I actually got a nacho cheese cup that was dumped all over the bag. I came in and asked for a new cup of cheese, and the front counter person tried to ask if I wanted my whole meal replaced. She took my burritos, re-grilled the ones that were grilled for a couple seconds, and re-wrapped my food. Everything was delicious as always, and what great customer service
I previously left a 1 star review due to bad service, but after a few years we gave it another shot and it's WAY better. Both service and food wise. So I'm giving it 5 stars in 2025 :)

I have eaten at many a Tacobell. From Buffalo, New York to Albany NY. Small town, NH to Ft. Lauderdale Florida - I have consumed tacos and Mexicanish food from Tacbell establishments. I must declare my sincerest admiration to the staff and food from the Tacobell in Glenmont. 1. The man running the window was fast, efficient, and welcoming. He listened to our order carefully and stood on business. 2. Our order was exactly correct. We had a few substitutions (no sour cream for my items - sour cream is for the devil) and everything came as expected. I also noticed the window gentleman ask the staff, “is everything in there?” whilst looking into our bag to confirm that our order was complete and ready to be served. Let me tell you, as someone who has had a botched order from EVERY OTHER Tacobell I’ve ever eaten at, this filled my heart with joy and gave me a rush of endorphins. Knowing a stranger cared about the quality and correctness of my order in 2024 made me feel like the one true king. - the food was good and served its purpose. It’s Tacobell, it’s no fancy dinner like Olive Garden ;) 10/10 would come again. 10/10 would recommend anyone in the capital region looking for an affordable, reliable, great night out on the town.
Sat a front counter over 5 minutes had to holler in the back is there anyone to help us at the counter. The guy could barely speak English points to kiosk. I said no and walked out went to wendys.not everyone uses credit card at kiosk no service walked out
Fast and efficient service. Can’t say that for most Taco Bell’s but this place was clean and had the order out ready to go.

I wish they would bring back breakfast options. Using the app to order ahead allows me to save a considerable amount of time during busy mornings. Additionally, the perks offered within the app gradually increase in value, making the overall experience more rewarding.
Compared to all the other Albany locations… this one is very good. I’ve had 90% perfect orders from here, especially burritos. Also it being like 5 min from me helps a lot too lol

First, I want to say say service was fantastic and and food was fresh. The service was amazing. But, I also have to say, I came in at about 11pm for a fairly large order. The 2 employees that were working were scrambling to get orders done (this is a busy area with a lot of traffic just outside the city). The drive through was fairly busy and people were pulled aside. These 2 employees deserve recognition for how kind and friendly they were given the amount they had to do to run a busy restaurant. I will definitely be back, but the management needs to get more help for these two. That's just not fair leaving them alone to care for dozens of orders while expecting to maintain efficiency. Again, service was fantastic and food was a fresh, but get these hard working people some help.
Did a drive through, and the food was great. The service was quite slow, although to be fair, it was the holiday season visiting. I think they should offer a higher pay incentive to employees so more feel eager to work for higher pay, as I do believe that taco bell is good at giving employees decent pay, and if anything, can advise this fact to generate more revenue.
Service has been a lot better lately. I feel bad pigging out and ordering 4-6 items, but the staff are efficient compared to other fast food joints. I order through the app and they notice the slight modifications I add to the order, which I greatly appreciate. Also, the new cravings menu is a good bang for your buck.
Had a wonderful encounter with Kahiem and the rest of the staff by far the best Taco Bell in the capital District, food was excellent as well, prepared with courtesy. Update must be new employees now I have been waiting for my food for 25 minutes while they smile at each other and look at me I’m pretty sure they thought I was delivering food. It’s sad how fast a business can be ruined by no good employees
Went tonight to grab dinner for the drive ins. Our cashier Mark E was friendly, efficient and funny. We had a large order and they did not make us feel bad like other fast food places can, and our food was fresh and hot. Employees like Mark are rare in the world.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to, and it’s all thanks to the incredible management of Keem! He’s always efficient, friendly, and runs the store with a smile. The employees are welcoming, the restaurant is clean, and the service is fast. I often place special orders with vegetarian substitutions, and they always get it right—no mistakes, no hassle. It’s rare to find a fast-food place that’s this consistent, and it’s the only Taco Bell I go to because of Keem’s impeccable management skills. Highly recommend!
