About 2 years ago some pissed off blonde girl made the worst sandwich I've ever had and never went back

Not sure what's going on with the hours. This is the second time in as many weeks that I've shown up prior to 9pm, the closing time printed on the door, and have been turned away. During my most recent trip I was told that I failed to notice the piece of looseleaf paper taped to one of the doors that says they close at 7pm, apparently. It would be awesome if the new hours of operation were accurately reflected online.

I have come here twice now to get my pregnant wife her sandwich craving, and they have been closed within their buisness hours. Once on a sunday last week at 4pm and now as well. What kind of buuissnes is not open during buisness hours? You need update your online hours or figure out whatever issues you are having that keeps you from being open. I will not be wasting my time and driving here again.

One of two customers in the store. I placed a mobile order at 5:30pm, App said pick up at 5:55pm. I was a little late 6:03pm, these things happen I’m sure the staff would understand. I walked in and was ignored by the four staff members behind the counter for about 10 minutes so I just awkwardly stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence while the other customer was rung up. It was finally my turn and I just said I had a mobile order and what it was. They didn’t have it and they made a sandwich and tried charging it to me. So I’m out like $12 for a simple blt. Never going back and definitely not paying $24 for a blt I had ordered almost an hour before.

Placed an order for a sandwhich with no tomatoes( due to a food allergy) with extra mayo. When my food was delivered they only put tomatoes on it. I brought it back and asked for the sandwhich to be remade with no tomatoes and extra mayo and when I get back to work they didn’t put any mayo on it. This is so frustrating because we have to take time off of work to pick up our food and jersey mikes really isn’t cheap. Kid on the phone had an attitude when I called and one of the workers was going to remake my sandwich by just pulling off the tomatoes until I told them about my allergy

Employees are kinda rude. they gave me the wrong bread and the wrong sauces and more. i even tried correcting them and they told me it’s correct. i highly recommend not going to these specific location or all the jersey mikes in general.

We stopped here while traveling on our way home from a college visit- stopped in at 7:02pm to get a sub for my daughter who has celiac and therefore limited food options when traveling. The employee refused to make a sandwich since he said they closed at 7pm and he’d have to “clean everything up” in order to make her sandwich. Jersey Mike’s is her favorite restaurant in our town and this is NOT the customer service we are accustomed to at Jersey Mike’s. Operating outside of normal business hours, not having your door locked so that customers can enter, then refusing service to a customer with little to no other fast food options is shameful.

Dear Jersey Mike’s Management, Today I visited one of your locations and was disappointed by what I experienced. Upon entering, I immediately noticed the meat slicer had leftover meat on it and was not properly cleaned. When I politely asked if it could be cleaned, the young woman behind the counter—thin, Black, with long eyelashes that appeared as though they could fall into the food—seemed visibly annoyed by the request. I also observed that the counter area was covered with crumbs, further indicating a lack of cleanliness. This is the second time I’ve had to ask for the slicer to be cleaned at this location. On a prior visit, a young man was more than willing to do so without any attitude, which I appreciated. As someone who works in customer service and management myself, I firmly believe every customer should be treated with the same level of respect and pleasantness. I was especially disappointed to see this same employee warmly interacting with the couple behind me, in stark contrast to how she responded to me. Every customer deserves to be treated equally—with kindness, professionalism, and care. Additionally, I want to stress how important it is that staff are properly trained on the health and safety standards of food handling. Cross-contamination—especially when slicing meat and cheese on the same slicer—can pose serious risks for people with allergies and dietary restrictions. Cleanliness is not just about appearance—it’s a matter of public health and customer trust. I hope you take this feedback seriously and reinforce with your staff the importance of hygiene, professionalism, and consistent customer service. Worst experience I have ever had at a Jersey Mike's. Attitude of staff, sheer incompetence by everyone, Sandwich made wrong, 2 of the 5 employees standing there were obviously under the influence and didn't care if you knew. Very disappointed being that I do love this chain, even worse traveling and was so far from both home and my destination.

I love Jersey Mikes in general. I eat it at home all the time, seeing that my office is in fishkill and I live out in Hartford ct, I was excited to see one out where I work, just a few minutes away. The first time I went to see this location I was first in line and still waited over 20 minutes for my sandwich, when I finally got back to the office I only had 15 minutes to eat… the second time I came to this same location I ordered my sandwich and they immediately went to fix other sandwiches…why take my order if you’re too busy? I have been to many many Jersey mikes. This one is the only one that takes more than 20 minutes without a line. I’ve seen the sandwiches being made incredibly slowly, where other stores would have full lines and still have me out within 10-15 minutes. In understand completely if they were busy, there is no need for both your workers to be working on the takeout menu while you have someone waiting in the store. Especially when you have 2 stations to make sandwiches.

Service is awful. They need to hire more people or have a discussion on how to manage online and in person orders. I put in an online order at 12pm, it says that the order would be ready at 12:23pm. I arrived at 12:20. The place was busy, they had a line full of people. They kept making sandwiches for people that were on the line but not making them for the online orders. I didn't get my sandwich until 12:40. Mind you I have a half hour lunch break. The sandwich was alright but I had to rush eating it, also they put it together so sloppy. This isn't my first time coming to this jersey mikes and honestly everytime I come to this store, I always have a problem. Will not be ordering from here again.
