Whoever was working the drive through today deserves a raise! We have never experienced such GREAT service at a Popeyes location before! He was polite and respectful. He even made sure to double check our orders with us at the window before we paid. Order was correct and tasted great!

I Was on base for a work meeting and needed to grab some lunch real quick. We stopped in over at Popeye's for some chicken end conversation. I got the blackened chicken tenders and as they were made fresh there were definitely on point. Good little spot for a quick bite friendly service reasonable prices. Recommended.
The new manager turn things around. I was given a 8 piece spicy when I ordered classic. I called and spoke to the manager "Theatrice" she promised me a replacement order. 6 months later I went to the store to fulfill her promise she fulfilled without hesitation. The chicken 🐔 was fresh nice and tasty 😋.
Inside the base of Fort Sam. As always love Popeyes! The place is very neat and clean. It's bright and and anyone can feel the peace full, inviting vibe here. Enjoyed the nice and hot fries with come chicken! Yum 😋

Service and quality is consistent. Nice that it’s on base so I don’t have to go off base to get a chicken sandwich. Not a bad place to go to if you’re trapped on base.
When we arrived there was only one person in line ahead of us. The time to order and get our food was not bad. The staff was polite. My Classic Sandwich was good, I liked the macaroni and cheese.

It’s 4 pm on a Sunday. Restaurant is pretty empty. Orders are taking 15 mins plus on a simple order. Service is very slow. While sitting here waiting on my order I’m observing a lot of angry people. Could use more staff. It appears drive through takes priority over people waiting inside for their order. Do better!
This particular spot is located on a military base. FYI you will need security clerance to get on base. The staff way excellent however the food wasn't so hot and it's not the same Popeyes that am a custom to. So the food itself didn't do it for me.

I am not a fan of Popeyes chicken, but my kids are. So, I go to appease the masses. This P. C. happens to be on FSH, so the convenience is really there for the service members. I'm retired military, so it I don't visit too often. But hey, it serves its purpose.

The people are nice, and the atmosphere is okay, but if someone places an online order, their's should be ready before any customer in line because they placed their order first. I should never have to wait after a customer in line to receive my food. It defeats the purpose of online orders, which is time management. In addition, it's very disrespectful because it's not different than someone cutting in front of you in line, and it shows that the online customer's time isn't being respected nor valued. Please fix this ASAP.
I had a disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. The staff could not find my order and suggested that I may have ordered incorrectly, even after I showed the receipt. The way they spoke to my husband felt dismissive and disrespectful. I’ve continued to order from this location to give them chances, but the service has not improved. During this visit, my husband was treated poorly, and it felt like he was being judged based on his appearance. Overall, the interaction made us uncomfortable. I hope management can improve customer service and ensure all customers are treated with respect.

The Popeyes does NOT know how to handle lunch rush hour. In fact they manage it horribly.

" Please note: I was in person and at the register trying to explain it to this person, with the help of another employee, even. This was not at all the drive-thru experience...
They have forgotten items in my order multiple times and I was asked to pull foward in the drive through past the window when I was the only person in the drive through when I asked why the worker said because they have cameras that time how long you spend at the window. So I pulled foward and then once I received an incorrect order I had to pull to the front walk in and wait in line to receive the correct order after 15 minutes already waiting in the drive through.
the female manager or supervisor on duty, whoever she is, tried to blame me, the customer, for grabbing the wrong order when she physically handed it to me… ma’am do your job correctly and keep that attitude in check. thank you.
Absolutely trash and very reactive to questions. The lady who was responsible for cooking or preparing food at the back in the kitchen is very reactive to a simple situation. She announced that they weren’t taking any orders anymore until they were down to 2 tickets, as they are short handed right now. I was in line trying to just pay for a single cup, for a fountain drink. I would assume that, this would not be a very tedious order, as they don’t have to prep an actual meal for me. I was met with, please speak louder repeatedly, and then ended with “All customers are just as important as you are”. This interaction wasn’t an attempt from me, to emphasize that I’m important but a humble plea I had been in line since 5:35pm till 5:57pm waiting to pay for a single cup of fountain. The entire situation was disappointing especially with how the staff handled this. I would request this location gets proper training on actually listening and then responding so they can be a lot more receptive over being reactive. The last thing I would want is to see a stand off, which would not look good for either parties. And at the end of the day it is the staffs fault. Still can’t believe I couldn’t pay for a single drink.

We ordered online twice now and each time they have forgotten or just didn’t put our meal with the order they left out our chicken bucket the first time and now the sandwich and the side of mashed potatoes that we ordered this is actually insane they need to check orders properly.