Every time I go here there is always a gentleman at the drive thru window with excellent communication skills! I didn’t catch his name but gives a good impression for the face of the company! Well done 👍 Always catch him after 5pm M-F if that helps
Was missing sour cream on supreme tacos and all I did was ask for a side to slop on the tacos they made me, but the employee (manager?) had two new tacos made (very quickly) with sour cream and a side of sour cream for free, and also gave me two coupons. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and the staff at this taco bell! I go often, and will continue to go at least once a week. Thanks Glenmont Taco Bell! It'll be tacos for lunch, dinner & maybe breakfast for me this weekend!
Been going to this Taco Bell for years. The food was always good and service is reasonably fast. It’s always super chill here and we were able to just enjoy the food whether dining in or take out.
Alora and her staff members today know how to turn a mistake into a wonderful experience. Thank you! Oh and give them raises of course.
As far as Taco Bell's go this one is pretty good, the staff is polite and the manager is effervescent and present.
The worker at the register today was a total gem, gave us some complimentary cinnamon twists and drinks with our order! Absolutely appreciated and glad we ended up stopping there today bc of them
It has been a long time, couple years probably, since I have been to this particular Taco Bell do to problems but I was in a rush so figured I’d give it a go. Very surprised at how good the food was. Now granted I only got 2 items, the stacker and double beef burrito, but both were cooked perfectly and had a lot in them. I did order with the mobile app so the only interaction I got from staff was them handing me my food. Didn’t call out my name but I guessed it was for me since I was the only one getting food. Hoping this wasn’t just a once in a while chance and do hope they continue to be better.
2023 update. Something has changed in this location. We’ve placed a few orders and the accuracy and quality of food has improved. The biggest impact is accuracy since we are vegetarians and the most common error in the past has been serving us meat when we ordered beans. Kudos on the improvement! WORST; TACO; BELL; EVER! Poor customer service. Order is never correct. The quality of food preparation is beyond bad. A waste of $$. Last ordered food from this location in August 2020. The order was 100% wrong. We ordered all veggie items and instead received meat items. After complaining and receiving no refund, we stopped eating at Taco Bell. We gave it another try (May 2021) and they did not fail to disappoint. The order was almost correct but the food was a joke. There seems to be no quality control in terms of how the food is prepared. The potato soft tacos we ordered literally had 5 tiny pieces of potato, a pinch of lettuce, a few shreds of cheese and no sauce. The other items we ordered in no way resembled the items as displayed in their menu. We picked up our on-line order at the drive-thru and were handed our bag without so much as an utterance from a disgruntled employee. It’s time to put this franchise out of its misery. It is a blemish on the Taco Bell brand.
ordered 3 soft tacos with 3 mild sauce and an Orange Juice. They got the one chicken taco right but no sauce and no Orange Juice. Should have known as the gentleman in front of me asked for his drink. CHECK FOR YOUR DRINK and SAUCE
Our second visit was very disappointing. The meal looked like it was thrown into the bag and then sat on. The burritos were all crushed and the Stacker was not as delicious as the first time.
Service is not good. Lots of workers standing around on their phones screwing up orders. Missing food, lots made wrong, it was kind of a disaster. Tables hadn't been wiped in a while. Just seemed like an untrained staff with no supervision. Not that I expect a lot from Taco Bell, but this was sub par.
I'm at the Glenmont location right now, and it's quite disturbing. Is a new staff being trained? When I entered, I wasn't greeted for a full 3 minutes. The couple in the 1st window said they had been waiting for 15 minutes for the order to be served. The one other person waiting told me he was about to give up. I did notice a ? manager who seemed to be giving instructions to workers. Very disturbing since I am a frequent diner.
I understand not wanting to wrap anything after Christmas but it’s your job to do so. It seems like there’s more food in the bag than in the wrappers. I’ve had good luck with service here In the past but someone must’ve had a bad day and took it out on my order which is unacceptable. Do Better.
I usually get a spot on order from the restaurant but tonight I opened up my Chipotle chicken burritos and when I bit in no lettuce and no crunch straps. I was disappointed. Tonight I ordered again and my custom requests were completely ignored. I double checked my receipt and it clearly showed no Chipotle sauce and add rice. Neither of which were correct. There were about 3 crunch strips and no tomatoes. I am done ordering. People need to read the ticket.
