I’ve been a customer of Fadi’s since 2012 when they were located on Preston Rd in Dallas. When they moved, I was heartbroken. Howevet, years later when I moved to Frisco and found them located in the Burlington shopping plaza, I was thrilled. The food was just as good as ever,, and probably even better. There is such a huge focus on customer service and consistency at Fadi’s. It’s like a warm hug each time I visit. The smiles and hello’s and “Welcome to Fadi’s!” remind me that I’m in place that values me - and that’s one of the biggest reasons I keep returning. Of course, the food is high quality, healthy, and delicious, too! But let me tell you about the GM Wail - he’s REALLY the reason I keep coming! He consistently provides 10/10 customer service to everyone who walks in. He makes everyone feel special. I’m grateful for that kind of service. The whole team does a great job, but Wail leads the experience with genuine warm, kindness, and appreciation. Fadi’s isn’t just a place to eat - it’s part of my life. I can’t say that about any other restaurant anywhere. ❤️

I came in for the second time today and was just as impressed as my first visit last month. Wail, the GM, is one of the most genuine and hospitable people I have ever met. He walked us through all the different options they offer to make sure we got the food we wanted most. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and how much people love his food. My husband and I shared one of the bigger plates and everything was delicious! The red pepper hummus was incredible and we loved the generous about of vegetables that came with our chicken and steak kebabs. We tried the potatoes and cauliflower as well as 2 of the baklavas for dessert, all of which were delicious. We felt so welcomed by Wail. He checked on us and the other diners throughout our dining experience just to make sure everyone was happy. We love this place and we truly can’t wait to go back!

We discovered this restaurant 3 years ago and were blown away on how good the food and service was. The GM, Wail, welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. We have returned every year when we are in town during our annual christmas shopping weekend. Wail, the GM, goes over and above to make you feel welcome and feel like you are a part of his family. The food is amazing and has the best mediterrain food in north texas. We will continue to come to Fadis in Frisco as often as we come in town. We highly recommend this restaurant. I had one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had at this Mediterranean restaurant. The food was delicious, but what truly made the night unforgettable was the outstanding service from Wail, the General Manager. He welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness from the moment we walked in. When we mentioned that our sister had recently passed away, he immediately showed compassion and understanding. His hospitality felt sincere—like he was welcoming us into his own home. It’s rare to find someone who not only runs a restaurant well, but also connects with guests on such a personal level. He invited us to come back and see him again, and we absolutely will. Highly recommend this place for both the amazing food and the exceptional service.

I had such a wonderful experience at Fadi’s in Frisco tonight, and it truly started with Rashmita. She greeted us with the warmest, most welcoming smile — exactly what you want after a long day — and her knowledge of the menu and patience were outstanding. Every question, every recommendation, she handled with calm confidence. And the food? Everything was delicious. The baba ghanouj, the cauliflower, the eggplant, the fish, the spinach, the lamb — every single dish was absolutely spot-on. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and felt like a little oasis at the end of a busy evening. A special shoutout to the whole team tonight — Naven, Zack, and of course Rashmita. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. They’re a huge asset to Fadi’s, especially for all the hungry holiday shoppers wandering in at 9:00pm hoping for a great meal and a friendly face. I’ll absolutely be recommending this restaurant, and I’ll definitely be back — especially to see Rashmita again.

I return to this location often due to its fresh and delicious food and friendly staff. I’m always greeted with a “Welcome to Fadis” and a smiling face when I walk in the door. Wail, the general manager, is always friendly and helpful and his customer service is refreshingly positive as compared to most other businesses these days. The food is predictably fresh, wholesome, and delicious, and the restaurant is always clean and tidy. I love to take my kids there because I know they are eating food that is freshly cooked and is healthy for them. I have eaten at many places in the Plano and Frisco area in the last 20 years, from very expensive to fast food. For the money and the quality of food you get here, I place this restaurant near the top of the list for a weekly meal. It’s delicious and nutritious and the options are huge. I love this place!!

I stopped one of my favorite eateries for lunch, Fadi's in Frisco! I hadn't been in a longtime because I don't live nearby any longer. It was as delicious as I remember. Generous portions and a great value. If you've wanted to try Mediterranean food, go! The cabbage salad and freshly made pita bread are personal favs. Whatever you choose you won't be disappointed! Highly recommend!

Been here many times. But I wanted to mention their recent service. Loved it more than my previous visits. Their portion sizes are more generous. I’ll try and visit more often. Felt their quality and service was super nice than my previous visits. Hope they keep serving generous portions in the future as well. The workers were very warm and welcoming. As a vegetarian, sometimes I feel it’s hard to get the bang for you buck but definitely feel like I did here at Fadi’s! It was me and my family/ first time and the GM, Wail, showed our family all of our options and how it worked. Customer service was great, as was the food and the price. We will definitely be back!

Wail the GM is a super nice guy who values his customers more than anything. He gave my table a discount and brought us a free dessert sample because we are frequent customers. He checked in with us often during our meal, which made the atmosphere warm and friendly. The portion sizes are great for sharing and there are a lot of different flavors to satisfy everyone!

We have been loyal clients for over 25 years, and today was our worst experience. The food was well below expected standards. We requested a remake of our meat plate, as the original was merely reheated and previously cooked. We trust that Fadi upholds high standards and ensures customer satisfaction. The place was notably quiet on a Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, with only a few other customers present. We are curious about how they plan to handle such a large amount of leftover food, especially since they close at 10:00 PM Can someone provide clarity on this matter, before it gets reported to authorities on Monday

Terrible food. I ordered the chicken adana wrap, but the meat was just chunks of chicken breast with no discernable seasonings or flavor. In fact the only flavors in the entire wrap came from the pickles and the garlic sauce (which had very little garlic, mostly tasted like mayo). The hummus wasn't great, a bit too bitter for my taste but I know some places make it like that so it didn't bother me. The worst part was the MOLD on the bread. It was a small spot, green and fuzzy. I found it on my second piece, so hopefully I didn't eat any on the first piece without realizing. The baklava was also not very good, the top layer of pastry was completely dry, as were the chunks of walnut inside (which were way too big); the only syrup in the baklava was on the bottom layer, seemed like it was made dry and then placed in a pan that had syrup on the bottom. The best part of the meal was the salad (which was just a few leaves of romaine, one halved cherry tomato, and some feta with a basic vinaigrette) and that's pretty sad. Each of these issues individually wouldn't completely put me off from giving them a second chance, but taken all together is just unacceptable. I won't be back, there's much better options in the area.

My family and I used to eat here constantly. Fresh, variety of food, good service. I went there today and this is my last trip. Increased price for what they offer. I ordered the top menu choice. No eggplant, no cauliflowers options anymore. Very limited. No lemonade anymore, just sodas. The basket for the bread had the papers greasy as if already used before. I ordered One beef and one chicken kebabs, but they gave me de the lamb and beef. The gave me later the chicken as I complained so I tasted all 3 to leave them all on the table could not be eaten, dry, super salty, no flavor at all. Food was not even hot, meat disgusting. This restaurant used to be packed at lunch time, not any more. I do not usually write negative reviews always giving the benefit of the doubt, but this one I could not hold as it was a very bad experience and I left the food on the table. Refer to photos

Maybe ok for meat but for vegetarian, there are many good restaurants in the area. Stay clear of this one. This is a photo of a veggie wrap. Smells disgusting and I don’t really see any fresh veggies or salad in there.
