I’m editing my prior review which stated ...“Drive through after 10 pm is always a greater than 20 min wait. But open 24 hrs. They NEVER have any ice cream after 9pm or so. What's up with that! “ After posting this review over a year ago the owner contacted me and explained she will be changing things in the business and she meant every word. Since that time the drive thru wait and availability of Ice Cream is now back to normal! The service is even better! Thanks for taking my review seriously!!!
This McDonalds is full of hard working employees. The service is great and the food is pretty good too. They will always fix any problem that occurs. My favorite manager is Lola she is funny it really humanizes the company.
Went there at 1:45AM on Dec 1 2021. Whoever was in charge of the drive thru window, thank you for being very patient with me. I haven’t eaten McDonald’s in a while but was in need of a quick bite. I wanted to get some cookies but sadly they don’t serve that anymore. Thankfully, the guava pie was suggested and I think McDonald’s has something going with this one…
Absolutely the best customer service experience I've had with a fast food rsstaurant.. Very professional staff. Willing to go out of their way even when there's a food mix-up! Has two reserved spots for customers who are waiting for the completion of their order.. This facility also holds face paint night..coloring night..etc!
Kids love the play area. Manager is super kool a long with employees. It's nice and clean environment where all employees make sure you are having a great time. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.
Excellent - Clean McDonalds Franchise. We went around 6:00pm which is around dinner time, it wasn't packed but it took them while to prep the food (2x Happy Meals, 1 nugget order and one coffee). It could be I order salt free fries. But overall great experience and great place 👍👌

Today I went to Franklin Ave location at 12:45 or so. Drive-thru line was past the side of the building—about 8 cars. But I was thru the line & served in 5 minutes! Kudos to the crew & manager.
Taylor and Louis were great people that my family and I interacted with. Taylor helped place our orders and checked on is regularly because we dined in and Louis greated me at the counter asked if he could assist me with anything I told him and he made sure i had it. This experience was a great experience. Both Louis and Taylor expressed while working how important customer service is by displaying great service. The area was clean. Taylor made sure of that. It was crowded today and when each customer left she came cleaned up the area and made it ready for other customers. The play area was clean as well even though there was a lot of kids playing in there. Louis too when it was not so busy at the drive threw and fry station, he came out and engaged with the customers. Made sure we were good. Thank you for a great experience today
I went to this location to buy 60 gift cards for the holidays. The employees were so nice and very friendly. Gloria was amazing and provided the best customer service. She’s a superstar!
I thought I would give the caramel frappe a try since my Starbucks started tasting different at my location. Best decision I ever made! This location specifically makes an outstanding caramel frappe compared to other locations. They add caramel the right way. Other locations just add it at the top & call it a day. I also request NO WHIPPED CREAM & they are the only ones who understand. Everyone else has had to scrape it off, ugh. Staff here are also very friendly & courteous. Thank you (:
This is the only location that regularly serves fresh food! The employees are always pleasant. The inside and out is always very clean. Not a negative thing to say. Keep up the good work, guys.

This McDonald's is very clean , bathrooms are spotless ( I haven't been to a fast food chain ,where there bathroom is actually clean and don't smell) I order there $3 bundle ( chicken biscuits and hash brown ) I can say the biscuits was not hard . It was prefect and the chicken was fresh . I recommend to come to this McDonald's if your in there area.

Just wanted to comment on the attention and leadership of Renee at the FS location- She overheard some confusion as I placed my order with Lucy, and she was immediately there to solve the issue with speed, courtesy and efficiency! She deserves to be acknowledged for her superior effort in assisting a customer while maintaining the dignity of her worker! Great Job Renee and Thank You!
Jasmine was so rude to me. I asked her for NO breakfast sauce or meat because I am a vegetarian and she disrespected me on purpose and gave me HAM in my sandwich. I am completely baffled by this poor customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and I got NO response back. I also ordered a hash brown and did not receive any of my desired order. I am DONE with this establishment.