Pretty bad... when you come here it's always a long line in the drive thru. It's because it takes forever to get your food. The food is put together really sloppy, and on 3 occasions I had hair in my food. The managers are pretty good to rectify the situation, but in my opinion they should make sure there isn't a problem at all. It seems the workers just don't want to be there. So I'm not gonna come back to this one.

I paid for a side of jalapeño sauce, didn’t get it, and then found out it was inside the item I added it on (for $0.55) but I had to pay $0.20 for a side. Weird price difference and there definitely wasn’t any sauce in my Crunchwrap. My quesadilla was also very undercooked as well, so I asked for a new one and the guy seemed annoyed about me asking. Fast food at its finest.
Previously have had no issues with this taco Bell; however this time it took 5-10 minutes just to be acknowledged and have my order taken because the staff was busy arguing with each other, then another 10 minutes to get TWO items, one of which was made wrong and took another 5 minutes to fix. In the meanwhile, someone walked into the store from the drive thru to see why their order was taking so long, and decided to cancel the order. Then the drive thru employee started handing out some free vouchers for the delay.
Fresh food with fast and friendly service! Update! Today's visit was horrible. Walked in, got in line and the cashier walks away so I wait. She turns around after 4 minutes and asks if I'm waiting to order. Reminder, she did see me walk in.😠. I place an order and are given cups. The drink area is disgusting. I start to get the Baja blast mountain dew and it runs clear. I go to let the employees know the area is gross when I am then informed they are out of Baja blast, Pepsi, pink lemonade and 2 others. I asked her why she didn't inform me about this when I ordered. What does she do you ask. She shrugs her shoulders and tells me their truck comes tonight. Alot of good that's going to do me. After all this frustration I have to wait 13 minutes to get my small order. Not cool Taco Bell. Not cool🤨
Thirty minutes just to get food is unacceptable! This taco bell have been going down hill for a while and this is suppose to be fast food? I don't know whose managing this place but everyone needs to be replaced around here, either food is undercooked, burnt, or not prepared on time! I would never eat at this location again after today! No one should bother especially if they're trying to grab something quick!
Paid $4 for a soda, they filled the cup chock full of ice, with like a drop of soda. I get it, I need to drink more water, but, geez.

now 2 years later & still have never!!! Goten a correct order from there. Always forget something or almost what I want!!! Went again today & told myself like every time it will be my last if they get it wrong & they were so close if only they didn't leave off the MEAT!!!!!!!! OF EVERY TOCO!!! JUST CHEESE, BEANS , SOUR CREAM & TOMATOES. & ITS ALWAYS LIKE THAT!!! You order what you want they give you what they have made that is as close as they have without having to make what you want. I paid for 4 supreme tacos with beans added lol but I looked this time to make sure it was all there cuz I was going to call them out I have wasted so much paying for food I haven't gotten. & saw the nacho frys check 4 delights check & saw 4 tacos check & was shocked!!! My order was right!!! But guess because I didn't open my food up right there & pick threw it to make sure meat was there it's my lose
I don’t expect a five star restaurant experience here but being treated in even a friendly manner would have been nice. Instead the guy taking the order came across as bothered and when I pulled around he said nothing. Literally nothing even when I tried to say please and thank you. He just nodded. Oh, and when I got home, half the order was wrong and some items that were ordered were just not there.
One of the worst places to eat disgusting and nasty I went threw the drive thru I ordered 2 chipotle chicken wrap I get to the window I see my food in the toaster she tries to pick it up to wrap it it fall on the floor worker picked it up acted like she’s making me a new one and she toast it again the same one that dropped on the floor and she hands it I opened both up one was open and had punch stuff on it the second was normal I pull up I see one of the workers outside he said he’s one of the managers so I show him both of my wraps and tells him I seened what happened he tells me to get out we walk inside.their talking about you want us to make you a new one it’s not that it’s the principal why would you guys serve something dirty and all the workers gathered like they wanna fight so I left the food and left. the manager comes outside he’s talking to me and the workers called him to not worry about it and don’t talk to me and that’s what he did. Disgusting Food and customer service
This place always takes really long to get my order but it’s the only Taco Bell around. For some reason they have it as hot as hell inside the place. One time I waited over a 1/2 hr for my food. I fill out the survey on the receipt every time. What a dump. Huge turn over also. Never see the same person twice.
