Best place around to get reasonably priced pizza. They can get very busy on weekends and special occasions. Just plan ahead.

I love being able to come in, grab my pie and leave. Not that the people aren't lovely, I am just hungry. Lol!

Love the pizza.wushbthry had on demand pizza though ,like little Caesars.

Pizza is always ready on time and the pizza makers always acknowledge me when I walk in.

The app was very easy to use. The folks were super nice as always it was very clean inside and the baking direction were super easy. I really like that it wasn't overstuffed the calzone. In my opinion it was perfectly proportioned. I could taste everything that was on it equally. Very nice job. Definitely recommend this pizza place over most. Great prices for the quality.

***UPDATE 2026*** This place has turned around. It's very good now. Friendly people, food correct. They used to be great, but every time I've gone here in the last few months my order has been not ready and then wrong. I order on the app, wait well over the time they ask for and it still isn't ready. They have given me thin crust both times when I asked for regular crust, this last time made a point of telling them when they told me my order wasn't done to please make sure it's regular crust. They couldn't even find my order. This place is a dumpster fire.

Hayden is the the greatest employee I have ever had the pleasure to be assisted by. On my trip to California this was easily the highlight of my experience. Papa Murphy's Pizza deserves a global award, as does Hayden. He deserves a raise and a promotion. This restaraunt is magnificent. Good job! 5 stars. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend the artichoke pizza.

Fortuna Papa Murphy has the best pizza I have ever tasted, if there is any problems they will fix it with a smile. I will drive the extra 20 miles to have there pizza. No one else comes close. The staff is outstanding and always welcomes you with a smile. Joan Thomsen

Smells clean looks clean 👌 wish they got paid a bit better. especially when employees are working with leg injuries from what I saw

I get the Chicago stuffed crust and they put it together pretty good they also have pretty good service friendly smile a decent place to go to get take and bake pizza

Great staff, they will do their best to make a pizza as you like it even though it isn't on their regular menu.

Didn't receive my online order although I was charged for it. I was told to come back when the manager was there. The manager made it right without any problems 😊

I like being able to order online and pickup. I arrived early by about 10 minutes but they got my name and started making my pizza. The pizza was good for what's it is. I got the all meat combo family size for $15. Can't beat the price!

BOGO is a good deal, but $ 26/pizza is too much.

Came in tonight for a pizza. Had a 15 minutue wait. Watched pizza maker wearing gloves was running the register then went back to makin pizza without changing gloves. Watch them make your pizza!

You can tell they have lowered the quality of ingredients for example the artichoke hearts they are tough and hard to chew most of the time. The cheese is the most noticeable the grease it has in now does not sit well.

Pizza looks and smells good! But the cookie dough was packaged in a plastic bag. The person didn't change their gloves so cookie dough got all over the bag. The cookie dough was also sitting out on the counter unrefridgerated for who knows how long! The rest of the building was really clean! It was really disappointing but we handled it respectfully and got a refund. It would be great if Papa Murphys could ask their employees to change their gloves while packaging cookie dough :)

Stopped by in Fortuna for pizza. Grabbed and went home. Orderd half cowboy half salami black olive. Went to cook mostly salami and black olive. With no salami in middle just around outside. Very disappointed.

They say "nothing can be done" based on the fact that "they don't know how" to fix the problem. We're longtime customers, but we're done with the Fortuna store. No complaint with the product. It's just a staffing issue.

Paid for pineapple on my Cowboy, and NOPE, no Pineapple.... Guess reading the online order is tough...and a hair... This place used to be good...

It's OK if you want your pizzas 2 hrs late, half your items not available, and not even an apology. Avoid if possible.

Update: Tonight I called several times and it just rang endlessly. One time they answered and immediately put me on hold. After 5mins I hung up. By that time I had arrived in the parking lot and could see that the papa Murphys was empty except for two employees. Called again, no answer. So I walked in and one of the employees lazily took my order. Pulled out my phone and called again just to make sure their phone would ring (I thought maybe they couldn't hear it?). Sure enough it rang. But neither employee acknowledged it.... P.S. my pizza was pretty poorly made. Toppings were mounded in a pile (kinda near the middle) and large section of the pizza was just bare. I tried to fix it at home before cooking. Pretty ridiculous.

Admitted that walk ins get priority even though I already paid for it hours before. Then would not give me a refund... also, 3rd time they forgot to add the added topping that I paid extra for. The boys in the store didn't seem to care at all.

I paid almost 50 bucks for 2 pizzas, 1 of which the dough was rotten. Literally had to scrape it from tray and stunk ao bad. The other pizza had ok crust but while eating pulled a hair from the crust. I would not recommend eating here. Oh ya and they basically told me the pizza was still good to eat, even. Like that. He didn't even put my order in, as when I sent my friend to pick it up who did not have time to wait for them to remake the order they didn't have it ready. When I spoke to Jennifer she said they never showed up (I was on the phone with the oerson when they were trying to pick it up), then said she handled the order despite me definitely talking to a different person entirely, then said the guy was new. Said there was nothing they could do to remedy their mistake, but would speak to the employee who dropped the ball. I've never had such a terrible experience at one of these Papa Murphys. Didn't end up getting anything and dinner plans have been ruined.

I like the pizza but the last several times I have called in an order I'm given a time the order will be ready but have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes because they haven't even started my order. I call in my order so I don't have to wait there. Not good customer service!

He didn't even put my order in, as when I sent my friend to pick it up who did not have time to wait for them to remake the order they didn't have it ready.
