Absolutely phenomenal experience at IHOP! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The menu offered a wide array of delicious options, from classic pancakes to savory omelets, catering to every taste bud. The food arrived promptly and was cooked to perfection, exceeding all expectations. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual brunch or a late-night snack. Our server was attentive and friendly, ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. We left feeling satisfied and already planning our next visit. IHOP truly sets the standard for exceptional dining.

Our waitress was great. Forgot to get her name, but she was cheerful and made sure we had everything we needed.

Opened just before Christmas. I loved my Jalapeño Kick Burger (without Bacon), and a side of Mango Lemonade. They were respectful to my dietary restrictions, and my server seemed friendly.

Delicious breakfast. Very cleanly restaurant. Fast and super friendly service. Highly recommend.

Waiter was very attentive. Food was good, even though there was some cross contamination with onion which I am allergic to. My mom was very pleased with her food.

David the server did a masterful job. This place is the perfect roadside spot to get a bite while passing through Eureka. Very good vibes here. If you’re a traveler or RT 66 fan this is your spot.

We had a breakfast sampler and a biscuit with a side of cheesy hash browns. Coffee was in a full hot pot on the table for serving ourselves. A knife, fork and spoon rolled in a napkin was set out on the Formica table top stocked with sugar and ketchup. We were well catered to with menus, then coffee, food served fast and hot, three kinds of hot sauce, cream, butter, three kinds of Smucker's preserves, syrup and asked for anything else. I had the 55+ version of the breakfast sampler and was satisfied with everything. We both ate everything that was served. We loved the hash browns. The building has been renovated to a more modern style and the employees are dressed nicely and acted friendly. It was after the peak period between eight and nine am and there were still plenty of workers there.

It's IHOP not a five star Michelin restaurant. But they do what they do and they do it incredibly well. Also the staff were super friendly to us as out-of-towners. Special thank you to Julie!! If you're coming off the highway and need a place for a better-than-decent breakfast, give this location a shot.

The menu has a lot of options and my favorite were the $7.00 meals so I could just get extra and take some home for later. 3 meals and a tip for $30 is a good value to me. The pancakes are super fluffy and delicious. The cheese sauce was definitely a winner in my book. Overall I will return and I would recommend giving them a try if you have not already.

Stopped by IHOP in Eureka for breakfast and had a solid experience. The menu offers a wide variety of pancakes, omelets, and classic American breakfast dishes. I tried a stack of pancakes and they were fluffy and well cooked, paired with syrup and fresh fruit on the side. Portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and service was fairly quick even during a busy morning. It’s a reliable option for a casual breakfast or brunch.

Manager at this location was super nice, talked with my table, was super personable. She was also our Waitress for the duration of our stay, very attentive. Food was very good, came really fast, establishment was clean, weird womens bathroom layout but that isn't the fault of the people. My group did come at a non-busy time aswell. A total 5/5 Experience!

It's an "I Hop." It's not ever too busy, and the service was OK. Had to keep asking for drink refills. My suggestion is to spend a little less time talking with co-workers and a little more with your customers!!! Goof cheesesticks!

Very nice waitress went at 2pm. No one as there place was empty. Ordered and it took forever for just come pancakes. 1 cook. They were not bad I got original and the price as good. It was just empty and slow. No music, bums walking by were fun to watch 😊 They also run 3 other restaurants (4 total ) for door dash so it's a disappointment to order expensive food from a philly cheese shop and it comes from the same kitchen. It was awesome to find a restaurant that still used real butter. A lot of breakfast places traded out the real butter for margarine, mistake.

Service is hit or miss, same with the quality of food. It's not bad most of the time but don't go in expecting it to be exactly what you expect every time.

It was a bit busy, but our Waitress (Kelley) was absolutely amazing! My son has food allergies so it takes a bit of time for us to help him pick out items that he can eat. She was super patient and helpful with this (it was Easter Sunday so the place was packed). I will definitely be coming back with my family, and I hope that she gets a raise because she has excellent customer service!!!

