The best Subway I've ever been to! Fantastic sandwiches, clean establishment, clean bathrooms! You do have to purchase something to use their bathrooms!
The two ladies on duty this evening (around 7:30 pm) are superb! This location is fortunate to have employees who care about the company where they are employed. I was greeted upon arriving. While a couple was being waited on, a minute after arriving, one of the ladies assured me I would be helped in just a moment. She asked precise questions about my sandwich and made it beautifully and perfect (some sandwich artist are so messy and uncaring). The other lady at the register was very friendly and welcoming, as well. They seem to work great as a team. I eat Subway three to four times per week. I pass through Giddings often and have found this Subway to be the cleanest with the freshest food. The employees are usually friendly and mindful of their preperations however these two ladies really stand out!
Makaila was above and beyond in customer service and efficiency! She needs serious acknowledgement to her efforts highly recommend this location
I love this Subway because it’s in the perfect spot when I’m headed into Brenham. With so many fast-food choices in Giddings, this location feels like a healthier option that I can count on every time. The staff is always extremely welcoming and kind, and they make consistently great sandwiches. The convenience, freshness, and friendly service keep me coming back!
I really enjoy eating here when I'm working in the Giddings area. I always receive a satisfying meal that doesn't make me feel bloated like most fast food typically does. Friendly staff and great service!
Properly staffed. The toasted sandwiches are served so they are still warm! HUGE inside with lots of seating. Staff is friendly.

Normally wouldn’t review a “fast food” spot but this subway location was the most efficient I’ve been to in a long time. The crew of girls worked great together and they even had them pushing upsells on the subs lol hopefully they get paid well for that

Something will be wrong 100% of the time you order online. You gotta watch these people close and give instruction for each ingredient like they stack your tomatoes in one place or give you like 3 leaves of spinach. Keep driving...
I’ve been coming in here for the past 7 months off and on because of working in this area every time I come in here they’re always out of something mainly on fountain drinks. I mean heck you open at 8am you would think get prepared for the lunch crowd and be ready. And you would think with Subways closing that you would step your game up and be more proactive.
Worst pizza ever!!!, almost no cheese too..

Employees locking doors 15 minutes before close 2 high school age kids, female acts like she hates her life and anyone in front of her, looks at clock 1000 times and glances back at you as if you don’t know that it’s 8:30 when you walked in for your online order. Yes very aware of time. Also know how easy it is to close a Subway. Try working fine dining where you have tables walking in 10 minutes before closing for full service bar and dinner bet you’d never roll your eyes at people walking in for a sandwich 20-30 minutes before you close again.
Ordered online, got a call they were out of meatballs. I get it , it was almost closing no big deal. I let them know on the no bread bowl I would like grilled chicken, and the sandwich roast beef. The girl on the phone had a tone but whatever , again I get it I ordered near closing time. They swapped the meats , and I dont like cold cut roast beef, and my kids already ate the sandwich. I called to let them know so maybe I could get the correct thing tomorrrow. I thought there was no meat in my bowl. When I called the girl had the nastiest attitude and was like nope you ordered it reversed and I said no I didn’t and she goes well it’s on the bottom. I normally let things go but this was just a little too much for me. Just beware maybe check your orders before you take it all the way home.
Ordered a footlong on wheat, instead got Italian didn't know it until I got home.
If I could give 0 stars I would have I did a online order just to get to the store and they claim they never received a order. I showed the employee my order number and my bank receipt where the money was taken out of my account and was told there's nothing they can do I ask to speak with a Manager and was told there was no Manager there and again there is nothing they can do. The employee then put a sign up saying internet down cash only and did nothing to help me. Now I'm out of 31 dollars and no dinner 😒. I have also filed a complaint with Subway . Online obviously since Noone would answer the phone...
I'd like to throw a special shout out to this Subway. Thank you for intentionally trying to subject me to food poisoning. I could smell the ammonia from expired black olives the second I opened the sandwich wrap and attempted to eat this sandwich. I had to scrape all the expired ingredients off the sandwich as quickly as possible to even be able to stand the ammonia stench coming off of it. I used to be a regular customer but will not be anymore. All produce on this sandwich has long expired. Thanks for intentionally jeopardizing my health. Greatly appreciated.
HARD PASS What used to be a cheap alternative to fast food, stopped doing so years ago and now? Now the owner of this location bumped prices across the board approx. 20% as of this last Friday and prices are close to if not on par with most standard sit down restaurants.
