There was no arguing behind the counter, they created a GREAT atmosphere. If they are happy, they will make customers happier! It shows by their awards!
The only place in town that I have found that actually brews fresh iced tea! And it is excellent! I've been going there everyday for tea and it's fresh every time. NY does not have many places that actually brews their tea.
I didn't eat there, was there with my friend. I can't eat at those places I'm Gluten Free!!
I have not eaten here in years. Hamburger much smaller than I remember (but right amount of sauce inside & items) & the fries were so salty I tried to get most of the salt off. Saying this, the employees were super friendly & helped me right away. That is why 4 stars 🌟
Updating review due to frequent positive experiences since this incident. Honestly very disappointed. Got a cup with tons of coffee grounds or at least I hope that is what it is which literally made me gag and vomit up my breakfast. Manager didn't seem to care when I called in.
I always get my food in less than 10 minutes... That's quite impressive, in today's "fast food" climate. Other than that? Its Burger King. Better burgers than McDonalds, but nearly equal to Wendy's. Their fries are much better than they were in the 80's and 90's
The food and overall atmosphere and service were grate, but I watched one of the workers clean the tables without gloves, touch the nozzle to the ketchup and then start serving fries without washing their hands or wearing gloves.
I ordered two veggie burgers, 1 with bbq sauce, cheese, and lettuce and 1 with ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, lettuce and cheese. When I got my order the first veggie burger was fine, but the second one was missing the cheese and the sauces were pouring out the side. I decided to bring it back in because veggie burgers are expensive and I also paid for cheese that I didn’t get. After bringing it in, they put cheese on the new burger but instead up putting the lettuce I ordered, they put pickles. Again, the sauce was pouring out the side and completely unedible. I ate as much as I could before throwing it out. Also when I went inside to show them the problem, I was not greeted in a friendly manner. The employees seemed annoyed that there was an issue with my order and annoyed that they had to fix it. I thought after seeing the burger oozing with sauces and all over the place they would make the second would better, but it was honestly worse.
I went to the one in Glens falls and got 9 Jr poppers and it came out to 41 dollars i thought they were 3 for 7 dollars and I was told you have to ask for that so I will never go there again
Constantly not packaging my daughter’s kids meal, and when I make a complaint, they say there is nothing they can do about it? How am I supposed to eat when my child’s food is missing? We don’t all enjoy the same foods. Never spending money at Burger King or a Carrol’s Corp again
The specials on the app are no good because they only let you get a small drink which isn’t enough for the meal. 👎🏻 This Burger King is also very unsanitary and the workers have not been trained properly in sanitation.
Don't go there if they know you're homeless, they don't serve homeless people their money is no good. If you're homeless and go in there with money to buy food they call cops
I ordered $30. In food and they got none of it right except for the fries. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers no ketchup I got 2 regular cheeseburgers with only ketchup 1 original chicken sandwich no lettuce it came with lettuce 1whopper with cheese no mayo it came with no cheese and with mayo I also ordered 1 8 piece mozzarella fries and got a 4 piece. The drinks and fries were the only thing they got right.
My cat died today and I got a chicken sandwich off door dash and I get it and it's only a bun and chicken. On the worst day of my life this was a slap in the face . I truly wish the worst for all of you
They messed up our mobile order. They probably didn't pay attention and just threw whatever kind of burgers they could find into the bag. Three out of the 2 burgers and 2 fish sandwiches for me and my family had no cheese. Which my mother paid extra for.
I came through the drive through and placed a order of course they were no longer selling items that were still advertised on the menu so we switched up the order for replacement no big deal I was asked at least 5 times during my order if that would be all after saying I didn’t see multiple items on the screen that I had ordered to double check they said they got it! Well as I get to the window and get my food we check out food I didn’t get the food I said I didn’t see on the screen and I was still missing part of the order that was on the screen! Instead of questioning guest if they are done with their order read back your order and check yourself! Mathew was my window operator.
What was suppose to be a special date night with my granddaughters, was a let down for them. They wanted the Addam's family meal. While ordering no Gomez's Churro fries, ok no problem. No Addam's family crowns, again no problem. After getting our meals and opening up our burgers.We did not have purple buns.Well, back up to the counter and the gentleman behind the counter, said oh, hang on a minute, he turned to the cook and said how come we don't have any purple buns, the cook said we are out. Kevin said.I'm sorry, okay. The purple bun burgers cost $10.99 per meal, to get a regular whooper burger $10.39. (I know it's only .60 cents difference) went back to our table to see we didn't get the cheesy tater tots. Again was told they were out. Kevin came to our table and told us when you finish come up and I'll give you a refund. When I went to the counter a dark haired older lady ( who was rude) yelled at the staff, we are now out of purple buns no refunds. I tried to tell her we didn't get cheesy tots, she threw a bag and said here. Well instead of fighting with her, ( to set a good example for the girls) we left. The only thing I can say nice about our experience was Kevin was kind and professional. 5 stars to him. Paid $58.00
I at one point would have called this location a 4 star, but I am forced to lower their rating due to recent actions by their location and the company at large. Three times my order was badly made. One of those times they at least refunded my money. One of those times, they claimed they had no beef, and made me come back the next day, saying that they did not have a refund policy at all. The third time I ordered through their phone app, and was told at the location that they had no beef, but because they were unable to make my order, I would not be charged. This was a lie, as I was indeed charged. The company refused to issue a refund, and told me to simply go back to the store and ask for my food the following day. I did so, and was told that they had no order with my name, so there was nothing they could do, leaving me 40 dollars short, with an ever so gracious 5 dollar coupon towards my next order through their phone app. This is not even mentioning the fact that of late, orders put through to their location routinely were made wrong and required me to go back the next day to get them filled. At one point, I had paid for onion rings and was told at the window that they had just sold their last onion rings, so I would not be getting any. If I had not mentioned it at the window, I would have gone home without the rings, and would not have gotten refunded for the cost of the onion rings that they did not intend to tell me that they would not be making. I will not be going back.
