Melt Shop Flushing Reviews
We stopped at LaGuardia Airport’s Terminal B during a weekday afternoon connection and decided to have dinner at Melt Shop. The line was very short, and our order was ready quickly. We tried the Shop Cheeseburger, the Korean BBQ Chicken Sandwich, and a Vanilla Shake. The prices were fair for an airport, and the food quality was quite good. While Melt Shop doesn’t have its own seating, there are plenty of tables nearby in the terminal. Overall, a solid choice if you’re looking for a tasty, affordable, and quick meal at LGA.

Omg the chicken tenders are top tier! The service was also really good! I hope one day our paths can cross again.
I went for breakfast before an early flight. They have a kiosk or you can order by person. I had the spicy breakfast burrito. It was very good. The service was quick. Ill go back They did not give you any salsa. I had a bottle of water. Breakfast = $22 hello NYC airport pricing.
Missed our flight because of crazy lines before a snowstorm :( This was the only decent food place with okay prices. I got the Korean BBQ and Strawberry Guava Lemonade.
While wondering around the airport came across this spot. I wasn’t too hungry so only my son ordered. He got the grilled patty melt, that came with caramelized onions. Smelled real delightful! The price was high but then again we were in the airport. You will need to use the kiosk and place your own order and stand to the side for pick up. My son who normally doesn’t eat caramelized onions loved the sandwich.
Stopped by for a breakfast sandwich between flights. Order by kiosk so be careful when you order your drink. They have both bottled drinks and fountain drinks. Make sure you order the correct type. Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was okay.
Really small portion of fries, pretty decent burger though. Not bad but not great value.

The fries were excellent but the chicken tenders were greasy. With a drink added, the total ($24) was way too much for fast food.
The chicken tenders were overcooked. The hamburger was ok. Excellent service from the Asian lady that works there, however.

I paid 7$ for about 12 fries can’t even explain how annoyed I am. Chicken sandwich is extremely mediocre and food overall wasn’t even warm
Really didn’t look anything like the advertisement. And not only that but the food in this picture came out to $16.43 I definitely feel ripped off. Wouldn’t recommend.
Food was just ok, not very good for the price, and they got my order wrong. Paid $30 for a double bacon cheeseburger with mozzarella sticks. The burger had no bacon, and a ridiculous amount of carmelized onions. Probably won't return here when I'm at the LGA airport.

Food was fine - it’s difficult to mess up a bacon-egg-cheese taste-wise. However, the sandwich was thrown into the box and half the sandwich was off the bread, requiring a fork to eat. There are better places that don’t cost that much for what you’re buying. Don’t recommend.
Absolutely pathetic. This wrap was mainly paper, disgusting and inedible avoid at all costs
Not worth it. $12 for a mediocre badly made chicken sandwich. McDonald’s chicken sandwich tastes better than this. First time and Never again.

The mid 2 rating may be generous. The tots may have been re-fried at least 2 times and were all crunch. The wrap was tiny. Nothing special. Better off packing your own food ahead, but we didn’t have a choice.
I've been to this place in Terminal B a few times. For what's supposed to be a quick serve place, the service is a joke. Today was the worst though. Ordered one chicken sandwich - probably the simplest thing on the menu. Waited 10 minutes. Then an employee announced chicken sandwiches would be another 10 minutes. What have they been doing for the last 10 minutes? Couple employees on their phones, I know that. I had to leave to board so never got my food.
Terrible value, poor service, and aggressively mediocre industrial food. The menu boards use misleadingly large photos of the sandwiches, and the oversized packaging only makes the actual breakfast sandwiches look even smaller and more pathetic by comparison. What you receive feels like a bait-and-switch. The sandwich itself was completely underseasoned to the point of tasting unfinished, and the tater tots were nothing more than overcooked grease sponges. No flavor, just oil and regret. For airport food, this manages to be both expensive and careless, which is an impressive failure. There are better options nearby, and this one deserves to be avoided. Honestly, I hope the place closes and is replaced by something run with a baseline level of competence.
I got the korean bbq chicken burger and it was delivered in hardly 2mins. I burger patty was cold, not crispy. The taste was that of old meat taken out of the freezer.
Front girl is VERY rude. Even after the kitchen staff gave her the sauce I paid extra for she purposely left it out of my bag! He repeatedly asked her to calm down and she was on 10 with no explanation as to why.
Food I put at 3 but haven’t tasted yet, price ok for area. Haven’t tasted because it’s been 30 minutes haven’t got it yet. Service was impressively bad. Some people had to give up after waiting 30 minutes for a burger to go catch their flight. One lady one her phone, 2 lady’s having a nice conversation and all staff seem to be hammering the soda machine at leisure, even passed out a soda to another employee from a different fast food. Now no one out front and orders are just stacking on counter. If you are at JFK I would avoid at all cost, unless you have long layover and time to kill.

Stopped at the one located in LaGuardia Airport today .I waited 20 min to place order because I was paying cash and the young lady couldn’t get in the register. There was a young lady working front counter who was cursing like a sailor because she was frustrated very rude Customers complaining because the self serve checkout was charging them a higher price. Anyway I get the chicken strips which tasted like they were cooked in old stale grease they were disgusting fries were ok but I definitely would not patronize them again workers are unfriendly and rudely .The owner should go incognito one day and see how his or her business is being ran!!
