This is my go to location in Moreno Valley. The food is fresh and hot and they have no problems giving me the 3pcs combo all thighs. The staff have always been friendly. They Mac and cheese is my daughters favorite.

I was at the bank 10am and I could smell the fresh chicken. That was really good. Automatic 5 stars

This was the first drive thru I've been through that my full order was taken by AI. It was very different but we were unexpectedly impressed! The AI that took our order understood everything that we ordered, including the coupon that we were using. There was no mistake in our order. I definitely need to mention that this specific location made the chicken 💯. It was so delicious and it was cooked perfectly 👌!!! I'll definitely recommend and will be visiting this Popeyes again, for sure!

I've been having pharyngitis and thought I'd try the soft food here. Oh my lord, I don't know if I got lucky or what, but the mac and cheese is super soft and cheesy. Mashed potatoes were so smooth, smoother than I've had in a while. I don't know what they do, but it's good. If you ever have a sore throat or something, maybe buy a tray of these items. Wow.

Clean space but low customer service. Food quality and portions could be improved. Ordered dine in and it was given in a bag to go. The food was dry, and small portion for $10. Employees don't tend to or acknowledge customers. Usually took about 3-4 minutes for new customers to be acknowledged.

I just got the new five nights at Freddy’s deal I was I’m extremely disappointed now. I got off work and ordered it from the app. Went to go pick it up. The guy at the drive-through just straight up. Ignored me when I said hi didn’t say a word close the door didn’t even give me the five nights at Freddy’s cup and ignored me when I asked for the cup instead of the regular one, even though I could see both cups right there. They also barely gave me any of the cheese bite things. I ordered the deluxe version and got the box for the regular version as well. Don’t waste your money here

I walked and placed my order with this young dude everything was going good. I sat down was waiting patiently. This couple came in placed their order on the self-serve monitor. They sat down maybe 5 minutes. I was already in there for 15+ minutes. They received their order I walk up to the guy that gave them their order, told him I hadn’t received my order yet and I was there way before the couple. He went asks the dude that took my order about the order. The dude that took my order came and said “oh I’m working on the chicken sandwich”, so I told him, “so my order isn’t ready?” He then said “I am going to go check.” Went to the back and some lady in the back said “Didn’t you just gave her the order she asked for buffalo sauce.” Looking straight at me. Instead of the little guy owning up to his mistake that he places the order as a drive-thru customer when I was a walk-in customer and my order probably was given to someone else, He stood there and let them basically call me a liar as if I already received my order and wanted freebies. Then once home realized they only gave me 5 strips instead of 6. The chicken sandwich was trash🗑️. Conclusion, Avoid this location. They need to work on their customer service.

I've never had problems with this location before, but today was the worst experience I've ever had any where. First the person at the counter that took my order said she had to give my debit card to the the drive through window employee because she didn't have access to the register on the counter. Then she forgot to give back my card. Which I had to ask for, as she turned her back putting together my order. Second I ordered a 4 piece classic, but what I got was a 4 piece spicy. I'm allergic to Tabasco sauce so I recognized the taste soon as I bit into it. Luckily I spit it out. Perhaps I'm Lucky that Popeyes doesn't use the exact ingredients as Tobasco, in any case I was upset, and returned the meal to the counter.

I got home with my food and was excited, especially that biscuit...only to find out they didnt add it into my bag. What a guy gotta do to get the order accurate? It was only a 3 piece, biscuit and drink. Also extremely freezing. Good for california summers but idk about February nights.

We ordered from the drive-through debated on what sides to get we finalized on fries and mashed potatoes with the kids. Unfortunately, there was an error and the order was put in with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. I didn’t catch it. We got our order. We got home and saw that we didn’t get fries. With having two little kids, I rushed back to explain the situation and see if they can get me the fries that we initially wanted. After driving 10 minutes back to Popeyes they wouldn’t make it right and give me some fries unless I were to go back another 10 minutes to the house pick up the coleslaw , then drive 10 minutes back and hand them the coleslaw that they gave. I’m sure they can’t serve it to another customer and would have to throw out. I understand there’s policy, but being in the fast food service industry you throw away tons of food per day. An order of fries to keep a couple of toddlers happy and a father’s stress level down wouldn’t get anyone fired, its service. We don’t pick up fast food expecting fine dining service but just decent service and logic would be nice. Johnny, S and Sauvaughn, Aced the test for knowing Popeyes policy which was quoted several times but dropped the ball and failed on basic Customer Service.

The gentleman at the front desk told me I couldn't order food from their counter. I understand you may have updated your services. But updated services are meant to better assist people, not to be like this, refusing customers' orders and not even having time to listen to them.

Unfortunately, my chix sandwich was not cooked to an acceptable temperature. Bacterial growth in food is no good. This one had to go into the trash. Be careful everyone with food safety. Reading through some of the other reviews, it's obvious that this location needs some help from corporate. Try to have some pride guys. I guess I'm going back to KFC.

They DONT EVEN TRY! I asked for three different flavors on my boneless wings, yet when they got here, none of the 18 wings I had ordered had any sauces or rubs on them! It was all plain chicken AND had bone!!! If it was free, I wouldn’t have complained, but I paid $20-$30 for this family sized meal. Y’all get one measly star and nothing more.
