Maliq was amazingly helpful and friendly! What a great experience we had. We had a large group of people and Maliq made sure everything was perfect. Our order was huge and not one thing was missing and all the food was made extremely well. No sloppy burgers. The fries were packed full and hot. Onion rings were crispy. I’ve never had a better Burger King experience.
The line was moving extraordinary slow... only to get to the window and see how short handed, and how hard all the employees were working. Great job to all of the team members at this location. Such a hard and busy spot to work , so if you eat here keep in mind they are trying there best and still in great spirits.
Just the other night after working all day, I decided to grab some food from Burger King Eureka. I went through the drive through and I had my food made just right and had wonderful service from Sherrie and Pedro! I recommend their awesome service to everyone! It’s nice to be served by the best! I will be definitely going back! Nothing but a wonderful experience! 😀
I just got the best soft serve cone I've ever gotten at a burger king! The person who made it gets it! Full cone and and awesome swirl!! My partner also enjoyed their mozerella cheese sticks and fries. Good experience!
Much better this time and LOVE the new whopper $5 meal. Just enough food, great value and fries were so hot, 1st time in l9ng time. Very enjoyable to eat eat super hot fries. Keep it up burger King, food was delicious! Sorry no pics ate too fast lol
Its been a while since I seen him but everytime Ive spoken with the manager/shift lead (Malik, I believe) he gave me quick and courteous service. His team always seems happy and I hear them joking and jawning. The one time I had slow service was when someone passed out outside and employees had to interface with the emts as they put someone on a stretcher. On a related note, Malik and the staff do a great job of managing the folks who need to use fast food spaces as a base of operations. Ive never had any weird instances with anyone who are allowed to stick around.
Wendy is such an awesome employee! The whole night crew is great! The food is always hot and they don't give you a hard time when asking for special accommodations and if they can't help with the request you have they go out of there way to remedy the situation! The first time I met wendy I had just went through a really tough night and her smile and upbeat personality really helped me out! It's absolutely true just showing someone kindness with a smile can really change someone's outlook *cough cough*- morning crew could really take a page out the night crews book! Who ever the girl is on the morning crew can be very moody and rude MAJORITY of the time. If you don't want to deal with customers maybe work on the line or somewhere else. I will say at first I was starting to get really upset that they where always out of what I wanted but lately they seem to have turned that around and I'm glad they did. PLUS THEY ACCEPT FOOD STAMPS absolutely amazing and a nice treat!
Kids and I were in eureka running errands and stopped to grab food on the way home. Sherrie was very nice welcoming and friendly when my son asked for sauce Pedro was very kind and helpful. Our food was hot and order was correct 👍🏽 Best experience we have had in a long time. We will definitely be coming back again.
The service is always great no matter what time you go there, however every time I go there I end up missing an item or two. Always check your bags. "You always get f**cked in the drive thru" Points if you guess the referenceXD
Decent service. Waited a little longer the should have to order n drive thru as well to get food. But that was only because they had a new person on the job. But the other employees helped nicely.

I usually love BK but last week I ordered 2 #1 meals. It cost over 18 dollars. I didn't realize how much the price went up. I still love their burgers and great fries.
I always hear people talk down on Burger King, but it's good food, so I come here regularly. It's hot, fresh, and delicious. But dang, if it isn't slow. That's not a knock against the skeleton crew running the place every time I go. They're struggling to keep up with demand. They just need backup. But you shouldn't come here if you don't have 30 minutes to wait for your burger.
Love to go here for breakfast. The value menu is great. Also the 24-hour drive-thru is very convenient
They were out of croissants and orange juice for breakfast. The biscuits were pretty good though. The staff is always very friendly. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but that's just the location. The staff are great. We usually only use the drive through
Store closes at 10 pm for walk In/take out. usually empty, not bad but the food sits for a while so don't expect an amazing lunch. it's like a 2/5 food and full of bums and homeless, but it's one of the only places open past 10
Typical fast food overly greasy, focused on beef and chicken, not recommended. They have no salads on the menu. The milk shake is too sweet.
This place does well even though it's across the street from a shiny new McD's. It's the smokey smell I'm sure. Their tomatoes are awful. Either slice them thinner or leave them out. Service is great.

