The owner here is great. Never had a bad experience. The one time we had a minor inconvenience the owner threw in a free dessert. Food is great tasting, there's weekly deals that make it really affordable. Store is always pretty clean. There are some homeless people that come by and sometimes hang around inside but I've never had a problem with them.

I always have an amazing experience at than location. I think the same 2 people are there when I go & they are super friendly. Ordering online is easy, pickup is fast & convenient & the pizzas are always fresh & hot! Highly recommend!

The manager Mike, had offered the best customer service I had seen in a long time! I was greeted right when I walked in. Mike was amazing with all of the suggestions he offered. He was very anttentive and my pizza came out fantastic. I don’t do reviews, but I had to stop and give a review for this place!

I initially ordered pickup via DoorDash for lunch, but will definitely visit this location again‼️ I really enjoyed my Gaucho pizza. This was my first visit and it was delicious‼️ The owner (sorry, don’t know his name) was so friendly, personable and nice. He told me a cute lil story about the “crack salt” because I didn’t know what it was. For those who don’t know, it’s a VERY popular seasoning that they sprinkle onto your pizza. I’m excited for my son to experience it. He’s going to LOVE this place because pizza is his favorite food. He’s going to jump out of his skin when I surprise him with the fact that he can get it any way he wants it‼️😁🍕🤣🍕😋🍕😁🍕🤣🍕😂🍕😋🍕

The 2 staff that I see every time I go are positive people They are willing to make suggestions to make your food experience better ever time I can say year ago when I tried piefive I was not a fan did not taste good well past year a coworker suggested them an I tried again Worth it I get spicy sauce, pepperoni, spicy c sausage, butter garlic Parmesan on the crust.... let it roll on through top it off with extra magic dust blend they have butter magic dust an wala gooey goodness in yo mouth Check em out Cheaper on Tues Wed or get kids meal

I love pie five pizza. The staff was amazing and helpful. They have a great selection of crusts. The toppings were fresh and the pizza was hot and crispy just how I like it. They offer a 20% military discount (which is an amazing discount). They give MOD pizza a run for their money. But we will see my fav pizza is still MOD pizza off 820 in Richland Hills. But let's see if Pie five pizza can win my heart and stomach over 😋

Pie Five is great! Good quality ingredients. Friendly staff. They have lots of toppings to choose from. I love the Hawaiian pizza with jalapenos. They also have other things if you're not wanting pizza. My only complaint is the parking situation at Montgomery Plaza. You might not get a spot near Pie Five, but it's not their fault.

I like this place a lot but they really need a real oven not the pilsburry easy bake oven the use but a Bakers Pride gas drawer to show their product what it deserves, they use some sort of mini Middleby Marshal junk Dominos uses only microwave sized . Ok second visit this place ruin all other pizza the cheese is the best

My husband and I stopped in for lunch. It was our first visit. Everyone was very nice. The pizza was good, except my thin crust was just a little too crunchy for me. Price was great under $10.00 for 5 toppings.

This is the worst pie 5 I've been to, never coming here again. I gave them another shot today and they blamed DoorDash for not delivering my order (ordered it through Pie 5 website, not DoorDash btw). Theyve gotten my order wrong countless times and doused it in salt before (literally how). Would not cancel or refund my order even though it took over an hour to be delivered and we already ordered from someone else. Manager is useless. Wayyy better pizza places in this area anyways.
