Wingstop Georgetown Reviews
Always have loved this place! Great service and food! Amazing vibe and soul! Thank yall!
Came in this location around 6:35 pm I got the Boneless Meal Deal for two. Cajun and Lemon pepper 2 ranch with fries. I will say this was ABSOLUTELY delicious! Probably my best experience as well. The food was hot, seasoned well and crispy to perfection. Staff was incredible! I was assisted by a nice young gentleman and a lady (who was very sweet to my youngest two. They claimed she was very kind to them. Which I appreciate more than anything. <3) the two were very polite, helped guide me with what I wanted to order and fast with getting my order to us. Which I couldn’t be more grateful for considering we were hungry! Lol I highly recommend this location This will be my go to wing spot for sure: Thank you again.
I’ve not eaten here, but as a doordasher, this place was CLEAN. It was awesome. Most other wing stops are fords and dirty.
Got 15 of the lemon pepper and it didn't disappoint. Team was courteous and wings and fries were excellent.
This is one of my favorite resturants! Has fast and excellent service. Cadge was very kind and even gave me recommendations. Place is clean and food is fresh. 10/10 would recommend!
July 2025: Second time eating at Wing Stop. Today was national wings day - five free with your order. We had Classic Hot, Hot Honey and Cajun, plus fries and veggies. These are the best wings in Georgetown. Some were as big as small chicken legs. They were cooked perfectly. I like how the dry chicken wings have some liquid in the bottom of the box plate. I don't know if this is chicken drippings mixed with the dry rub, but it was a great feature. Everything tasted great. They food is cooked to order. The place was packed. We will be back, again. March 2025: First time eating here although its been here for years. The wings are very good. They were cooked to order, very temperature hot with great seasonings - Hawaiian, BBQ and garlic parmesan. The drinks were good. The French fries were a bit dark (see picture on the wall of shop). But we enjoyed it very much. Seating is limited. Will be back.
Man, I wish I got their names, but whoever the crew was that worked the night I post this, were on point. Lots of orders they had at once. I knew people were frustrated, and you could also sense it in their voice with how long it was taking, but the workers kept their composure, reassured the people waiting, and kept focused. I get it. it's a Friday, and places get busy. It's how the business is. But still, food was fresh, didn't take as long as I thought it would, and the man who bagged and gave us out order gave us 2 free ranches for the troubles. Outstanding job, guys. Appreciate the work yall put in.
On January 10, 2024, at approximately 8 PM, I placed an order online. The app estimated the order would be ready in about an hour. I decided to arrive at the store early, only to find it extremely crowded, with limited standing space. The employees were managing orders through multiple channels—phone, in-person, and delivery platforms like DoorDash—while customers waited patiently for the most part. The manager, despite being under immense pressure, demonstrated exceptional leadership and composure. Around an hour and fifteen minutes after my arrival, he finally had a moment to catch his breath. He explained that the Leander location had redirected all their phone orders to this store, which significantly increased the workload. To manage the situation, he adjusted the system’s wait times to one hour. I took a moment to reassure him that he was doing a fantastic job under the circumstances. He also mentioned that his general manager had directed him to reduce the wait times, a decision that would likely have led to more canceled orders. As it was, I didn’t receive my food until approximately 9:30 PM. I want to commend the staff and the manager for their outstanding efforts during such a challenging situation. Despite the chaos, they handled the high volume of orders with professionalism, determination, and remarkable teamwork. To the general manager: it is essential to recognize and support a great team when they are navigating difficult circumstances. If reducing wait times was truly a priority, you should have stepped in to provide assistance—especially knowing that another store had shifted their workload. Leadership requires action, not just directives. Your team deserves better support. If I were rating this experience based solely on your actions, it would be a one-star review. However, because of YOUR TEAM’S incredible efforts, they’ve earned a well-deserved five stars.
Great wings, fantastic fries, good costumer service. Can't wait to go back!!
Wings were okay but a little over cooked. Flavoring was good, blue cheese was watered down. Order was timely.