I just wonder why you had to change the Veggie burger to the Impossible Burger? I don't like that it is bigger, with way too much mayonnaise, it's different! I cannot eat beef so I was happy with the size and taste of the original veggie burger. I liked everything about the first one. I love Burger King, but this one is not very good. The service was slow, I went through the drive thur, and they forgot to put one of my burgers in the bag, so I had to go back. They were very apologetic and gave me a free dessert. I had a regular hamburger that was not very good. It was not fresh. My wife had a Whooper Jr., and it was not very good.
Second time in this week. Food was good both times. However, it's impossible to run a fast food restaurant with three people. The young man at the window tonight was polite and knows 30 minutes on the drive thru, then being sent to wait in the parking lot for 5 more minutes is not really fast food. The menu board was not working, which didn't help the employees either. Owner/management needs to do better. Better by both their employees and customers.
I love burger king, that being said, this is the only drive thru for 15 miles and lately the lines have been atrocious. Sitting with my son, at 8 pm, (not a meal rush time, am I right? ) for well over an hour with only 5 cars in front of me is ridiculous. I can not concieve of a reason for such a long wait. Nothing on the menu takes more than 5 minutes to cook, so an hour plus? Really guys. Needs to step up its hiring. They werent short on staff, there were at least 5 people working when we finally got our 2 whoppers and 2 sodas. Whats the holdup? Other than lately the drive thru has had long waits,the food is always just what i expected! Great.
On 4/23/25 I was order #94 in the drive thru and had ordered 2 trios and was shorted one French fry order.Both numbers online were not in service so how can I get a credit /refund for one french fty order
Apparently no one looks at cameras, so you have to drive a little further than where the speaker is so the person taking your order can hear a "beep" to take your order. I was unaware of this the last 3 times I went to this burger king, even though I pulled up closer every few seconds. The last time I visited was just minutes ago. Because there was a car in front of me for a few minutes, I waited around 6-7 minutes before I pulled up to the window. There was no one there until I pulled up, she explained that I need to pull up further and I understood. She took my order, I got my food, went home and realized I was missing an item. So I drove back and told them. As I walked in, she looked at me and said, "Oh Lord" with an annoyed face and asked me what the problem was. I explained I wanted 2 whoppers instead of one (one without mayo and one with) she gave me attitude explaining that I only said I wanted one whopper, blah blah blah, and said they'll make me another. I waited a few minutes after they told me I'd have to pay for it, so I decided to just leave it and write a bad review. No one ever apologize, the customer service is horrible. The wait is way too long for a 'fast' food drive (minus my recent experience) through place unless this one guy is there. He's an older guy. He was very kind last time I visited, but I don't know his name.
The last 3 visits my order was wrong or they forgot my fries, or burger. 4 of 5 visits actually got messed up. They are getting progressively worse and the kid who fielded me in the drive through was quite rude when I came back and pointed out they only gave one of 2 burgers. It said on the receipt somehow I ordered 2 but only got one. My patronage may end.
This time I tried the Bacon Cheese Tots and I could not see or taste any bacon, couldn't really taste the cheese and was that potato inside the cornmeal coating? I just didn't feel like I was eating anything but goop. The salad was wilted. But what can you expect from a fast food joint? Their store is clean and the crew was friendly as always. The rest of their food is pretty decent. Those are the reasons I go back.
You weren't busy at all, but waited almost 10 minutes, just to take my order! The guy behind me was cussing and yelling though! Probably wanting to get home to watch football, like I was! Missed almost the first half of the game! I could have went all the way to Wendy's and probably would've been faster!
The good: I like the food and the staff is pretty friendly to me and my mom every time we go! The bad: This location ALWAYS running out of stuff! To the point where one of the staff told us like a year ago to never come Saturday - Monday because they only get their shipments on Tuesday. Also, the screen on the drive thru has been broken since forever. This location is suffering from neglect in general and the current staff are just barley holding this location together! The higher ups need to send more stuff per week, and send a repair man!

9$ plus tax for a whopper. Not even fresh made. A free months ago they gave me a large coke half full and said "sorry we're out of coke". No refund, no manager, just arrogant cashier who very clearly hated their job.
Milkshake came in a tiny cup. Normally the milkshake comes in a large cup (there is only one size) they gave me a paper straw too. The paper straw didn’t even work. Also the shake was completely melted.