I ordered about 14 items and customized them. I was soooo disappointed when I came to know they literally did not follow any of my pickings. On top I’m vegan and they literally threw cheese in my burrito without even warming it. I don’t know who made my order but omg, they really had no heart in making their customers happy. Average taco bell. Nothing to complain about. Update July 2019: wow! Service and food prep has gone wayyyy down. I never do the surveys on the back of the receipt but this time I had to. Food was prepared sloppy and wrong. The girl at the window apparently was a mute as she did not utter a single word. Even when I handed her money, recieved change and said thank you. She didnt even ask if we needed sauce or napkins. Then proceeded to hand me a bag of food on top of a box which almost spilled all over. Honestly, it was a ridiculous visit..poor service all around. Pretty sad!
This was the worst food I have ever had in 30 years from any Taco Bell. The chips and tacos were stale. The meat was so greasy and cold it was inedible and instantly felt nauseated. $18.01 was the total which I rounded up for charity. This location is deplorable. The food has only been good once. Whoever runs this should be embarrassed.
Zero out of Five Stars!!! This is the first and last time we order Taco Bell. My fiancée and I ordered online and when we got to the Glenmont location to pick it up, the drive-thru line was empty, the restaurant was empty (expect for a couple workers on the food line), and our order was the only one in the queue -- good sign, right? Not so fast.... Literally half of the order was correct. I ordered two chalupas but instead got two Doritos tacos; I also ordered a taco pizza with meat and instead got the veggie only version. It was too late, and we were too hungry to drive all the way back and wait for the workers to maybe get it right this time. So, I begrudgingly ate the food because I really had no other choice. And as a further slap in the face, everything was cold. Now, I remember why I haven't eaten at any Taco Bell in over ten years. We will never order food from this location again, and probably never from this company again. Had I read this establishment's reviews before we ordered, we would have gone elsewhere. I urge anyone considering Glenmont Taco Bell to reconsider and go virtually anywhere else. Unless you're into paying for food that will undoubtedly be the wrong order and come to you cold, then this is the spot for you.
By far without a doubt the worst run Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The place is closed hours before they’re supposed to almost every night, the order is only right half the time AND if you ask for something supreme, they just give you the regular one instead of supreme. The other night I went and they immediately said they’ll only accept exact change and they had no chicken or steak what so ever. Tonight I go, they’re closed at 1045. The kids that run the drive through are incredibly rude and unprofessional. This place clearly needs to fire everybody INCLUDING the managers and start over from scratch. Been in the restaurant industry for years and seen a lot of things but this place must be avoided at all costs until they get a competent general manager in there.
They closed 15 minutes early, I had driven 15 minutes to this Taco Bell and they decided because they already started cleaning they would not take my order. Unfortunate.
I have eaten there many times and the service is just horrible. You have about a 50% chance of them getting your order correct. The credit card machine at the Drive through window has been broken forever so you can’t use your phone to pay. Ordered a drink tonight and they handed me two drinks and said they weren’t sure which one was the right one. Went there last week and they swiped my credit card and said it didn’t go through and then swiped it again and the next day they were two charges on my Visa card. I could go on and on…
Had to get someone's attention to order and once I did, they pointed at the kiosk. I was paying cash and didn't want to use that. They said I had to wait because they were very busy, nobody but me in the place, 2 cars in the drive thru, 2 employees handing food out the window, a couple more making food orders, nobody working the front counter.
Ordered a large order and was given a completely wrong order, spent considerably more money than what I got. People behind the counter refused to help do anything to rectify the situation. Very disappointed 👎👎👎
Went there last night around 7:20pm. No longer taking orders. About 6 cars in line. All turned away. Always out of food and money. And ask weird questions like cash or card. Does the price change with card ? Never seen a Taco Bell so poorly run.
8-12-2020 Had 3 separate orders and 2 of the 3 were wrong. Asked for hot & mild sauce for all 3 orders and received none. They were nice enough to take 3 separate orders which was nice. We travel for work and it's tough getting good food on the road. The cashier was friendly. Don't even ask for me to send you an email to discuss the problems with your store. Take yourself down there and fix the problems!
This place is now terrible. I went into the lobby and was told I had to order from the kiosk. Like what? Unless you're going to give me a discount while doing your job, take my order. I know it's a tough time for some fast food joints. But you need to pay your workers better. Then you'll be able to hire enthusiastic people.
