It’s round table so you know what to expect in terms of taste and quality. This location is really the best of what round table has to offer. Cooked to perfection. What sets this round table apart is the service. The guy at the counter that helped me seemed genuine and honest, with a few subtle jokes that had me in a better mood when I left than when I came in. I seldom see that in California and it was a refreshing change of pace. Props to the entire crew for being so rad last night. If you’re in the area and looking for pizza this location will not let you down. Hell, it may even pick you up.

I have eaten in there once. When I did it was clean and food was good. I've now just had delivery tonight. I ordered online, that was easy and they delivered at a decent time. Every staff member I have talked to was pleasant and just seem like real honest, good workers. Thanks! :)

No clue why this place has such low reviews. Our pizza came out absolutely perfect and it was the best garlic twists I had in years. We eat a lot of roundtable down here in Mendocino county and none of them touched this location. Staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome, which is a rarity now days. Well done to ownership and management, this location was a pleasant surprise. Shame we don't live near there, it would be our go to.

Good pizza as at most Round Table locations. Food came out quick and was made as ordered. Had to wait for them to change out the Pepsi syrup but didn't take too long. Service was friendly.

Had sons football party here. Good food an everyone was polite. The only thing they need is more stuff for kids to do. Thete is only 1 game and 1 claw machine. The claw machine sucks. But the restaurant is clean an friendly

Round Table serves excellent pizza: the crust is superb, and there is consistency of quality between locations. This one is no exception. However, Round Table's pizza is almost prohibitively expensive, and the toppings and cheese are still thin. You might think that a large chain would leverage economies of scale in order to price their product more competitively. As it is, Round Table is the gourmet option, and I will add: their boring, often run-down locations are at odds with this up-scale pricing scheme. This Eureka location is typical in that regard.

Food was good as well as the service, prices a bit steep, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Sure would like to see the all you can eat salad bar/lunch deal come back though!

Great tasting but on the pricier side for pizza. The staff that helped me at the counter didn't seem very happy to be there and my pickup order was 10 minutes late, but the pizza did turn out delicious.

There was not very much meat in our meat Marvel. The crust, sauce & cheese where great. Next time I'm ordering the Pepperoni pizza instead

It's like this, the place is always busy. The food is excellent. You are not paying for ambiance here. They have some sports games up on the flat screens. Buffet lunch and dinner special is very popular with the locals. I think it's the best pizza in town when made to order correctly. Wish they would update the interior and give the whole chain a face lift so that the setting was in line with the food. The staff is usually friendly and attentive but there is almost always a line to wait in. I usually order the triple play which is 3 lines of pepperoni. I vet it with extra sauce and crispy. If I order any other ingredients, they always seem fresh and tasty. The garlic twists are not to be missed.

One star off because the time estimations are often inaccurate, it said my pizza would be done in 20 minutes and it took 40. I understand it takes time to cook but it should show that in the time estimate instead of having me sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes. Not the first time either.

I've seen many people wait and wait. One time we were waiting so long we decided to leave. This is not good for people on limited lunch breaks, and may be why the place is more empty than full at lunch times. The pizza is great, so are the salad entrees. Push it up a bit on time, so people don't have to wait so long on the pizzas, and I bet Round Table could eventually double their lunch time crowds. Pleasant servers, good parking, great family place, good for disabled. Good parking.

Round Table makes descent pizza but it's pricey. If 2 couples go out to eat a Round Table and each order a large pizza of their choice, drinks and salad or other side dish that can quickly add up to $50 - $60 or more. I prefer Round Table by my pocket book prefers take n bake or Lil Ceasers. Ordering pizza, drink and salad from either of the last two mentioned places would cost about half of what Round Table would cost.

It's cleaner than the two they have in Arcata.

I like there pizza and salad bar . The down fall I see is that they don't stay busy enough all the time to keep the salad bar fully stocked so it's always missing stuff that you'd find in most any where else . Other then that it's a pizza place .

The employees are friendly :) The pizza was okay. The bottom was soggy and I didn't really like the taste of the sauce. I don't like the company's policy of no substitutions. We got a supreme pizza without meat, but it was the same price. At least give us a free garlic twist or something. Also, the credit card machine wasn't working.

Really disappointed. I was looking for a good local pizza joint... I ordered a large canadian style bacon with sliced cold tomatoes on the side. I got: a bacon bits pizza with diced tomotoes, about enough for maybe 4 slices. Pizza is not bad, but it's not what I ordered.