As HVAC mechanic For the last 30 years I have been in quite a few McDonald's franchises And I have to say By far I would do surgery On the floor of this restaurant Not only was this place meticulously clean The employees were absolutely wonderful Period I always Make it a choice Not to eat in places that I work in But here I ordered the food was fresh hot and ready to go within minutes Please Mcdonald's make more places like this
Food is McDonald’s, nothing to write home about here. Coffee is always hot and fresh. I called this store when they messed up my order. No big deal it happens. I spoke to the manager, Rose, and she was beyond polite, professional, and courteous and she took care of my issue. The rest of the staff has always been great as well. Keep up the good work.

I frequent the greene turtle often. They have excellent burgers and many of their other items are great too. Some things are a bit too greasy for my taste but overall are good. The service is good and the restaurant is clean.
Used to be better before they changed the indoor structure. Only 1 checkout register. Food was always good, but now it's 3 out of 5 times good
They get the order right. You can use self serve kiosks to order. There is a play area for kids. But the play are is poorly ventilated and hot. But the kids all play nice together. At times the managers can be a little overwhelmed and therefore abrupt.
Overall, you get what you get it’s McDonald’s and compared to a lot of other McDonald’s they’re quick with the drive-through and the food comes out pretty fresh and I’ve been here pretty consistent 15+ years and this is one of the best iterations.

I only went for a frappe. The line was long but it's christmas morning and some locations are closed. The line moved very quickly.
Standard fare, however they do have a great staff who are efficient but for some reason the word napkin seems foreign to them. 3 times had to ask and I wouldn't have been so persistent but I had a clean shirt on, otherwise I would have just used my sleeve...well not really
The service is good. Respectful kids working there. The food is ok at best. Fries aren't piping hot and crispy like they're suppose to be. I bring me kid here every two weeks and this is the third straight time that their buns are not fresh. Meat is ok but the buns are hard and not fresh at all. Disappointed with that.
The staff does not want to take care of Customers. They didn’t want to come the counter (other than the drive thru or those using apps). A simple order 2 large coffees with cream and equal on the side was not done properly. When I complained the counter person gave major attitude and started talking about me in Spanish and had someone else take care of me. SMH Btw it was takeout
I have to say They’re getting better with customer service. Its the night time crew that need improvement, more effort and more kindness in serving. Night crew makes you feel like you’re bothering them. On a good note I must say that Lucy was the only one to help out, be friendly, fabulous and 100% helpful. Love her !!
For some reason the staff is always in a rush to take your order even when the screen takes a while to rest so tou xan actually look at the menu. Always have to ask for ketchup. Fries aren't always warm or hot..it would be nice if they actually fill thr bag of fries
Really not happy about the way they changed the McNuggets. It's not this location's fault; this happened to me last time and I was hoping it was just a fluke. These are not the McNuggets I grew up with 🙁. Lucy is great! Friendly and hard-working. Whatever you're paying her it isn't enough!
The place is clean inside and out, and the old playhouse is still there, brings back good childhood memories. But here’s the downside: the service is terrible. The wait times are unreal. I’ve heard different reasons, something about timing and how long it takes a car to move through the whole cycle, but whatever the cause, I’m regularly sitting in the drive-thru for almost half an hour before I even reach the speaker. Even once I get there, it takes minutes for anyone to respond. What really confuses me is that when I finally pull around, there’s often no one in front of me. They seem to wait until a car fully clears the system before letting the next one through. It’s a very slow and frustrating setup. As for the food, I haven’t really had major issues aside from it occasionally looking thrown together but it is fast food, so perfection isn’t expected. The real problem is the waiting.
So the south gets all the glitz and glamour of the elusive McRib since its comeback in early November 2023 —just not this location or any within long island or nyc. Therefore 1 star for this location franchisee not putting in the effort for having it on the menu.
Stinks. Allways did. If you ask to change the temp, at all , they will say “sure” But never do!!! Hardly ever get the drive Thur orders correct . They aren’t what they used to be . Haven’t been for a long long time. Have fun and good luck
There's 10 employees for drive thru and a trainee by themself in front no support in dire need of assistant. Order wrong twice 3 time ordered different still wrong gave up. Past visits have been ok at best. Employees are fine its the lack of managing resources when there appeared to be 3 managers on duty huddled like hens while the ship sunk.
They often get the orders wrong. Yesterday, when I was there, I was told to order from the kiosk. The printer did not work, so I didn't get a receipt. The woman got my order wrong, and insisted that I was wrong. She made me wait 10 minutes while she looked on the computer and found that I was right. Needless to say, my food was cold by the time I left.
Every time I go thru drive thru I have to tell them to make sure food is hot .Order is never correct .Always missing something. Today ordered chicken tenders and were hard as a rock. Couldn't eat when I got home .Big Mac roll was stale and broke apart when eating .This place is getting worse. Also hardly anyone speaks English .Very frustrating .Keep hoping it will get better .Management should be fired.
Decent located McDonald's, but count your change, the young hiSpanic kid tried short changing me, twice! And through my food together haphazardly in the bag, after I called him out the first time.

