocked at how thoughtful it was because it was really no issue at all! We really appreciated that. This was my first time being at Chilis in years & ive only ever been once before but I am definitely wanting to come back a lot more now. We tried the triple dipper. It was well worth the money. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Crisper sandwich. It was delicious but the only problem I had with it was the more it stayed on my plate the soggier the bun became. If only they could use a sturdier bun.

Came in while visiting Binghamton This weekend. I usually don’t eat at food chains but chilis was amazing. The customer service was amazing and our server had a lot of patience. She was super knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the Sante Fe Salad and replaced the chicken with shrimp. The restaurant was spacious, clean and had plenty of seating. I will definitely come back when visiting Binghamton again.

Went here for the first time today for lunch today with my Fiancé and everything was fantastic. I have ONE tiny tiny complaint which I kept to myself and that would be, my burger was a bit on the greasy side. But not worth a complaint to the workers at all. Their chips are SO GOOD, they even gave us a bag to go for no charge because I loved them so much. Our server Allison was friendly, super fast, and overall wonderful. We will come again soon!!!

What’s not to like? For 15 years I’ve always ordered the South Western Egg Rolls, they’re incredible. Parking can be a tad awkward (busy). Good food, great service. Good burgers and tacos. Drinks are decent, deserts and warm and yummy. Good food chain to visit, rarely do I have issues, recommended.

Went to the Vestal Parkway location. Really nice and fancy looking Chili's. We went on a monday night. Menu was great, my bacon cheeseburger was good! Cooked medium just as I asked for, great French fries. Wife got a bacon chicken quesidilla which she was eh about. My son loved his fries his burger bites and my burger too.

Food was good! Atmosphere is great, had a window seat by the bar. Margaritas we're excellent and if you go on happy hour cheap too! Waitress was very good always checking in to see how your doing or if anything was needed. Would and have recommend to friends.

Food quality was not great. Appetizers took 35 minutes but the main courses came out in 5. Gabby the waitress/bar tender/phone answerer was a waitress goddess. If I had my own place, Id offer quite a bit and take her. Shes that good. They need to watch food quality. We had bad chicken in with our boneless wings.

Food is too good! Tried burgers, steaks and Mexican food, everything was great. Cocktails were nice as well. The 4 star is just because of slow service. Had to wait for good enough time just for our drinks. There was only one waitress working on all tables and she was polite and hard working. Maybe it's the management that made only one waitress work that made the overall service quite slow.

Everything is pretty standard for a Chili's. Food is great and service is personable. I've been seated immediately every time I've been here. Decoration is pretty hip for a chain in Vestal. Not super vegetarian friendly, though - there are some vegetarian items and you can make any burger a veggie burger, which is super, but I've noticed there are some items on the menu (this happened to me with the Santa Fe Crispers salad) where there's no mention of meat in the description, but the standard version of the item does in fact include some sort of meat. So if this is a concern for you just check with the waiter before you order.

Overall a very solid experience here. Confusingly, we were told there was a 10 minute wait to be seated despite several empty tables throughout the dining room. I'm talking at least 8. After we were seated, the service was prompt & professional, and everything came in a timely manner despite a busy restaurant. Interestingly, I've never been asked if everything was good and the other variations of that question so many times in my life. Between our waitress and the floor manager, we must've been asked 15 times. Even when we hadn't gotten any food yet, and then again before we even took a bite haha. That was overkill, but better to be too attentive than neglectful. Food was very good. Well portioned, and hot. Would love to come back.

Got mottzerella stick they were burnt and blowed out barely any cheese. Fries were a touch on the soggy side and big rancher burger with little to no ranch on it, this is why curbside sucks. After this review they they did give me 30 dollar gift card and we ate there it was much better!

Food was delicious! I had the ribs, meat fell off the bones! Bartender didn't seem very attentive. He was personable, and took drink orders to the tables, so I'm guessing another person would have been helpful! Will definitely be coming back!

We lived chilis and typically visit one every city we go. This one isn't the worst but they could improve the kitchen staff. The food we received was burnt. They cooked one order wrong. If they took the time ti make sure they are reading the correct order they would do much better.