We had a good experience at this location. The friendly staff gave us our order on time, everything was correct and they did not forget anything in our order-and that's always a big plus in my book, and everything was cooked well. The only complaint was the Louisiana Voodoo Fries were heavily over spiced. They weren't enjoyable because of the excessive seasoning. Other than that, they offered great customer service, prompt service of our order, and perfectly cooked wings- boneless and flats. The wings were fantastic! It's worth a stop!
Was okay, seemed busy and order wasn't ready at the given time placed. food came out good, maybe employees can be a little bit more enthusiastic or smile a little bit more.
I know it’s just fast food, but this Wingstop used to be really good. A few months ago, it was so consistent and tasty that my family and I ordered it four times in one week. Everything came out exactly as ordered. Lately though, it’s been disappointing. The food has been soggy, not fully cooked—even when I specifically ask for extra crispy. I’ve even tried ordering through Uber Eats, and it was still bad. I hate leaving reviews like this because I get it—maybe the employees are burnt out or overwhelmed. I just hope things turn around soon so we can all go back to enjoying the Wingstop flavor we used to love.
I went today and got my favorite meal of course but they totally forgot the fries for me and my friends order and we asked and they just didn’t answer and continued on with whatever overall food from this location was good but service could be better and how they speak to eachother also ended up getting super sick after eating the ranch which is not good but has never happened my ranch was chucky .
Not sure what happened but the last 4 times we went there. The fries doesn’t have the seasoning we asked for and sometimes doesn’t have anythinf on at all when we asked for extra seasoning
Everything here is mediocre which is unfortunate because I love Wingstop I am forced to come to this place because the is the only one in Georgetown. Wings are hit or miss. When they hit they are great and when they miss they are awful. Same goes with customer service. This people always has average to below average customer service no matter how many new people get hired here. Management need to figure it out. Hopefully they build another one near the new HEB on Ronald Reagan and Williams.
Placed my delivery order over two hours in advance. 30 minutes past the time it was supposed to be delivered, I get a notice that my order was canceled because the store decided to "turn off deliveries".I guess my guests can eat pb&j sandwiches. Lost my business.
Absolutely awful. Ordered boneless wings, when I got to the store they could not find my order (I ordered online) I showed them my online receipt, they still can't find it, manager tells the cashier to reprint my order. I get the order, drive home only to realize the order is wrong. Call store, speak with manager, he says they'll remake it. I get to the store, bring back the wrong order, he tells me to keep it, I get in the car check the new order and it's WRONG. They gave me the EXACT wrong order so now I have two wrong orders. The manager says he'll fix it. He calls me up to the counter hands me a bag of ALL tenders and asks me if that's okay, he said he didn't want me to have to wait. I said no! I wanted what I ordered!! An hour and a half later I have an order that's 95 percent right but I'm not going back in. I will NEVER go back to that location. Absolutely awful.
Don’t order delivery from this location. They will forget to put all your food in the bag and tell you all they can do is remake it and have you come to pick it up. They did not offer to refund the delivery fee either for this. If I order delivery it’s because I can’t come to the restaurant, having to drive there due to their mistake is unacceptable.
The food was very good, the only bad thing was the cashier named Kaylee; she's a very annoying girl and treats people badly. They should train her better.
Don’t order right now lol they won’t have it ready until an hour. Don’t know if it’s a website problem or orders but everyone else got their order & I had to wait 50mins for mine. Including this other guy that waited 50mins & then when asked they said in an hour they were going to get done making it.
I never write poor reviews unless it’s absolutely deserved (feel free to check my review history). That said, I waited 51 minutes for an order that hadn’t even been started because of a supposed “glitch” in their system. No one communicated the issue until I asked, and even then, there was no urgency, apology, or real attempt to make it right. If I hadn’t said anything, I’m convinced I’d still be sitting there waiting. A complete lack of organization and accountability. Guarantee I never go back to a wing stop in my entire life. This also made the woman I was with tear up because she "really wanted wings". Shame.