When we walked in there was garbage everywhere, on the tables, by the soda area and on the floor, the tables were not wiped down. It took a while for someone to come over and take my order. The food was not like it normally was. Almost looked like kids play food
Line is usually long , food tastes decent : I’ve had better at other McDonald’s. My boyfriend ordered a McDouble and they gave him cheese , a SINGLE patty with NO BUN! They are always messing up orders and the workers have bad attitudes. Save yourself a headache , don’t waste your time and go to another location!

Not fast food, service was very slow, waited in line over 30 minutes in the drive through. They didn’t have McFlurrys or Apple pie, and so we ordered cinnamon rolls with the rest of our order, only to pull up and be told they were out of those as well.
My son, niece and I decided to walk over this particular McDonald's and was turned away by an extremely rude young woman because they apparently close at 7 pm on a Saturday night?? Why would a conglomerate as big as McDonald's close so early on a weekend and please don't use the pandemic as an excuse because plenty of smaller businesses are open much later. I guess they are comfortable enough that they don't stay open til a normal weekend time. Just my opinion though
If you work here, please start updating the drink machines. Every time I order Hawaiian punch lately there is no sugar or flavor to it it’s like drinking water, so please keep track of when your machines need to be refilled for the drinks. Thank you.
Visit 4/9/2018. My wife and I visited this location for lunch with our son. My wife's sausage burritos were poorly made. Barely any ingredients filling them. This isn't the first time we've had an issue with food being made. It is usually night crew that isn't up to par. She ate them because we didn't have time to wait for new ones to be made. On a lighter note, the employees were friendly.
Worst experience ever , I work as a first responder long hours I order Uber eats had to wait 2 hrs ended up picking up my food ! Go there to very rude nasty employees! Rolling eyes slamming the windows in my face & I never got my food ! Wasn’t even given an option ! The manager Chris was very rude and arrogant as well as the employee Lee rolling her eyes being sarcastic ! Snotty disgusting ! When you go to Long Island the experience is a huge difference!
maybe this place runs a little different during the day based on reviews BUT if you decide to go after 11pm-5am this is WORST McDonald’s in history. Every machine doesn’t work (Uber/dash does tho) Rude employees and at certain times only takes cash ? IRS should just jump in and have a field day - it’s 2022 & company worth billions come on now. certainly a different vibe at night and hate to put this on there since i’ve been going for years but last time did it for me, went at about 4:30am and said “sorry we have no food” lol

