ordered soups and the manager told me they’re out of spoons both metal and disposable. Proceeds to later hand me 3 dirty spoons with food residue on them and when I pointed it out said “I just washed those”. If that’s the kind of cleaning done by even a manager, I don’t want to eat there. I asked for a refund and left.

This location used to be prime quality food. Yesterday January 4th 2025 the team that works at night needs to be fired and replaced. The RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY and I had to extremely long wait for my order while they laughed in the back. not only that they forgot multiple items. Furthermore the food taste like BS soup watery, bread extremely stale, sandwiches literally where not put together everything falling out.

The drive-thru is so slow. I believe they are short staffed. I think being inside. I'm trapped between cars and can't leave. I have been here for like 30mins. If you short staffed don't open your drive thru. This is the second time this has happened in a span of months. The drive-thru is more like a sit thru for hours.

Poor, skimpy portions. The Bar B Q chicken sandwich was pricey and hardly any chicken or sauce. Couldn’t find the cheese there was so little. Second time I ordered from Panera in Forney and it was another disappointment. Skimpy portions is a generous description of my wife’s chicken bacon rancher. Another sandwich with very little inside of a lot of bread. The chicken and wild rice soup was very good. I would recommend the sandwiches only if you are a big time bread eater and don’t want much of anything inside your sandwiches.

Didnt have any food I wanted. Then when asking for a medium drink they bring out a little bitty cup and say there’s only one size cup. Why not say that before I pay my money. Place is overpriced

The sandwich I ordered had black avocados on it . No one would put that on a sandwich unless they hate their job so def won’t eat there again because there’s no telling what else is going on in there . The picture only shows what didn’t get thrown away .

I just left this location and waited over 15 mins for them to tell me there was no more cheddar broccoli soup. As I was telling the young lady at the window that there wasn’t anything she could replace it with, another lady said they did have more. When I got home, the soup was literally water as if they took what was left and added water to it. I paid $30 for 1 sandwich and 2 bowls of watered down soup. I will never visit this location again.

I don’t normally write for these but I will for this one. My goal is to provide real feed back so they can improve. I’ll start by saying they messed up almost everything on my order. There is a sign outside that says they are short staffed. Although short staffing appears at first glance to not create incorrect orders. I feel that they are in a rush because of the short staffing which causes the orders being incorrect. I would advise them to take a breath and focus on getting a correct product out a little slower. That would be a better way to go about this. Also it shows through how measly the food is prepared. I’m sure everyone is doing what they can but some changes need to be made to improve the store.

The food at this location is on the decline. Ordered a four cheese scuffle and a strawberry banana smoothie. The scuffle was cold and the smoothie wasn’t blended well. Too many kids working here. Will start going to the location in Mesquite.

Just left this location. I thought it was my lucky day because there was no line and I assumed things would go quickly/smoothly. Started off with the person taking my order- I could barely hear her and had to keep asking her to repeat what she was saying. Place my order and drive up. It took about 13 mins to bring my pick 2 to the window. I look in the bag to make sure I had a sandwich and a soup. Get home and I have the wrong sandwich and wrong soup, plus no free bday pastry that she asked if I wanted. I’m not going back up there now because it took my whole lunch hour. Fortunately, I can eat what I received. It’s just not what I wanted or what I paid for. So disappointed.

9/7/2025 around 7:10 pm I ordered 5 separate order for me and my family after a few minutes receive message the order is ready I went to grab the food. It wasn’t ready yet just two plates after a few minutes later, the food is ready I went back Tell them there is missing. I showed them the receipt. They don’t even read the receipt. There’s a drink missing chips missing she try to give me one by one after she read the receipt. She gave me one chips with bad attitude she threw it in the counter and she left, supposed to be 4 I told her to call the manager. The manager has bad attitude too she told me oh all the work here is children so if they are children they supposed to throw the chips in my face that’s what I told her , i told her she have to train them how they treat the customer good she say I trained them good and she don’t even say something tell her we’re gonna write a review she say OK good luck bye-bye I think she don’t deserve to be a manager for that restaurant I’ve been eating there since they open ,She left to her office without apologies very bad manager I wish can give zero star

The short version. This location has a drive thru problem that has happened more than once now. They are at times very slow. On Aug 19 about 3 service was unreal if anyone is interested. You have 3 drive thru spots so it is very disappointing that a single car would sit at the drive thru window for over 10 minutes. This happened after telling me to pull up to get my drink order. Over 10 minutes, I backed out of thru drive. There is zero good excuses for this. My conclusion is laziness. The drink was delicious but that's all they did well.

Tried to order breakfast but very unenthusiastic employee said they could not serve breakfast, she needed to change menu signs. Then we had to ask her for cups which she gave us but neglected to tell us ice machine did not work, which was right in front of her. She did not tell me how to get ice until I asked her. I realize she might be going thru a difficult time personally but being a little helpful wouldn’t take a whole lot! Food was ready but they didn’t let us know so we waited longer than we should have! Food was good though!