They are very rude, the manager spoke to us super badly. He didn't want to sell the combo just because we didn't drive. Apart from mistreatment we receive discrimination. What kind of staff do you hire? What kind of people are they? I waited more than 40 minutes for them to tell me later that they cannot attend me. DO NOT GO! very violent employees
I asked to buy a whopper with cheese add jalapeno, they gave me a old double Texan made like a whopper with a hand full of jalapenos. To start of I just wanted a regular ( one meat patty) and no bbq, plus I don't eat pork (no bacon please). I tried to eat by taking of the toppings I didn't like, but still mange to get sick!!!! I tried calling over and over and no answer!!!!
Absolutely horrible service. Restaurant is filthy. Food everywhere on the floor. Placed an order to go. Gentleman that made my food was prompt. But that's where it ended. My burgers sat there for 15 mins(it was not busy at all) when I ask about my order I was glared at. I then asked for a refund i dont want cold burgers and i was refused. Absolutely unacceptable. But I guess it was for the better. The restaurant was dirty and unsanitary. Honestly dont know how the health board hasnt shut it down.
Don't go to Burger King on 5th Street it took a half an hour for us to get a chicken sandwich and cheesy tots. That was totally ridiculous and when we told the manager that we'd like to know what was going on and how come it was taking so long she said they were very busy and they get to us. There were no cars in the Drive-Thru at that particular moment and there was nobody else waiting for food at the same time we were. It's absolutely ridiculous that it took so long a half hour to get those two items which should have only taken 10 15 minutes at the longest. I will never go back to the 5th Street Burger King again I'd rather walk across the street to McDonalds.
Awful, food was cold. Waited about 30 mins in drive through while a person not in their right mind poked their head in my kids window after rolling it up he proceeded to flip out and wouldn't leave. We were stuck waiting while nothing was done.
Picking up a Door Dash order in Eureka for delivery to Arcata, lobby had closed early for maintenance, 15 minutes before I arrived. Door Dash orders with this particular Burger King are sent ahead of the dinner and prepaid, so all I had to do was pick up the order. I STILL had to go thru the drive-thru (notoriously slow) that was 6 cats deep. As a result, botg my pickup time and delivery time were WAAAAYYY late. And all they had to do was hand me a WhileWh and 2 Hershey sundae pies..... Not take an order, not take payment. Just haha me a bag of fat. Thanks so much . If I could give negative state, I most definitely would! Btw, if you go thru the drive thru, make sure you have LOTS if spare time..... 15 minute minimum.
My wife and I get there in our vehicle, and go through the drive thru to try and avoid the congregation of bums who hold their nightly meetings at this location. Crossing the street to get into the parking lot was already painful enough, as there was a crazy person ringing the neck of a helpless light pole and practicing his cartwheels. We finally get there and are greeted by a "Welcome to burger king amenuaneofmakmoai." Having no idea what the person said, I used my previous knowledge of drive thrus to piece together that they wanted us to order when we were ready. We ordered, pulled up, paid, etc. We were expecting really great food because it took so long we assumed they were slaughtering the cow and butchering the meat right there to give us the freshest burger possible. My wife never orders fries but always eats mine, so she was the first to experience this brown bag disaster. Immediately as she pulled a fry from the bag, the whole car was enveloped with the smell of freshly minted copper. I don't know how this fry could smell so weird, it was like it had been chopped up from a potato that was grown in a farm where the farmer skipped all showers and farted directly into the earth giving each crop a distinct ass based taste with subtle hints of what I can only describe as butt juice. These fries were absolutely horrible to all 5 senses. We tried throwing them away and our trash can burst into flames. We also ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and one burger. The burger looked like when you step in dog poop and don't notice it for a long time and then it gets all hard and caked up and you have to try to scrape it off your shoe but it doesn't come off very easily and gets all deformed. If a bear was going to eat me and I had this burger on me, I would let the bear eat me instead to save it from this digestion disasterpiece. The chicken sandwiches were fried in the same ass based oil that they used for the fries. Just reeked of booty sweat. One was completely inedible and I'm pretty sure it was raw or the chicken that it came from was incredibly fit. The other was as tough as a sweidsh handlebar mustache but did have the benefit of coming with cheese. The chicken was so nasty however the cheese was acceptable and the bun was a bun. So I added some buffalo sauce to it and ate a buffalo cheese sandwich like a god damn loser. Then I wrote this review. What a terrible experience.