Two pizzas and wings cost 140$

Sadly it seems the lack of employees has left this facility, dirty everything from the plates, to the walls, tables. The roof has large wet spots and the crew seems exhausted. I don't think it was always this way and hope that it gets better The pandemic hit the local area hard it seems everywhere has been struggling to get and keep employees

Staff cannot or will not read online orders correctly. 3 times getting the wrong order for pizza and their remedy for the messed up 3rd try was to send out a sauce cup with the missing ingredient for our pizza. Ive tried to deal with this place for years and their delivery guys are sometimes nice but I won’t be bothering with this establishment or tipping again.

I’ve had to wait a total of 4 hours for two different deliveries and a total of $60 Dallors. I can’t believe that they have such poor management. 40 minutes for one pizza is already a long wait but to make it into a 2 hour wait I’m calling the corporate office. Cold pizza. Long waits and horrid customer service. I’d rather pay for dominos!

Terrible service. Pizza was a 5 out of 10 and the workers are not focused on the customer. Maybe they are not experienced enough? Not going back. 40 minutes to get a medium size pizza that was too expensive and didn’t taste that good.

I would like to start by saying that this restaurant first of all didn't even register our order till 40 minutes after we ordered they called us to see if we still wanted our pizza then when they arrived they attempted to charge to our credit card three times without a machine and called there store and said that they couldn't get it work so in good faith I paid cash for the food that was less then average and the final straw was when they attempted the credit card three times they actually charged us the three times plus the cash we paid and 4 days later upon trying to contact them the manager was to busy to deal with it and said would call back when she had a chance and of course was not at all what happened so please be very careful when ordering from this establishment cause 2 9" pizzas and 2 orders of wings cost us $280 and a lot of headache to get the charges reversed!!!!!!!!

Places my order at 7:20pm said it would be here by 8pm. I called in at 8:16pm to see where pizza was. I was told the driver just left and had several orders but would be on his way. 8:31pm my pizza showed up, delivery driver was rude. Only saving g grace is that my pizza was warm enough to eat and tasted ok. Would probably not go back on a future trip to town.

Employees are extremely rude and disgusting! Twice they "never got" my online order and this second time the cashier Angelina started screaming at me to leave and never come back because I was trying to show her my email that I had ordered wings online. She could of easily remedied the situation by apologizing and then making them for me like someone with good customer service would do, but I guess she needs more training on how to treat customers! We really love roundtable pizza but we will never be going back to this one again!

I ordered a medium pepperoni and a small salad. The delivery took 2 hours and 45 minutes! At $37.50!! I obviously declined the cold pizza . I recommend any other pizza place in town, but if you must paycash so you don’t get ripped off!

We went there for a birthday party for my girlfriends 18th. The cashier was short with us amd ignored us several times. This was a hundred dollar order and the table service was absolutely zero. I mean we had to ask for plates and then they just pointed at a stack. No customer service at all and did I mention the pizzas which was three took an hour amd twenty minutes to cook. We didnt let it ruin the happy time we had but seriously anywhere else would be better

I have never had a worse experience than I have with this round table location. A few nights ago, I ordered a pepperoni pizza and twists for delivery. After waiting an hour, I received my order. I was given the wrong dipping sauce for my twists, so half of my family couldnt even eat them. However, it was my pizza that really upset me. There wasnt a single slice that hadnt bubbled during the baking process, which caused my toppings to be unevenly distributed and the pizza to be unevenly cooked as well. I called, and was told I had a credit for a new one within the next two weeks. I tried to redeem my credit tonight, and the supervisor, cody, was very unprofessional. He accused me of trying to scam the pizza and was extremely condensending. After waiting three hours to receive my food, I called back and was given a run around for why it wasnt there yet. Then when I expressed my displeasure with the way they were handling my situation, I was threatened to be banned from the store and hung up on. Needless to say, I will not be back. I will not waste my money with them. Last honest pizza, what a joke So it gets worse. When I arrived at home after work, my family never received the pizza that the supervisor Cody had said he was sending. Six hours after originally placing my order, I had to call them for a third time, to be told they decided not to send the pizza. We are supposed to wait for the district manager to call us to figure out how to resolve the situation. This is all for a large pepperoni they messed up originally. The customer service I received here tonight is the worst I have ever experienced in my life

I ordered online for the first time and it told me when the pizza would be ready and I got there 10 min before estimated time and it tasted like it had been setting for awhile. I was very dissatisfied and probably won't be back.