I stopped here two separate times, September 10th at 7pm. I ordered through the app, pull up to the window and they tell me they don't have rice (we had multiple items that come with rice) we asked if it would be possible to add extra cheese since they were out of rice and she rudely said no we asked why since I'm still being charged full price for a Product that's lacking an item and another worker took over the headset and says they will do it. After we get home there was no extra cheese and the items were made with no care at all and skimped us on the meat. Terrible service. Decided to give it another try on October 9th at 715. I ordered through the app again and I had specific customizations to the orders and was charged extra for the added toppings and once I got home they were not made properly. I ended up throwing away half of the items ordered because they were made incorrectly. Was really hoping to have a better experience this time but very unfortunate. My family really enjoys taco bell. I work in the food industry, I know yall can do better than that. I wouldn't recommend coming here.
Between here and north greenbush location, they have missed an item every single time over the last 10 orders. Is it so hard to count to 6 or 7 these days?
So I know this isn’t a 5 star restaurant however it shouldn’t be a 1 star restaurant either. We went to Taco Bell tonight to grab some dinner before We headed home from work, We spent around $42 for dinner and went home. Using the drive thru I assumed my entire order was there. Ha ha. Jokes on me. Drive 12 miles home and we are missing 3 of the 15 items we ordered. So now it’s jump back in the car for a 24 mile round trip to get the items that were not in the bag. Gas prices being what they are I probably lost money in this deal. Got back to Taco Bell and they replaced the items however it took around 15 minutes to the 3 items Needless to say this will be the last time I go to this Taco Bell on the way home from work.
I just went through drive thru at lunch. Ordered 3 soft Supreme tacos no sour cream. And when got to the window asked the lady there no sour cream correct? She assured me there was no sour cream. When I heard her tell the man making it no sour cream, cause she never punched it in the screen. I knew he had already put it on there. And she knew as well. guess what SOUR CREAM...... Seriously I have 30 mins for lunch and now have no lunch. Knowing the order was made wrong as to watched to still send it out. That's just bad service and extremely poor customer service.
This is the 3rd time this location couldn’t get my order correct. Ordered supreme and received regular tacos (it’s a big deal to me) I order through DoorDash, package was not sealed and in a paper bag instead of the box and this time I had to get in my car and drive the food back to get my tacos, which surprise they had a box this time! The staff is rude and even answered the phone when I called with “hello” I had to ask if it was Taco Bell! I’m done doordash please get a new Taco Bell option other then glenmont!
We've ordered from this taco bell maybe 15 or 16 times honestly I thought after covid maybe they'd get it together but no not really. Basically every order has food missing from it I don't think I've received a single bag from them without one or usually more items missing. Would only recommend if you're drunk or stoned out of your mind and don't care if they screw yah
An issue every time at this restaurant every time!! My kids love Taco Bell it’s close to home and yet every time there is an issue do you need a store manager at this location?? Foods just tossed together messy sloppy cut way short wait time for ever attitudes crazy today registers not working right waited forever and lady went to take order man tells us to wait cuts her off and then nothing for 25 mins in this line not tight fix it or out to BBB!!!
This Taco Bell was one of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell location. We proceeded to the drive thru window, after waiting about 15 minutes in line. We drove up to the speaker and were told that it was going to be a minute, and to examine the menu. After about 5 minutes, the woman comes back on the speaker and proceeds to take our order. After ordering 3 items, I was stopped abruptly (similar to a punch in the gut), and were demanded to limit the number of items that we ordered because they “had someone just quit on them.” The interaction was shocking and was incredibly rude. As we were traveling past the window, we could hear the cashier relaying the same information to the next person in a rude tone. We drove away now having lost our appetite following the events. I’m extremely disappointed with this interaction. If this is how they treat their customers, I can only imagine the toxic environment in the establishment. I can only speculate to some of the reasons this disgruntled employee left on the spot.
Went to the Glenmont Taco Bell around 9PM last night on my way home from work. I ordered a luxe cravings box. Upon opening the wrapper it appeared the chalupa and taco had been sitting out for quite some time. Chalupa shell was hard as a rock and the taco had become soggy and stuck to the wrapper. Against my better judgement I ate it anyway (shame on me) because I hadn’t ate a thing all day. Fast forward to 3am when symptoms of food poisoning began. Had to call into work, and have been having all the symptoms of food poisoning throughout the day. Taco Bell please be careful not to pre-make food and let it sit out for hours. You aren’t doing any of your customers a favor you’re just getting them sick. I will never eat Taco Bell again.