Little on the pricey side but good food

Order two for one priced draft beer. Apparently they both come out together at one time. You either drink quickly and get done with the one drink or you have to drink a warm second beer. When asked, the waitress says that's the only way we can do it so that we remember to give you your other drink or so that you don't forget to ask for it. Never in my life have I got beers that way. Yes, if they were bottled, but those were typically put into a bucket.

The waitress we had seemed upset that we were making changes to the dishes we ordered, we tend to be on the healthier side when ordering. My husband and I ordered a coke zero for each of us and ended up getting dr pepper, when we told the waitress this she had an attitude, my husband ordered a side of Mexican rice and it didn't come when our food was delivered. She tried to turn it around when she dropped off his rice. Didn't have the greatest experience tonight.

The food was good! Service however, was a completely different story. We went a bit later in the evening, not too many other customers. Took quite a while to even get seated. Waitor was friendly, I'll admit that... but as is Casper, which is a fair comparison considering after our food came to the table he went ghost. Ended up leaving without take out boxes, despite the amount of leftover we had. Was pretty frustrating considering how much I paid for it.

Most overserved person I have seen in a bar in quite some time last night who proceeded to bring in a dog. Obviously a non service animal. What does this say? Nothing was done to correct and apparently this person came in several times before. I have always liked coming here but last night I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

The chicken tenders were excellent. The ribs were very good as well. The smoked sausage was very good, too. The only thing that wasn't very good. Was there corn on a Cobb thing? It was mushy overseas and glopped with something on it I don't know not very good, but everything else was very good.

Very nice nice ambiance, great food. Only quirk was that the waitress would not let us sit in a table where there was no sun, simply asked us to use the shades.

Overall mid level experience. Server was nice, the place was clean, but the food was bland. I ordered one of their 8oz margaritas, no prices on the drink menus.....$13.49. Very unsatisfied with the overall experience.

I’ll start off by saying, when you receive your meals for 3 of 4 in the party to be told when all of that is coming out that the fourth person’s order is out of stock. A salad gets served that was clearly set under a heat lamp for some crazy reason. Unacceptable.

This is a delivery review. This does not represent kitchen to table service and should not be considered for dine in customers. I am just reporting how well Chili's food traveled. My order traveled 1.6M and was delivered within 27 min of ordering. I got the bone-in wings with Ranch. They showed up NOT HOT, but thats OK, the sauce was well adhered to the wings and they were delicious. Very good. Next I got the basic burger with fries. The fries traveled well, they were still very crispy and no soggy. But thr burger was just ok. I ended removing the Patty from the bun, the Patty was very nice. For desert I got the peanut butter pie. VERY RICH. Everything cost me $65. I would normally never pay for this, but work is paying so.

Write Home About It? No, but not a bad place to stop for a buy one get one Happy Hour Special and a quick bite to eat. The food was fair to average. It wasn't that is was bad just lacked in luster and flavor. However, the sautéed peppers and onions on my trio fajitas were full of flavor and complimented the meat quite well. Service was spot on. I sat at the bar and the bar tender did a nice job. Would I come back? Maybe for a drink or two and maybe an appetizer. Not sure I would do a whole meal again.

Went to Chili's for lunch with my daughter. Menu was great Avacodo steak with marinade d asparagus, Melting in your mouth. Waiters was great at his job with a 10 rating. But the music was so loud I couldn't hear what my daughter was saying on the other side of table. By the time I left I felt my blood pressure was up like I had been to a party for 20 excited children! Why can't these restaurant s put a relaxing music at a lower sound in the background. Won't go back again because of this.

Usually good food at good prices with decent service. As a routine customer, I received very poor customer service on Sunday, June 10, 2018. 30 minutes seated with no service, not even to ask if we wanted drinks. They forgot to put pickles and tomato on my burger, but after 20 minutes with no server visit I just ate the thing. After over an hour in the restaurant I finally got dessert. It was cold lava cake with a solid chunk of "lava" in the center. Again, I couldn't have them fix it because the server didn't come back. I had to go to the front to try to pay my check after waiting another half hour after my terrible dessert, and then had to wait longer for someone to take my card. Two hours for a burger lunch! I should have just walked out without paying. They obviously don't care if they can't be bothered to take my money. Only two stars because the food is generally good quality.