I waited in the drive thru for 20 min the line never moved so I parked my car and went inside stood at the register for another 10 min before some worker rudely said " sorry were not taking any more orders were too backed up". Would have been nice to yell me that when I walked in ... SLACKERS
This location is understaffed, but if I wait 20 minutes for two Breakfast sandwiches I don’t want them to be microwaved. Now I’m holding a soggy sandwich with no time to go anywhere else to go. I watched the guy at the grill pull his pants up(thumbs inside of his pants) with gloves on then continue to work without switching gloves. Some corners should never be cut, no matter how understaffed you are. Tossing these sandwiches in the garbage.
Very gross bathrooms, I avoid those at all costs. The homeless hang around that area frequently. One of the worst things about this restaurant is they have the slowest fast food in town. But they have been getting better recently
Absolutely the worst burger I've ever had. Ordered a whopper. Besides meat and bread came with pickles, onion, and ketchup. No mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, or anything else.
Horrible service- food took forever, everyone looked like they were high on something, and very unprofessional! The girl manager was flirting with the boys working and ignoring customers!They forgot 3 of our burgers. Left feedback with their customer service and never heard back! Thank God we don't live anywhere near this place and were on a road trip. NEVER stop at this Burger King!
The person taking our order was rude. He didn’t give us our receipt, which is relevant because he didn’t give our drink and gave us nuggets instead of chicken fries. When we said we ordered fries, he tried to insist that we ordered nuggets, repeatedly. He was also wearing a sweatshirt over his uniform so we couldn’t get his name. Frankly, this guy could have been a one-off, but our orders are consistently wrong when we go there anyway. They need to fix their speaker and display.
If I could give minus stars, I would. We waited for 30 minutes (no exaggeration). We got to the window, and they still haven't even made our food yet. We left without anything! Never again. Thank goodness we were only passing through and don't live in this place!
Made an order for food that tallied close to $30 dollars, two simple bundles totalling 4 whoppers 3 cheeseburgers 3 small fried and 1 fish sandwich. Got my order via doordaah and was missing a whopper and cheeseburger. When I called was sent in a loop until I was told to call back the next day between xx:xxam - xx:xxpm. Called the next day with my receipt number and order, apparently they never got that order... If you get anything from here, do check it. This'll be the 5th time this has happened.
The service at this Burger King is horrible. Management is horrible. And here's why- I I am the next customer in line, the cashier just finished with the customer in front of me he proceeds to walk over to the staging area for the sandwiches, there is not a single sandwich in that staging area. Now I'm waiting to take my order but the young man is sitting there with his hands on the counter waiting for the burgers come down. I asked him if he would take my order so I didn't have to wait any longer cuz I've been waiting a long time as it is. He replied I have to fill this order. I replied you don't have a single burger in that staging area to put on an order. He replied I need to fill this order. I asked to see the manager. The manager comes out and says what's the problem? I say to her you're a cashier is standing over there with his hands on the counter waiting for sandwiches to be made so he can fill an order instead of taking our order.. the manager replies well we're short-handed. I reply there is not a single burger in the staging area for him to fill an order. She replies, if you don't like it you can go to McDonald's. I replied,, I'll do just that and walked out of the store. Don't get me wrong I like Burger King. The "General Manager" is so weird, a real jerk. They got my order wrong. When I told them what I was interested in at the drive up this "mgr" told me what I ordered (wrong!) and told me that was what I was getting... Or take my money back. Definitely not getting it my way. I did nothing to deserve a attitude. I went to McDonalds. I asked his name before I left, he said he wouldn't say. I asked the owners name, same. Answer, no. This guy was unreal. He has a new bright red sweater with General Mgr printed on it. This place is filthy on the outside as are all the Burger Kings in Humboldt. Looks like someone spit all over the crome in drive thru and doors. Worst drive thru I ever seen.
place is dirty, food is always cold. this is clearly the store corporate forgets about. the freestyle machine has been out of nearly everything for weeks and is useless unless you want regular coke.
Lazy people won't bend rules for someone who wanted it their way.