The Lady Behind the Counter was Shouting Multiple times to use the Kiosk i told her we did we just wanted to pay as we had only cash, she ignored us shouting again use the Kiosk which then i responded a bit harshly i said i did i just want to pay! They need to pay more attention to their Customers im never setting foot at this Location ever again! Every Taco Bell stores need to train their Employees Better!
Manger highly rude. Employees ignore customers at the register my wife had to knock on the counter to get the employee by the window for the drive thru just so we could pay she was on her phone not paying attention and was rude lizmary g at 4:05p.m. Food was warm but very messy. Told us when we went to pay for are food that they was only doing exact change or card gave us no reason why at all and just kept giving us rudeness won't be back for a while so to this hope things change this location was good and better with less rudeness
employees kinda rude food usually subpar crunch wrap I got literally did not have meat on it. While my buddies did. I understand mistakes but this isn’t the first time. Finally why don’t we serve breakfast at 9 am? All your breakfast menus are up and I’ve gotten breakfast from this location before at 10:50am so the snarky “we aren’t serving breakfast” complimented with an eye roll unnecessary. This is I think the third time before 10 that I’ve been told this
Didn’t read reviews before ordering. Big Mistake! Service and atmosphere were zero. Big fat nothing. We ordered online and walked inside to pick up our order. We always check our food before leaving because it’s not uncommon for our order to be incorrect at many different locations. It was wrong, so I asked them to please correct it. I was met with much attitude and rolling of eyes. Especially from the woman who was in charge of making my burritos. She remade the burritos, but just threw them on the counter at me when they were done. We left to go to a park to eat. I had, unfortunately, not checked our sauce bag. Giant handfuls of every sauce type, but the one we asked for. Went back for the last time to ask for the sauce. No one was up front for quite a while and did not greet me when they finally appeared Same person who had to remake our order. Same bad attitude as I was told, “we’re out of hot.” Not sure if I believe it, but I do believe that I would never return to this location.
Every time I order from here, I always end up missing something I ordered via DoorDash, the chicken nugget deluxe meal. I did not receive the chicken nuggets or the fries just the drink Chalupa and the crunchy taco. So sad.
This is absolutely the last time I come to taco Bell in Glenmont. Had terrible service about a year ago, but I figured they got better and decided to give them another chance. Wrong. No one was at the counter and I saw them peeking around the corner but wouldn't come to the counter. This for ex me to use the kiosk machine. I placed my order and then sat down. I was talking to my wife and was not informed that our food and drinks were sitting on the counter, all the female employee did was put the food up and said "here you go" I did know she was talking to us so we didn't go up to the counter. When it was taken a while I went to the front and noticed food and coffee sitting there and I asked with this was my food and she said yes. I said what's the point of putting a name on the order if your not going to call it out. Got the response. Then my coffee was black and I put in I want cream and sugar, so I said I wanted cream and sugar and she said we only have cream and then just stood there looking at me. This location has not changed in over a year. I will not be coming back.
This was a five star review, now it's a one star review. I was just refused service at the drive thru at the glenmont, ny location at 10:42 pm. The employee stated they were only accepting mobile and delivery orders. This location has the drive thru hours posted as open until 1:00 am. But you stop serving people at the drive thru before 11? This is not the first time the employees have just decided to change the hours and close whenever they feel like it. Not to mentioned they are shamelessly rude about it. This has got to be the worst Taco Bell in the area. It's unreliable and inconsistent. What is the point of posting hours of operation if they mean nothing?
I’ve had so many issues with this location…this was the first time I have come back in 6 months because every time I order from here through the drive-thru, they manage to get something wrong or the food is either missing or made incorrectly..this time was no different. Ordered a beef supreme chalupa meal-received chicken..the 2 soft tacos I got with both meals had cold meat, and not just cold from sitting too long I mean Cold and disgusting. My wife’s Crunchwrap supreme had next to no meat on it and I paid $30 for this experience. This is the last time I bother with this location considering how difficult it is for the staff to take a simple order and make a simple taco. I would not recommend this location, even if you’re starving. Absolute waste of my money and time.