Waitress was very nice, but just a little forgetful I guess. My starter salad was forgotten, refills weren’t brought out even though she said they would be, and more where that came from. The food was good, I got the 3 for me with the steak and it was cooked perfectly. But apparently make sure you look over your bill they messed it up, and then fixed it in a minor way and didn’t even fix the whole thing. Definitely won’t dine in again, would consider doing take out.

Careful if you work for delivery apps. Most of the time you have to wait awhile before someone bothers to ask if you placed an order, workers going by left and right. I imagine their are workers assigned to takeout but they aren't anywhere to be found. I picked up an order the other day after waiting about 15 minutes. The girl with a nose ring said have a good day, I replied thanks quietly because I was annoyed. As I started walking out she said "or not" pretty loudly I brushed it off. But was enough to make me write this review, that and the other times I've had to wait just to be acknowledged. I've spoken with other drivers who feel the same.

The place was not very busy (reason we stopped). They wanted to seat us next to a family who just received their meal. There were plenty of other empty seats nearby that would have been sufficient. When I asked not to be seated there, the girl made a face but did check for other available seating. When the food came out, my daughters order was perfect. However, nothing I ordered was correct. The young gentleman (who appeared to be new) did apologize and took it back. The simi correct meal came out within minutes with ranch, which I can not have, and did not ask for. Overall, it's was not a fun experience.

Delivery thru grub hub. My bbq sauce was spilled in the bag, the food was cold, items were missing 🤦🏿‍♂️😡. Dinner was kinda frustrating 😫. They issued a full refund. Cant chance it again for delivery.

Last night, my son and I decided that we were going to stop at Chili’s for dinner. Every single time I’ve ever been there before I’ve ordered the ribeye steak with the fully loaded, mashed potatoes and broccoli on the side. I have never had any issues until last night. I don’t know what this place thought they were serving me, but it was not a ribeye steak! As somebody who has family that raises cows, they’re even saying that this was not a steak. It didn’t have any of the identifying marks Of ribeye steak either! Also, it tasted awful! It had a sour taste to it, which made it taste like it was going bad. I did speak with the waitress, and she went to the kitchen to confirm that it was indeed a ribeye steak. And in no way was it! I’m not knocking the waitress because she did her job and she was actually really good kind and considerate. And I probably should’ve complained more, but I decided to let it be. Needless to say, I brought it home with me and even looked up what a ribeye steak looks like and then a huge pork chop, and it turns out that what they served me was pork! And it’s a good thing I’m not allergic to it! Cause nowhere in the two hours that we were there did she asked me if I wanted to have it remade! So I was out $27 for a meal plus a drink and a $10 tip, and didn’t eat more than three bites of my food! I am so super disappointed! I will not be Eating at this Chili’s again.

Yesterday, my siblings and I chose to dine at Chili's in Vestal, NY as a way to spend time together and honor the 14th anniversary of our mother Grace's passing. We had never visited this location together as a family, so we were genuinely looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, our visit began on a disappointing note. We were quoted a wait time of approximately 20-30 minutes but ultimately waited between 45 minutes to an hour to be seated. During that time, we observed numerous parties arriving after us who were seated ahead of us, including groups both smaller and larger than ours. To our knowledge, many did not have reservations, as we did not either. This created some confusion and felt somewhat unfair. Once seated, we ordered drinks. The Sprite and water both had an unpleasant taste as if you drank toilet water.. which was concerning. The food itself was average -- not exceptional, but adequate given that we were hungry. However the egg rolls were pretty good and the huge mozzarella sticks. On a positive note, our waitress was very kind, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. She ensured we were taken care of and handled an accident graciously when my sister-in-law dropped her dessert leftovers; she replaced it at no charge, which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, when my brother spoke with the manager regarding the extended wait time and the cost of the bill, she was patient, understanding, and adjusted our bill by $50-$60 in acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Her professionalism did not go unnoticed. The total bill came to approximately $400 for seven people, which felt high considering the overall experience. If rating the visit: * Establishment overall: 6.5/10 (pleasant but overcrowded) * Service overall: 3.5-4/10 (primarily impacted by the wait time) * Food quality: 6 maybe 7/10 * Cleanliness including restrooms : 10/10 -- very clean and well-maintained In conclusion, while there were positive aspects -- particularly the staff's kindness and the cleanliness of the facility -- the overall experience did not meet expectations, especially given the significance of the occasion for our family. At this time, I do not anticipate returning. A 2 out of 5 star rating feels fair, though somewhat generous. I sincerely hope improvements are made regarding wait time management and customer flow so future guests have a more seamless experience. Also to add .. in the picture we looked happy only because it was a family photo but other then that we weren't very pleased.

