The app was very easy to use. The folks were super nice as always it was very clean inside and the baking direction were super easy. I really like that it wasn't overstuffed the calzone. In my opinion it was perfectly proportioned. I could taste everything that was on it equally. Very nice job. Definitely recommend this pizza place over most. Great prices for the quality.

Hayden is the the greatest employee I have ever had the pleasure to be assisted by. On my trip to California this was easily the highlight of my experience. Papa Murphy's Pizza deserves a global award, as does Hayden. He deserves a raise and a promotion. This restaraunt is magnificent. Good job! 5 stars. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend the artichoke pizza.

My son and I walked in the other night and were able to order and be out of there in 20 minutes. The lady that took our order offered the little guy stickers to decorate his Lego dragon he was flying around the lobby. Our order was for a Cheese Mini Murph with a cup of tomatoes and a Large Chicken Bacon Artichoke with no spinach. Both were as ordered, with food allergies we have to be careful.

Fortuna Papa Murphy has the best pizza I have ever tasted, if there is any problems they will fix it with a smile. I will drive the extra 20 miles to have there pizza. No one else comes close. The staff is outstanding and always welcomes you with a smile. Joan Thomsen

I like being able to order online and pickup. I arrived early by about 10 minutes but they got my name and started making my pizza. The pizza was good for what's it is. I got the all meat combo family size for $15. Can't beat the price!

Pizza looks and smells good! But the cookie dough was packaged in a plastic bag. The person didn't change their gloves so cookie dough got all over the bag. The cookie dough was also sitting out on the counter unrefridgerated for who knows how long! The rest of the building was really clean! It was really disappointing but we handled it respectfully and got a refund. It would be great if Papa Murphys could ask their employees to change their gloves while packaging cookie dough :)

Walked in and wanted to do their mixing match deal so I grabbed a salad and a medium pizza. The pizza took no time, but there were no salads available. I also wanted one of those pizzas where the kids can make it themselves and there was also none available. When I asked if they had those ingredients the girl rolled her eyes and said I’d have to go in the back and make it to which I then had to respond would you mind please?And she went in the back and did it. Hopefully she didn’t do anything to our food but it was weird to have to ask her to do her job. Got home and the majority of my salad lettuce. I threw away because it was old and starting to go bad. We’ll never go to this steak and bake again.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! I called during business hours & they answered and said they're closed then hung up on me... i double checked and they are supposedly open for several more hours. Update: Tonight I called several times and it just rang endlessly. One time they answered and immediately put me on hold. After 5mins I hung up. By that time I had arrived in the parking lot and could see that the papa Murphys was empty except for two employees. Called again, no answer. So I walked in and one of the employees lazily took my order. Pulled out my phone and called again just to make sure their phone would ring (I thought maybe they couldn't hear it?). Sure enough it rang. But neither employee acknowledged it.... P.S. my pizza was pretty poorly made. Toppings were mounded in a pile (kinda near the middle) and large section of the pizza was just bare. I tried to fix it at home before cooking. Pretty ridiculous.

He didn't even put my order in, as when I sent my friend to pick it up who did not have time to wait for them to remake the order they didn't have it ready. When I spoke to Jennifer she said they never showed up (I was on the phone with the oerson when they were trying to pick it up), then said she handled the order despite me definitely talking to a different person entirely, then said the guy was new. Said there was nothing they could do to remedy their mistake, but would speak to the employee who dropped the ball. I've never had such a terrible experience at one of these Papa Murphys. Didn't end up getting anything and dinner plans have been ruined.

I like the pizza but the last several times I have called in an order I'm given a time the order will be ready but have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes because they haven't even started my order. I call in my order so I don't have to wait there. Not good customer service!

He didn't even put my order in, as when I sent my friend to pick it up who did not have time to wait for them to remake the order they didn't have it ready. When I spoke to Jennifer she said they never showed up (I was on the phone with the oerson when they were trying to pick it up), then said she handled the order despite me definitely talking to a different person entirely, then said the guy was new. Said there was nothing they could do to remedy their mistake, but would speak to the employee who dropped the ball. I've never had such a terrible experience at one of these Papa Murphys.