Always check your order. This is now the second time I’ve gone there and not received everything. Fast foods too expensive for them to forget my six dollar Taco Bell item. Also, if you order hot sauce on the app, they don’t give it so ask for it.
Submitted an online order and picked up in the drive through. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme combo box, nacho supreme and a few other items. The Crunchwrap supreme and nacho supreme were not included in my order. I was extremely unhappy when I returned home to see that the items were missing since those were the items that were of significant costs. I've had other issues with missing items at this location before and it seems to continue to happen. I wouldn’t be upset if it was a smaller item, but I spent about $30 on this order.
I think this will be the last time I go to this taco bell. I mean I don't expect a whole lot from fast food, but I don't think I've ever gotten a fully correct order from this place whether it's missing items or lack of regard for excluding certain things from orders. The staff if HIGHLY unmotivated and quick to talk over you just so they can wrap up your order and get back to doing absolutely nothing. The food comes to us an absolute disaster, poorly prepared and usually varying greatly in portion size...even between soft shell tacos, which should be identical or at least somewhat close. I really did try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is the 3rd or 4th time consecutively. Other stores will get my business, but not this one. Fool me once..
My father did a mobile order and waited 30-40 minutes for it. He placed it 10-15 minutes before we arrived to Glenmont Taco Bell and waited, assuming it wasn’t done. 5 minutes roll by and he asks. They said someone made it and it must have been stolen. He waited at a table for an additional 30-ish minutes for the food to get made! There wasn’t anyone in the Drive Thru, maybe two people inside and nobody was coming in for the other mobile orders. Turns out, one lady handed out our order not once but TWICE! Do better! Thanks to the manager for actually making to food and giving it to us directly.
Staff is rude and they randomly decide to close the drive thru during the lunch rush because they can’t handle it
Sign on the door says they are open until at least 8 pm, but the doors were locked up tight before 7 pm. The food was cold and kind of gross, and there aren't even any garbage cans to throw away your trash outside of the store. Also, they didn't give me any hot sauce or a receipt for my order. I won't be returning or recommending this Taco Bell to anyone else.
Showed up here to pick up food (DoorDash) they had someone come and talk to me and then they stood around and joked in the back for 15 minutes until I unassigned the order after informing the customer that the store was not making it. It makes no sense I ordered food on break ate it then came back online and they acted like I didn't exist even when waving at them. I told them I was canceling the order and they looked confused. There were 6 people in the kitchen with 2 on window and 1 on line and 3 standing around. I've managed places before. This place needs a full night shift reform whoever is in charge isnt a good manager. That's why there are 6 people and half wasting labor standing around. Syracuse hospitality or whatever you are needs to actually hold this place accountable. I will be personally blacklisting this restaurant for delivery from now on. Never again. Had another order in car. Can't keep a customer waiting over this. I'll just told the taco bell customer what is happening and apologize for having to cancel and to complain to doordash to get a refund cause they probably didnt want to eat here.
Came in tonight asked the man if they were opened he was sitting and said no and told me to go through drive through I did then the lady at the drive through was so rude and rushed our order didn’t even ask us what we want exactly kept having an attitude. So we drove away the most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had don’t recommend going !
Did a Grub hub Order, Entire order was wrong and it had 3 Things in it. Im tired of giving this TB a Chance, I will be calling The DM Tommorow. Update 11-21-21 Taco bell, How will I know this feed back will be sent to the Glenmont Store location? Im not just going to take your word for it.
Ordered at the Drive through. The girl with the glasses throwing F bombs really loud at the cashier (who was very friendly and professional) and the food was absolutely disgusting and cold. Did not look safe for human consumption. Not ordering here ever again. If you're driving down 9w towards Walmart, turn left instead of right you can go to Panera drive through. Really awesome staff and better food quality. Please report stuff like this. The quality of These places will never improve if we don't report issues with staff or food quality.