Buffalo wings were horrible. Weird flavor and very tough. Corn was not good at all. Desert pie was tiny for the high price. Waitress was good. Very dissapointed this visit.

My first time coming here with my family was terrible. We had a long wait for drinks and a server took forever to get our order. I tried to get a burger that had bacon, and our server told me they had no bacon, and they also didn't have fried pickles when I tried to order them as a part of an appetizer trio dish. Family came without me and this is the second time they left due to horrible service. They'll be lucky if we ever step foot into this place again! >:(

Me and my friend won't be coming back to this Chili's restaurant. The server Brandon was horrible. He kept rushing us and tried to ask us if we were ready for the bill after the appetizer. Rude and unprofessional. The manager was nice enough to give us a discount but the waiter Brandon never came back to give me my change when I asked him for it. Never again!!!! P.S. There is no air conditioning in the restaurant which made me very hot, uncomfortable, & irritable!

Truly the worst restaurant experience in recent memory and we were here for a birthday. Short staffed and serving way too many customers considering. Terrible service, even worse food. All of our orders was overcooked and like rubber. Almost $100 for 4 people. Would never come back. What a waste of money and time.

Let's start with food. Salty , the fries and mozzarella grease was dirty , and the drinks was sugar . Literally was not good at all. Now the device on the table we had to use our phones for the lil games most of the time and they charge us 3 dollars to use it . Which we didn't know we had to pay if used . Idk If it was a mistake but the white and black people was separated. And the black side had a guy standing around watching us . Took "wait" staff to a whole another level. So yeah I wouldn't return .

Service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress was very blunt and rude and didn’t check on us once when we received our food(both appetizers and entrées). When paying for the bill, I had given her 50$ on a 45$ bill and when asking if I could get change back(because I had a larger bill for her tip instead of the small ones), she gave me a very nasty look. From there the change and to-go boxes were just thrown on the table and she left without saying a word. We were never told her name. Other than the service, the food was alright, and the mozzarella sticks were very good.

I was very underwhelmed with the food, I had asked for no cilantro and the pico de gallo on the side not only was there an obscene amount of cilantro on my salad when my server brought it to the manager’s attention the manager was extremely argumentative with me, told me that it was because of the pico de gallo and walked away from the table, never took the food that I didn’t want off the check and made me wait full-time for my replacement meal, which by the time I received the company I was with had Already finished their meals. It was just a horrible experience all the way around and there should’ve been no reason why I spent $100 on lunch for three people I will never return .