Took myself and my sister's kids out to breakfast last week. Waited for 45 minutes to an hour for our pancakes, but we kind of expected that as it was very busy. The waitress was great!. Food wasn't too bad, my order was incorrect but I didn't want to complain because I had already waited so long. The kids were happy, they proclaimed after breakfast while we were in the car, IHOP is the coolest restaurant in the world. We will be back soon.

Very nice place. If you are looking for a solid meal along the highway, and for a reasonable price, this is the place. We went for early lunch on a Saturday, and it was at 50% capacity, so pretty fast service. We got the T-Bone with fries and onions plus a suggested brocoli side with butter. We also got the fish plate that came with shrimp and fries. Overall, very good plates for a fast food place. Our only comment would be that the table we got was a little unbalanced so the drink could slip a little bit which was weird but nothing super important. Would definitely consider going again if in the area and looking for a quick bite.

It's about average. You get exactly what you would expect from an IHOP. Neither amazing nor horrible. Just 'yep that happened'.

When this first opened, we were pleasantly surprised with the food and service. As time has passed, it has faded away to just passable. We couldn't fault our server, who was pleasant and efficient and was the only person working on the floor. The food quality has been steadily going down. It's a shame, really.

I recently went to IHOP in Eureka for lunch with my friend and while the food was decent, the service was disappointing. The restaurant was nearly empty with plenty of available tables, yet we were seated at a four-person table right next to the restroom. To make matters worse, shortly after I received my food and had only taken a few bites, the server brought us the check saying “no rush” despite us clearly just starting our meal. It felt unwelcoming and rushed. I don’t recommend this location based on our experience.

Took 15 minutes to be seated and the place wasn't very busy. The person behind the counter didn't even acknowledge us and he ended up being our waiter. The food took about 30 minutes and fries were cold and old. The waiter was nice enough to replace them since they weren't even edible. The food was average but definitely not worth what we paid. Hope they get it worked out, but for now we won't be back anytime soon. The waiter was not rude, but not friendly either. He definitely didn't seem like a seasoned waiter.

Got scrambled eggs, they were soggy and undercooked. Took forever to get creamer even though the place is empty. Then I got my daughter an apple juice, three dollars and it's not even a full cup and no refills. I recommend not coming here. Go to the pantry or something like that cause the food and everything isn't worth the money here.

I decided to treat my girlfriend to her favorite place after a long day. She was very excited to get the new pancake of the month (chocolate covered strawberry) I went inside to pick up our take out order and was excited to present my girlfriend with the meal she’d been anxiously awaiting. It was not until we arrived home that we realized an atrocity occurred. I moved her pancake onto a plate and poured the strawberries on for her. They looked and smelled delicious! I then poured the chocolate on top. Not even a minute later, I discovered a strange odor coming from the plate. It smelled extremely sour, but seeing as though it wasn’t my food and I hadn’t had it before, I decided maybe it was normal? Upon smelling it closer, it grew to be more bitter, it smelled as though I had just opened a fresh jar of green olives. I excitedly delivered my girlfriend her breakfast for dinner despite the odd odor filling my studio apartment. It was 30 seconds later that I turned to her in tears. They had mistaken chocolate sauce for bbq sauce. My girlfriend, so excited for her wonderful chocolate strawberry pancakes, took a large bite of strawberry-bbq sauce cakes. We had to throw out everything, and I had to share my panera mac n cheese with her instead. I have provided a photo of the pancake, if you look closely, the “chocolate” sauce just doesn’t look right. Why would it be chunky you ask? I don’t know, maybe because it’s bbq sauce. My apartment still smells sour. Do better iHop.

Not impressed at all. I know the food there is not bad but the service I got last time was horrible. Messed up my plate (dietary restrictions) so my plate had to be remade. Didn't even get silverware until after my food was cold. My gfs crepes had no filling and no toppings like it was supposed to. It's really unfortunate since their prices are decent and this is not what I experienced my previous visit there. The manager was understanding when I told him to keep the food and I was leaving. He was polite and apologized for the bad service. I might go back some day but not anytime soon.

Told to leave by rude waitress because I had "a lot of bags", I had my backpack (only) just after leaving Class a few blocks away and it was pouring down rain at 10:30pm and I was on foot/walking! I Won't go to Any IHOP EVER AGAIN!!