employees must not make enough to be charging .25 for sweet and sour sauce. Every other mcdonald’s doesn’t charge for sauce it comes with your meal. This is a huge corporation.
I am literally tired of this McDonald’s in Franklin Square…. The Big Mac that I just had was so old & dry it was disgusting and this isn’t the first time… the chicken Nuggets weren’t fresh they were cold and old…. This happens a lot. I can’t be the only one that this happens to…. They need to do something because I’m done going to this McDonald’s…. Don’t bother going there .
Very disappointed. I went there today to get food and was served our food (after we paid) by a girl who was not wearing a mask. All other employees had both a mask and gloves on. This sat very uneasy with me and I didn't eat the food. I was disappointed that a franchise wasn't upholding code. I'm putting it out there as a warning to others.
Tonight 6/11/17 I visited the McDonalds at 575 Franklin Ave Franklin Square NY. At approx 6:08 I ordered two hamburgers, regular fries and a crispy snack wrap at the drive in window. The order was taken by an employee I have dealt with many times, a young white female who speaks perfect English. The display showed a total of $5.41. I proceeded to the payment window, where I was served by a heavy set Hispanic woman wearing a pink or reddish shirt. The other employee was also there, apparently training her. She stated to me: $6.26. I assumed the difference was due to tax, and I handed her $6.26 exact change. She started to give me change, and I stated that I gave her exact change. She then stated that the amount was $5.41. I said you told me $6.26, that is what I gave you. She then waved the receipt in my face (but never gave it to me) and said $5.41. I said you told me $6.26. She them literally threw a dollar bill at me, slammed the window shut, and walked away. The other employee did not say or do anything. When I pulled up to the second window I again saw the Hispanic woman, she turned and glared at me. I thought she might have tainted my food so I threw it away.
My family Ordered through the drive in. The order was overly priced. We were hungry, going in for the night. Almost $11 for crispy chicken meal. no coupons on the app. when we got in to unwrap the sandwich. There was no sauce, just 2 pickles thrown inside. not a ketchup in sight. Just something we shouldn't have to ask for!
Going here in the morning and afternoon is the best time to go, because the food will be more fresh. Don’t go during evening time because all the students will be their during that time and they will make your food so nasty like they had it ready since 4-5 hours ago. It tastes really bad. And one of the girl employees always handing the food always has too much attitude. She won’t say “thank you”, “you’re welcome” nothing. I always respect everyone but she has no shame, that’s why she works at McDonald’s.
McDonald's has fallen off severely especially since the pandemic. Everything that was really good at McDonald's stopped being good or existing on your menu during the pandemic. I am only interested in eating the filet of fish the grilled chicken the yogurt parfait. Of these things they only sell the fillet of fish. The fries stopped tasting good after they made it so-called healthy. I pretty much have zero reasons to eat at McDonald's and I actively discourage people from eating there. I used to drink only one drink from there 5 days a week. I found out that that drink was between 850 and 1,000 calories. When I stopped drinking that drink I lost 66 lb over a less than 6 months. McDonald's is from hell. People really need to stop eating here. If you ever taste the beef by itself it's completely disgusting. I challenge anyone to eat one of their burgers with everything on it except the meat. I promise you it will be a thousand percent increase in the quality of the flavor. McDonald's beef is completely gross and disgusting.
Worst place ever can’t even get a decent cup of coffee without them being ignorant and they split hot coffee on my hand just want the person who is in charge in that location in Franklin square a guy named Bryan is very unprofessional and did not put the lid on top of the coffee cup and spilled hot coffee outside of my car and on my hand not good and should replace him because he’s definitely not professional very sloppy .
Terrible. They get my order wrong 95% of the time. I ordered 4 meals, none of them came with fries and one of them was completely wrong. Wrong drink, wrong sandwich and no fries. Safe to say I’ll never order from here again, the employees don’t care at all. Wasted so much money here
I went there and my 3 friends and I ordered 4 meals. We get to the window pay and the extremely rude woman working there only put in ONE of our orders, told us to “take the drinks without ice or leave and don’t take any drink at all” bc they didn’t have ANY ice in the store. Then when we told her we didn’t order just one meal, her attitude got even nastier and she told us “I don’t care, you’re not adding any food at the window.” Her attitude was so disgusting we ended up taking back our money and leaving. She’s lucky my friends remained calm and kept me at bay as well or she would’ve got punched in her face. McDonald’s, stop hiring every and anybody please. Your employees will find out the hard way not to start messes with people just because they’re tired or aren’t satisfied with their job. It reflects very poorly on the company as a whole
This place was very clean and the staffs are friendly! Until the new manager and staff takes over... very slow, nasty crews and dirty every where! We ordered a lot of food but my two kids want to have water instead of juice that I ordered. The kids asked the crew and they said its $1.99 for water. Are you freaking kidding me?!? Just a cup of water!!! Ridiculous!