Posting this while sitting at chilis. My Wife orders a medium steak and loaded mashed with no onions, my son gets the half rack of ribs. I went for the chicken fajitas. Appetizer was the onion rings and they were really tasty, crispy and plentiful. My side salad came out in a piping hot bowl which was odd but not a deal breaker. Our main course shows up and my Wife's steak is completely burned on one side and cooked beyond well all the way through. My sons ribs tasted as though the cook spilled an entire bottle of liquid smoke on them, now we knew the ribs were a gamble so we said nothing and simply ordered a burger for him as a replacement, planning to take the ribs home. He orders a plain double cheeseburger with fries. My Wife sends back her charcoal brick steak and hoped to receive an actual steak cooked to medium. Literally 20 minutes passes by, a nice waiter brings a burger to my boy, loaded with tomatoes, onions and lettuce. We talked to him and sent it back to get a plain burger as ordered. 10 minutes passes, no word from anyone on my wife's steak, the burger gets tossed down on the table again and an apology is casually issued. We open the burger, and guess what we found? Tomato seeds. Yeah, they just took the unplain burger in the back and scraped off the toppings. Completely unprofessional and a deal breaker. The waitress is sending over the manager. In the meantime my wife's steak arrives and is literally raw in the center. At this point we're ready to leave to not deal with this anymore. The manager arrives and is very nice, saying he's remaking the burger and sending it out right away. We told them we'd just bring the rare steak home and cook it ourselves. Now the good, my fajitas were absolutely amazing! So many toppings and very generous portions. The 3rd burger that was brought to my son was literally one of the top 10 best burgers we've ever eaten, which begs to ask, why not bring it correctly the first time!? All in all I have to say this place has potential but needs a lot of work to make us willing to eat here again. There are simply too many other chain restaurants in the area that get your food right every time to be spending almost 2 hours, hungry and upset.

Burger was undercooked. Steak was overcooked. You couldn't chew it.

Do not recommend food horrible. Mac and cheese tasted and looked like pudding. First and last time eating there. Angelique our server was great she really tried.

I’m an influencer on two different platforms. I came in to post and review the viral triple decker. Besides the waiter literally taking 30 minutes before letting me place an order… (same waiter that was taking smoke/vape & phone breaks in front of the doors before I came in) the chicken & especially the sauce on it arrived ICE COLD after my long wait. Not just warm- literally cold. How could you not realize? My sauces were wrong also. The waiter I had didn’t check on me or ask what I needed in a timely manner so how do I even complain. It took almost 3 hours (2.5) to get in and out of there- just me. it was ridiculous and I regret paying for the food and service. My waiter was a ghost and it wasn’t even busy. Cold food didn’t make it any better. Staff needs to try harder. Cash left on the table if he ever checked it… he definitely never came to collect it. I should’ve just left honestly. I did not tip so the point gets through that bad service and cold food doesn’t deserve a reward but actually a refund. Good chain but vestal did bad.

Went to Chili’s for a quick date. I had ordered the chicken crispers. I had ordered these before and they came out like a rock and rubber when I was here 4 months ago. I ordered the same thing not thinking and when I got them they tasted like burnt oil and grease. Manager fixed everything which I’m glad. Also I ordered mozzarella sticks, they were so unbelievably greasy. Not to mention the fruit flies and gnats flying around endlessly. I probably won’t eat here again for a while. Not to mention the loudness in there was horrible

We visited the Vestal site. Looking forward to a nice relaxing meal. We never got our meal. First the menu. I am on a zero carb diet. But everything came with a carb laden side. If I wanted to add a salad or additional veggie substitute it was almost six dollars per item. That and the fact we waited over 15 min and never got acknowledged by our server. We just decided to leave and will not be coming back

Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come out to give me my carry out order in restaurant. I saw it sitting on shelf behind the counter, so I went and got it myself. It was ice cold naturally. The hamburger bun was burnt and also the edges of the hamburger were burnt. Terrible food and service. Won't be back.

Last time we were in Chili’s was 2 years ago and the service was so bad we haven’t been back since. Decided to give them a try tonight and do takeout. What a joke. Since when is three rib bones a half rack of ribs? Doesn’t really matter though because they were so dry and tasteless, I threw two of them out. We ordered cheese bites for our daughter and got fried pickles instead. The coleslaw was in one of those tiny foam containers and it was about one third full. The 4 dollar salad add-on was 2 cucumber slices, 2 croutons, some cheese and barely visible tomatoes. The chicken fingers were so tiny and greasy, they looked like little greasy witch fingers. I would have laughed had I not been so mad with the whole meal. I called to speak to someone and was told by a very polite young lady, who apologized, that she would get a manager. After waiting on hold for 7 minutes, a much snarkier person picked up and when I told her I was still waiting for a manager, she told me they were too busy and the manager would call me back in 10 minutes. That was more than an hour ago. Now I have to call customer service to get a refund for the cheese bites I never got. With so many better options in the area, I will not be going back. Update: I never did get a call back from the manager. Not shocked. This place is run terribly.