I will not be coming back to this burger king again. The drive thur employee was so rude. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for water. She was rude when I asked her for 2 bbq sauces. I said thank you and she rudely replied umm. I asked her male coworker if I could have her name to complain and he said he can't give me her name. I said can I talk to a manager and he said he is a manager. I told him she was very rude and he said they are short staffed and there is nothing he can do and he walked away. They only had 3 cars in the drive thru and were dead inside. So I will not be wasting my money here. That is one less customer you have to stress on. Hopefully your attitude will change if you aren't so busy...
Food is to be expected.. decent for a quick burger on the go. The late night staff on the other hand are incredibly rude and unprofessional, including management. Unacceptable behavior towards customers all around and the waits are exceptionally long. Even through the drive through window I notice the filth and neglect inside. Homeless people do gather around there but it’s obviously not their fault. Wouldn’t eat there again even if I was given free meals for life.
Took the Grandaughter to BK after school. Killing time so ate there Not a single table clean seats were covered in food the floor too. Finally asked for a towel. The very nice boy said oh let me clean that. He swept the towel across the table knocked the debris on the seats and floor walked away. I do not get it. Even as a kid I wouldn't have done it like that.
On December 11, at 8:50 the lady working the drive threw has a chip on her shoulder. She is not very welcoming over the load speaker, her customer service skills are limited, and she does not say thank you, have a great day, or you’re welcome when leaving the window after receiving my orders.
The last few times I've been there(5-6) I've been unhappy. I keep ordering the sourdough king because the first time I got it it was perfect.crispy bacon, actual grilled sourdough buns and the cheese was melted just like in the ads. After that tho..... bacon was not cooked. Patty was cold. Thenone by one the buns were no longer toasted....I was gonna give it one more go the other day, but apparently their lobby is now closed...... just like McDonald's across the street. Very sad seeing as during most of this pandemic they were at one time the only fastfood place to accept walk-ins.

The window attendant was rude while taking our order. She would interrupt as I was ordering each item.She was rude when I paid. They only accept 2 coupons per order. . Fine but no need to say you aren't allowed to do that.She was rude to her coworkers as her tape on the register was not working. She accused my granddaughter of taking pictures when she gave us our order. They started verbally fighting. Then she sarcastically said have a nice day. Not even a star today. We were there at 410 friday December 28.
Was greeted by homeless camped out at both entrances. Inside the entire crew was loudly arguing in the kitchen, when the young lady finally came to take our order she was extremely rude. Every table in the dining room was dirty. I don't usually expect too much when I go to fast food, but this was really bad. By far the worst BK I've ever been to.
Burger King at the north end of Eureka should be avoided, until management steps up and teaches their workers to clean up the restaurant. The restaurant was filthy. The food was cold, even though we were two of the four customers there. Another two customers walked out, before ordering, because of their dissatisfaction with the lack of service. The Coke dispenser was empty! I realize the employees are lazy, but leadership has to step up!
I will not eat here for one reason. They have 2 bathrooms, what probably used to be Male & Female, but they are now both "Unisex" so anyone can go into either one. Being a man, I know men's bathrooms are always dirty, and there is always urine on the toilet seat, so if you need to sit down on it, you need to clean it first or use a seat cover. If I had a daughter, I wouldn't want her sitting on a toilet seat that men had dribbled urine all over. This madness needs to stop.
I should have known better but I pulled in hear and they had the same problem as McD's next door, homeless and junkies all around, NO WAY I am stopping hear. The only reason I am reviewing is so these establishments understand they need to do something about the mess around their establishments. I hope they get it.

I went to burger king and ordered a double whopper with bacon. When I got home, there was no bacon. I tried to call burger king, but their phone number is out of service... For a nearly twenty dollar meal, get it right! Don't leave the drive-through until you check your food!

Never get my onion rings I pay an extra $6 for to put on my whopper. Their app or Doordash still no rings, every single time. Only 50% chance to get the additions I payed for on my burger too.