This McDonalds is a real mess lately. I ordered a happy meal for my daughter because she wanted the new Mario toy. However, she got the space jam toy. Totally misleading customers with false advertising. Also, they didn’t include her apple juice and bbq sauce, which i have to return for them. Avoid the place.
I go to this mcdonals very often since this is the place near where I live but I have to say how disgusting the female employees are here. They always have an attitude for no reason clearly shows how badly they hate their job regardless of that they need to learn customer service. Apparently the “manager” also doesn’t have any customer service I went over to the register in regards of an issue and she didn’t even listen to me kept walking away and getting frantic about how I should go back to the drive thru line and she can’t do nothing before she can even listen to what I had to say.

So I am in the parking lot just received my order, I come to this location every now and then, my grandfather is the fan of the fish filets , they do not usually have the best customer service which Is usually why I go to the one on Hempstead tpk but tonight the young man who was working was extremely rude! I have never witnessed an entitled employee being so nasty for no reason whatsoever, I don’t usually leave reviews and as I’m sure McDonalds won’t really make a change in this boys actions, I ordered one item and he was yelling through the speaker because I did not know what kind of sauce they had and then demanded my phone while I unlocked it for Apple Pay. Obviously I won’t return to this location but I think it is unfortunate that they allow this kind of behavior from the staff.
Disgusting !!!!!! I ordered the new chicken snack wrap . One wrap wasn’t able to eat the chicken was soooo hard and the 2nd wrap I ordered the spicy one they put the spicy sauce at the end . I thought they forgot to add the spicy sauce. All I have to say is you’re lucky I did not go back since I’m tired from work. I swear your lucky
All McDonald’s in the NYC metro area are known to have poor customer service, but this location takes the cake by far. Every single customer-facing employee here is extremely impolite, ill-mannered, rude, unfriendly, and cold. Once you walk up to the mobile pickup area, there’ll be a good four employees who will see you from their periphery, and then refuse to make eye contact with you or pay you any attention, even though your order is packed, ready to go, and just sitting there near them getting cold, instead of sitting on the pickup shelf for people to grab. The whole point of having mobile order pickup shelves is to UTILIZE the mobile order pickup shelves. It’s clear that the manager at this location doesn’t introduce the concept of customer service to any of the new hires here. Seems like they’re all trained to be as unfriendly and unhelpful as possible. Don’t expect a greeting, a “you’re welcome”, any eye contact, or even half a smile. Just a bunch of snobby, antisocial, miserable teens who have no idea what a proper interaction with another human, especially a customer, should look like.
I experienced the worst customer service experience ever, by a manager named Erica. During our interaction, I experienced a high level of unprofessionalism, including rude behavior and yelling. Her attitude is absolutely unacceptable. I believe such conduct is not conducive to a healthy work environment.
My order was incorrect after explaining it two times. Got charged for something I didn’t receive. I work a 12 hr shift and cannot go back to resolve the issue. They even put butter for the pancakes knowing there was none in the tray to begin with. Next time I will be checking my order before leaving.
Had 2 mcchicken's and there was more lettuce in the wrapping then on the sandwich and one of my mcchicken's looked like it was half wrapped and thrown in the bag because when I opened the bag i felt the mcchicken and thought that they just threw it in there and noticed it was open and not wrapped up. 05/20/22 1:20am Usually the drive through does a good job but sometimes they do things like this where I opened up my Big Mac not looking like a Big Mac, carelessly made and incorrect.