I stopped at Taco Bell a day before. Everything in the bag was not what it was supposed to be and they never gave me a drink. So I pull up to order some new food and I tell the girl about it cuz the other girl isn't there. She's very rude and she just plays me off when I ask her. Can I just have a phone number for customer service? She says we don't do that here. Could you imagine then she starts taping me with her phone like I'm the bad guy asking for a phone number because I'm a paying customer and they didn't give me what they were supposed to give me. I'm not giving you any customer service numbers or names of anybody that works in this store and again proceeds to tape me with her phone. So I took her picture and let's post it here. She is rude and I'll be calling corporate not sure how to post a picture here but I have a picture of this woman trying to hide after she told me this... Here she is taping me the customer corporate. You need to get a hold of me. Since when do you order food and don't get it and get a hard time? The managers reached out only to never call .. just as bad as the workers..
There were humans there but they all refused to provide direct Customer service throughout the ordering process. I left without making a purchase. This was the first time that I experienced this treatment at a Taco bell. I visited on 10/13/25 at 4:30 p.m.
Bad for a taco bell. Missed products, allergen requirements not applied, food barely made. Serving sizes not followed...this happens every visit. If youre eating there, fine you can get it fixed, but to go, youre screwed, because they also dont answer their phone..
Corporate needs to pay attention to this Taco Bell. The manager, Maria, is consistently rude and unprofessional — even when customers are polite. Her attitude creates a hostile environment that reflects terribly on the brand. Taco Bell deserves better leadership in Glenmont.
Workers were just having conversations and not working or taking orders. They had nachos fries on their menu but didn’t have them. They had no lettuce, and wouldn’t refund us for the food.
Every time I come here people don't understand English and my order ALWAYS gets messed up one way or another. If it wasn't for my other half wanting tocos here and there I'd never come here this place is absolutely horrible.
I have given this taco bell a couple of tries after moving to the state. First time, our order was all wrong and made us sick. Second time was just a couple nights ago. The (I assume manager) yelled at me when I pulled up in the drive-through to pick up a mobile order. I could barely make out a word she was saying as she yelled at the microphone. But she was upset I was picking up an order that she insisted was in store and not drive through, despite my app saying otherwise. She yelled at me when I pulled up to the window as well. A minute down the road, we realize items were missing. So I returned and went inside to ask for them. I was polite and gave them no reason to be rude. I was kept waiting for several minutes at the counter before anyone greeted or addressed me. I was met with rudeness and an attitude, as well as missgendering and a sneer when I corected them. I will not be eating at any tacobell in Albany again. The ones here just suck either because of poor service, or bad food quality/accuracy. At least the ones back in Ohio were competent, TacoBell used to be my favorite place to eat.
I ordered tacos with extra sour cream brought it back to the counter because they barely put any on. that's when employe told me to throw away taco because they aren't allowed to touch it i was very upset about this. Very disrespectful and never will go there again and was not given a refund because i got pissed off ive been in business for 40 years and i would never treat someone this way i would say im sorry please give that to me and we will make it right not i can't take that back throw it away yourself really speaks words about your manger who first words are you better calm your situation or im calling the cops thanks for your how your manger handled it think you should find someone capable of resolving an issue not making it worse
Review as a delivery driver. Employees are incredibly rude, especially once they find out you are a delivery driver. I had an order supposed to be picked up by 1210. I stood there waiting until 1220 before someone even acknowledged me. And at that point it was just to rude say "it'll be a few minutes" without even asking my name. I know this is lunch but no one was in the drive through and only 2 other people were in the store. Finally ten minutes later they finally told me again "it's gonna be a few minutes" with more attitude. Place should get better management and actually manage its employees
1st off I always loved going to Taco Bell I never mind the prices. Food was always good but this time was crazy. I spent almost $50 in food just for me and my fiancé which we didn’t get much just 2 5 layer burritos and a fry bowl and a 12 pack Cinnabon. I’m not mad at the price I’m upset about the portion. I paid almost $7 for a fry steak bowl and it barely had anything in it. And I paid an extra $2 for nacho cheese sauce and it is the tinest amount I have ever seen. And on top of that the food was cold and I literally ate it 4 mins after I got it. This was crazy never going to this location again.
This is the worst Taco Bell I ever have been to. Went thru the drive thru on the way to my hotel room with a co-worker. Ordered 2 meals and when I got to the window I asked for them to be put in separate bags. I was told with an attitude “that I had to tell them I wanted them to be in separate bags when I ordered”. I then asked to talk to the manager and he told me to call Taco Bell. I then asked for his name and he said it was Rock. Then also they take such care in making the food. I know it isn’t very hard to cut a quesadilla in 4 even pieces if a little effort is taken.