I used to like this Burger King, but it's gone downhill lately. It was fine pre-pandemic and even since the seating was closed I was still able to quickly pick up my order on the inside. Recently the lobby hasn't even been open at all. At one point, I was forced to cancel an order I had placed on the app because I didn't have the time to wait in the drive-thru line. I'm disappointed to see it's gotten this bad. Edit: I hate to say it, but the store is only gotten worse since I last reviewed it. The employees are awful and always rude. Even management is pretty hostile. The last two times I've ordered, there have been issues. One time my mobile ordered and got none of the items that I requested, but didn't realize it until I got home. Currently as I write this I'm sitting in the store parking lot, as I had mobile ordered but arrived to see the store closed. I really like Burger King so I'm disappointed to continue to have these really bad experiences. I think I'm just going to give up on the store, because it's too far gone.
Appalling staff. If the food was better we might have been ok but £25 for two meals consisting of stale buns and undercooked chips. When I asked for sauce I was met with sighs and groans (like asking a teenager to clean their room) She turned back to me with just one sweet chilli and 2 mayonnaise.... I asked for another sweet chilli as we had 2 and a half meals, I assumed it would be 1 pot of sauce per person, but no, that would be 30p extra! 1 sauce to go around 3 people it is then! The staff were rude from the second we walked in the door, completely ignorant and uninterested. It was a hard job to find a clean table, and the baby couldn't even sit in the high chair as it was filthy and my baby wipes weren't getting the grime off. We won't be returning, we will find a BK with nicer staff and cleaner tables or we'll just pop next door to McDonald's.
Spent 20 minutes in line and then got up to the speaker and saw a blank screen and no one came on to take my order so I thought it was broken and pulled forward behind the next car and then heard someone ask to take my order! Couldn’t back up because there were people behind me. Finally got to the window and the kid took my order. Pulled out of the parking lot and opened my Italian Chicken sandwich and it was COLD! NEVER AGAIN!
Feels like this location could use a better person for ordering supplies, was out of two things I was after. That lead to having to count back the change to get part of my order refunded instead of the drive thru person just using a calculator and giving me the difference. Think she was frustrated because she hadn't been updated things were out of stock, but definitely felt like it was directed at me during the interaction. More of a manager issue though for not having adequate inventory though, doesn't reflect poorly on the employees. Update 3 months later: Went to get a #4, got told there was no large sesame buns. Got told my options were the jr bun or the potato bun. Selected the potato bun and got told I couldn't have this because if they give the substitutes out they would run out of those also. Just, don't give options if there really is no options.
I was at this location on Sunday March 1 at 8:35 p.m. just to purchase a drink instead Received the worst service I've ever had at a Burger King and my life. Which is pretty bad being that I am from South Florida. When I asked why it was taking so long for after 10 minutes I wasn't even greeted. When I asked for the manager she stood 10 feet away ignoring me. When I asked for names because no 1 had name tags a very rude employee working the Drive-through window at this time replied we don't have to have them really nasty as if there are no consequences for his actions. It's getting bad when such a big company such as burger king always there Corporation to look like fools.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Absolutely disgusted! There were 3 males working tonight. The first one was cooking or doing something in the back. I first seen him eating chicken nuggets at the front counter WITH his gloves on then headed to the back still chewing. The 2nd guys had long shaggy looking hair flopping all over. He couldn't figure out the shake machine and walked off then came back dropping F bombs. The 3rd guys a would assume was the "manager" who was wearing a head phone in one ear which he kept taking out and putting back in while bagging up tje food. What happened to food workers having to wear hair nets? And gloves? And not be touching their body parts or hair or having phones, let a lone ear phones in while handling people's food? So disgusted. Where's the health department at? We didn't eat the food.
If you order on the app and they don't have what you ordered, they don't give you a refund. They tell you to deal with it through the app, and then the app will give you like a $3 coupon for your missing $20 order you didn't get. Rediculous
Went thru the drive thru, asked to wait in the parking lot, we were only 2 cars in the drive thru and there was one customer in the restaurant. 3 other cars were told to wait in the lot for food, we waited 15 minutes fir our food! My wife and I both got stomach aches after eating. We will never go back!
My chicken sandwich tastes off so I open it up and there is some weird brown slime on the lettuce. I had to go park to wait for fries because they didn't have any? Homeless and filth all over outside. Yuk, yuk, and yuk. Hoping my child and I dont get sick from the few bites we took.
