Chipotle Flushing Reviews
Delicious as always. I got the barbicoa burrito as per usual but this time instead of rice I put the salad lettuce. It turned out really good! I always like to use the green hot sauce which is not really hot, more sweet than hot. Yum yum! Always a good day when I eat at Chipotle!
The food overall is a bit bad. The rice was very unhealthy and undercooked, while the Carnitas type of meat is very dry and was not seasoned very well. This is the reason why and how I always have loved Chipotle, however, the area location here is a bit kind of pricey in the first place ever again nowadays.
i came here for the $6 boorito deal and got an entire entree for $6 with brisket which was supposed to be $16.50! Line moved pretty fast for halloween day and it was pretty good portion of meat rice and cheese! Worth the wait food tasted great as well and the workers were nice as well!
Chipotle is convenient with decent portions. The food quality and freshness can vary, but overall it’s a quick, customizable meal option.
Ive never had a bad experience at this location until today, December 16 in the afternoon, the 2 female workers were rude, especially the one with red hair, and didn't meet my needs or expectations, I found a hair in my food, the food didn't taste good, there was trash everywhere on the tables, overall it was a bad experience and I don't think I will be getting chipotle anytime soon after this. I hope they fix this problem, It didn't seem like a good environment, mostly because of the workers I think.
for the past few years chipotle has been on its decline but this was a new low. the employees were rude and inconsiderate. the bowl was sloppy and contained small portions. and this is simply the average experience i have at this location. the employee clearly do not care for customer service or maintaining professional behavior.
The food itself is not an issue but the workers definitely are. I went around 2:15pm on August 20th and every worker was very obviously high. The guy making my burrito (tall, glasses, piercings, “FF” tattoo on his neck) had no idea where he was. When I asked for chicken he started grabbing the salsa, didn’t understand when I said no beans, etc. He actually forgot to write down the protein used for the previous few orders and had to ask previous customers what they ordered so the poor trainee at the front could ring them up. What should have been a 5-minute experience was about 30-minutes. I actually saw the trainee let a kid fill up his sports water bottle with soda without paying, he even passed in front of him to get some supplies and did nothing. Overall a very mismanaged location in a lucrative, high-volume area.
There is no cell service in the store and no WiFi so any rewards cannot be redeemed in store. Complete scam for any rewards which require a minimum purchase amount if you try to order in person.
On December 6, a little before 6 PM, I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had at this location. I was served by someone named Lorena — not sure if she’s a manager or an employee — but her attitude and the way she handled my order were completely unacceptable. The portioning was terrible from the start. The rice she served looked stale and old, and the initial scoop was extremely small, barely filling the container that holds the rice. I asked for more rice because the first portion was clearly insufficient, and she responded with “You want the whole deep?” in a rude, sarcastic tone. I wasn’t asking for anything extra — just a normal, reasonable portion that any customer should receive. She also gave tiny portions of everything else, even items like corn and rice that don’t cost extra. It felt intentional, like she didn’t care at all about doing her job properly. On top of that, she kept rushing me, saying it was because of the line, but there were only about six people behind me — nothing unusual for this place. Because of her rush, I didn’t even get to finish ordering what I wanted. The whole interaction felt disrespectful, careless, and unprofessional. I left feeling completely unsatisfied. If this is how customers are being treated — especially by someone who seems to be in charge — management seriously needs to address this. I hope upper management reads this, because this level of service should not be happening.
The place is absolutely disgusting here is a video on how they keep this store... the garbage on top of the tables ... The bench or table where the utensils are and cup tops.. is filthy ...they also have people loitering occupying the space where patrons could be seated... You need a new manager
The waiter didn't work seriously. I asked for chicken, but she didn't give me chicken. I went back and told them that I wanted to add chicken, and then Samantha m soto was very cold to the customer, with no enthusiasm for service and dismissive attitude. It was a very bad experience. I said I would complain, and she confidently handed me her business card!
The workers here do not listen, have extremely bad customer service, and barely give any food. First off, they gave extremely small portions (just look at the burrito bowl). They also swapped my friends orders and it took extremely long to fix the issue due to the employees lack of experience. Please do not come here.
I never leave reviews but this place is horrible. I ordered my food via doordash. Most of what I asked for was missing, and my moms rice was NOT cooked. The portions were horrific. I asked for guacamole, and salsa that are considered sides that belong in the container but did not receive them. The fresh tomato, and corn are supposed to be inside of my quesadilla not on the side. My mom asked for brown rice, and got both but ended up getting sick. It looks like they slapped the quesadilla, and bowl together, and sent it out. Luckily, doordash refunded me but please avoid this place at all costs.
I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location. I've been to many Chipotle restaurants, but none have been as bad as this one. I placed an online order for food at 8:30 pm, and when I arrived at the store at 8:40 pm, there were only 2 customers and 3 employees. I had to wait for 10 minutes before a male employee finally came to ask for my name and start preparing my order. Meanwhile, there was a short, overweight, glasses-wearing female employee who had been wandering around aimlessly in front of me for ten minutes. When I asked her what she was doing, her response was brief and incomprehensible. It was ultimately this lady who prepared my food. I can't fathom what she was doing for those 20 minutes; she should go home rather than work here. Additionally, the food looked like leftovers someone else had eaten. I will never visit this restaurant again, and unless they improve, I hope this location closes down soon. The best option for everyone here would be to lose their jobs.
I just ordered a kid's meal for my son because that's the only food he wants to eat. We have been loyal customers of Chipotle because my son loves it. However, I'm extremely disappointed with the food portion we received today. It is significantly smaller compared to previous orders we have placed. I took a picture of the portion and I would be happy to share it with the management team. It's not about the price, but rather the concerning decrease in portion size with this order. This food portion makes me feel like it’s a leftover. Very disgusting!
I’ve ordered here before and from other chipotle locations, and this is my first time getting disappointed at the portion of the food. How this portion is worthy of $18~21dollars? I was so shocked with the portion when I opened them. This one was closest to my house, and if they continue to serve poor portion of food, i would rather drive and pick up from Qdoba.
This is the worst chipotle ive ever been to. Dont order from here unless you want to wait 1 hour + on your online order or on the line inside that never moves. I waited on the line inside the store for 20 minutes but the line wouldnt mive, so i decided to make an online order hoping it would be quicker but no, i waited an entire hour for my order to come out. They dont have the pickup shelf like the other chipotles do, instead they have a pickup window outside the chipotle with a sign that says “ring the bell for online pickup”. Nobody comes to assist when you ring the bell, and when someone does come out to the window and you ask about your order they give you mad attitude. The management is so unorganized and they obviously need more workers to keep up with the orders. The long wait was definitely no worth it at all either. They dont give you a lot of food, there was an entire blank space in my bowl, which in other chipotles the bowl is filled tk the brim, the cheese looks like noodles (which is unimportant but still) and the rice is sticky rice, which doesnt match with this. It tasted like eating porridge with a bunch of vegetables. Please get more workers, have better organization (using the pick up shelf instead of the window would be much more convenient for workers and for customer), and fix the vegetables/rice!!!!!! For now, this place doesnt deserve more than one star
