The Fat Rabbit in Folsom has such a great, low-key vibe that makes it the perfect spot to just hang out and relax. The food is way better than your typical pub fare, everything I've tried has been seriously delicious, and their beer list is honestly incredible with so many unique options to pick from. It's easily one of my favorite places to grab a pint and a great meal without any fuss, and I can't recommend it enough if you're looking for a solid neighborhood haunt.

A cozy place for fish and chips, beer, and good times with friends. The staff was friendly and ambience was casual. Not far from the parking garage which also makes it convenient.

It's a fun pub, with great food and atmosphere. The bartender is an excellent mixologist and fun to talk to. We highly recommend this pub for just ganging out or enjoying thr food.

Very casual English style pub. We got menus at the bar then found an open booth. All orders for food and drink are placed at the bar. Bartenders were busy but pleasant and did a good job taking orders. I had the shepherds pie, husband had the fish and chips. Both very good. Tried a couple of IPAs which were interesting and tasty. Good place for pub experience.

The Scotch egg was a real treasure. A menu item not found elsewhere. My son got the pub burger, but he didn't care for grilled onions. I thought it was good, and really liked the burger bun.

Always a good time. Great beer selection. Cocktails are not from a mix and always good. Love the Turkey Ruben. Best fries in Folsom. There is also a back porch so you can bring your dog.

Always a great experience and time at Fat Rabbit! Stopped in for a quick bite and a pint, had their shepherds pie for the first time and a cold Guinness, pie was delicious and well the Guinness is Guinness! I highly recommend this pub, enjoy!

Last minute date night! I had the special “Bavarian Hangover” and my husband had the patty melt. Both dishes look so good that we shared! It’s our second time here, and we would highly recommend it!

Great pub right in historic downtown Folsom! Excellent service, great food, especially the fish and chips! Nice selection of cocktails and beers. The place is a vibe, so unlike cookie cutter modern places!

The quintessential pub in Folsom. Amazing food, great beer and such a comfortable ambiance. We love it here and you will too. Get the Schnitzel. This is where ours was.

Every time we bike to Folsom, we always stop here for lunch. The service is great and the food is tasty. The environment feels like a pub and they have lots of cute fat rabbit decorations. The burgers are great and we highly recommend them! :)

Nice staff, great food. The ambiance was inviting and relaxed as any good Pub should be! I had the patty melt because I'm a fan of grilled onions and it did not disappoint. The beer selection was also good.

My boyfriend and I visited the Folsom Historical Center, and around 3:00 pm, not many places were open. We decided to try Fat Rabbit, and it was the best decision of the day! Everything was fantastic—the service, the food, and the atmosphere. We loved it! We ordered two gyros with fries. The meat was delicious, the pita bread was perfect, and the fries were more like home-style potatoes. Loved it!!! We will definitely come back if we're ever in Folsom again. Thank you!

Came on a Saturday for lunch. Lots of open seating. Nice outdoor area for my dog and I to enjoy some bangers and mash and a couple pints. Great place to experience some British fare! Also just noticed the Music playlist is (mostly) British bands. Nice detail 😉

I was waiting for my ride and sat the the bar and I had the pleasure of having Tracy as my bar tender and I ordered an old fashioned and I’m impressed it was it was pretty good. I ordered stout beer and she recommended Porter. Which is really good. Ordered food and fish and chips was good!

Tucked into old folsom is this treasure. Walking up ypu see a classic lookung pub with beautiful windows and painted white. Openung the heavy door leads to wood all over, brass finishes, and lots if character. The food menu is small but fits in with the overall vibes. They have food and drink specials. The old fashion comes with a show and the ither drinks come with warmth. Our bartender was great, even if he was busy. Definitely recommend this treasure.

People who like old world charm will love this place. A typical Irish bar serving varities of cocktails & beers from all over the world, especially from Ireland. Sumptuous food & noble portion size tops it all.

Here on Sunday afternoon. One of the only places open today for dinner. I ordered the fish and chips because it's a pub. My friend ordered fish tacos with a side salad. My fish was so salty and the fries were a little over done. The plus side is that it took about 3 minutes for the food to arrive or is that a downside? Atmosphere was good in that it has an old pub feel. Maybe come for drinks and not food.

This restaraunt used to be so good, Do not order the chicken sandwich on the menu, the bread was super light, and the chicken was a couple of chicken fingers (rather than chicken breast/thighs/etc) and I mean like ground up chicken finger/nuggets you'd get from a fast food joint on a budget (like del taco or BK chicken strips) The fish and chips were fried pretty well though so I'll give them credit for that, but if you can fry up fish, why not bread and fry up real chicken for the Sando?

Say their open till 11p, but walked in at 10:10p and was rudely told the pub is closed. They were actively pouring a beer for another customer (there were over 40 other people in the pub). Please adjust your hours, and if it says 11, be actually open until 11p.

Poor additude poor service for a Saturday afternoon. Next time don't yell at a party of ten you won't serve them unless they are sitting at the bar. After we stood in line for 10 minutew trying to order 200 dollars worth of drinks. Won't come back.

Greasy fish and chips, and the barman, who was our server , never checked on us even once! Not at all busy and no excuse. Casual pubs with good food and service do exist...this place is not one of them. We were told they made their own beer cheese in house . Rather, we were served a cheap nacho jalepeno cheese sauce with the pretzel... a far cry from proper beer cheese. Never again!