Horrible, I walked in and it smelt like a sewer,I waited up to 5 minutes for someone to approach me and ask what I wanted. When they were getting my drink the machine broke, I had to ask for a normal drink and get it myself,I'm not necessarily mad about getting the drink myself it's just stupid that the machine broke and I had to pay for what I didn't get. The food was decent but the drink tastes like bubble gum, I got coke.
Unsanitary 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 Went through the drive through today, it took them about 10-15 minutes for 2 cars! The lady was touching coins, cash, cards, buttons etc, then preparing our food WITHOUT gloves!!!! Don’t go here!
this store shorted me a breakfast sandwich one morning when i ordered 3 sandwiches and a burrito and when i tried to call to tell them the phone number on google put me in touch with someone's cell phone number. so when I went in this morning after I ordered I mentioned it and expected them to make it right and the Hispanic manager on duty question me for a receipt which I didn't have of course because Who keeps their fast food receipts and he also asked if I had called about it and I told him the issue with the phone number leading me to a cell phone. he told me there was nothing you could do for me. never before have I been asked for a receipt at a drive-through fast food place for them to fix a mistake that is commonly made with businesses like this it's not like I wasn't spending money when I asked for them to rectify the issue. I will leave another review once the main manager hooks it up because I know she will some at least some people have customer service!!
This location wanted $4.63 for a medium soda. I said no thank you. She then proceeded to tell me it’s $1 something next door at McDonalds. No value whatsoever, just price gouging.
The drink machine had only one drink choice lit up, the floor had puddles of soda spilt that no one had bothered to mop up, the table that my bf sat down at was dirty, there was a father & son fighting very loudly at the back of the restaurant. Then on the way out I went to go use the bathroom, both locked, so I go up to the front counter & one person looked up at me from the counter where she was standing which prompted me to ask her if I needed a key, she just smiled and walked further down the counter to where she wasn't in view of the front anymore, she proceeded to talk to another girl on the opposite side from her and I repeated my question to her. She responded that I did, and grabbed a key under the front register but when she went to go unlock the door she told me that I couldn't bring my food with me into the bathroom. My boyfriend had already walked out cuz he wanted to get home for Thursday nite football and I was afraid of just putting it down on a table (it was half of my whopper & my soda cup), so I told her to hold on and I ran out to the car...put my food away and ran back in for the bathroom, which she had left propped open with one of those "CAUTION!!! WET FLOOR" signs. DONT WASTE UR TIME COMING HERE!!! The food was good, but the service sucked.
Without a doubt the slowwwwest fast food on the face of the planet!! Always dirty inside when u look thru drive thru window. Should literally be shut down bc of a serious lack of any standards.
This is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a side of medium half onion ring and half fries. They only put 4 onion rings and 8 French fries. It didn’t even reach half way up the container. Seriously? For almost $5.00 you can’t even fill it? Just because this was an online order doesn’t mean you should be so rude and not fill an order properly. How much do you get paid? Way more than you should, shame on you! I tried calling the store but of course the phone number for work. Not that I want anything else from them.
Waited 30+minutes in line and another 10+minutes at the drive thru window for an employee to come and ask what I was waiting for. Ummm my whole order. Out of ice, barbecue sauce, ranch sauce, and orange soda (everything that I asked for *smh*). Was missing my order of mozzarella sticks and got a regular rodeo burger instead of the Rodeo King I ordered. When I brought it to their attention, a female employee stated “it’s the same thing”. Ummm no it’s not! Horrible service, I will never ever go back! If I can give zero stars, I would!
The worker was nice but the food here is disgusting! Also very dirty & everything is sticky. I waited for a good ten minutes before anyone waited on me and watched the fries sit there the whole time and of course that’s the same fries they gave me with my meal. If I could give zero stars I would. 🤢 please save your money and go somewhere else!!
I use to go to this location because McDonald's next door was so crowded after tonight visit I will be waiting in McDonald's line for a decent hamburger. I ordered the Whopper 5 buck meal which includes a double hamburger, fries ,4 nuggets and a drink. What I got was garbage. See below! I was given the "complainer" special because I spoke up about my food being cold. The drive thru employee had all the mouth while the manager set back and said nothing. I will never visit this location again. UPDATED: I was contacted by a customer service rep the next morning she was very apologetic and she addressed my issues and refunded my money. It was never about money, it's more about respect and the way you treat your customers.
