Order was filled much faster than I expected, very friendly.

Burger King is really good their fries are always fresh. And there's nothing like a Whopper and for the price of food these days fast food has gotten expensive open so Burger King app you can get some really good deals

When I need "Fast Food", this BK is always my first choice. I always go to the drive thru. The wait is not long, they always get my order right, and 99 out of 100 times the fries are nice and hot. Just the way I like them! I prefer food with flavor, and it's always good. Mcdonalds could learn a lot from BK. I wish they'd bring back the old Carrols Club Burgers!!

Always great service and fast. I've been living in the local area fora few years and have never really had any issues with this restaurant in Glens Falls. Even during the pandemic the service is professional and meals made perfect the first time i order. Great job guys and girls!

Everyday, I love to pig out at this place. I order 5 whoppers, 2 crispy chicken sandwhiches, 2 large fries, and 2 vanilla shakes. The manager, my girlfriend, is yelling at me to get out of the bathroom. I can't help it, I ate a big load, I love Burger King.

Even though I waited a while in drive thru because they were busy, the employees delivered exceptional service considering I spent $68 on food. It was fresh and very tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant. They are very professional.

Was busy as hell tonight because everyone and their brothers park here for hockey 🏒. Despite the lack of parking they still managed to get the large line through and my order was perfect! I go here too much for my own good. (best place open when I get out of work late). Staff is always nice, quick, and polite. Food is always fine, and never had issues. Shoutout to the staff, y'all are doing great

The only place in town that I have found that actually brews fresh iced tea! And it is excellent! I've been going there everyday for tea and it's fresh every time. NY does not have many places that actually brews their tea.

We like Burger King, but the portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gotten bigger. Nearly $50 for 3 burger meals!

My onions rings were awesome I was craving them so bad I was supposed to go in get them and share them with my husband I don't think they all made it out the door they were sooo good

The wait was longer than usual (had to pull forward) and they forgot my sauce- but in fairness, they were completely slammed for 10p on a Monday. Friendly staff!

Burger King has always had the best charcoal grilled burgers & their fries are thick & delicious, not so much their fish compared to the big McD. I consider $14 expensive for a small milkshake , 2 regular burgers, fish filet & med fries. I hate the drive thru because it's not designed for good traffic flow.

Drive thru is far from the fastest but with being short staffed they do pretty well. Food is good most of the time, other times it’s not hot enough.

Food always ready fast, staff friendly at drivethru for the most part. But they have to learn to not blow their noses in front of customers and than had me my change without washing their hands , just nasty

The first cashier I approached was snarky, but the woman next to her noticed quickly and went out of her way to make sure we were okay. I'm a breadless eater and they presented my burgers and veggies pretty well for fast food! I'm a happy camper!

I have not eaten here in years. Hamburger much smaller than I remember (but right amount of sauce inside & items) & the fries were so salty I tried to get most of the salt off. Saying this, the employees were super friendly & helped me right away. That is why 4 stars 🌟

Updating review due to frequent positive experiences since this incident. Honestly very disappointed. Got a cup with tons of coffee grounds or at least I hope that is what it is which literally made me gag and vomit up my breakfast. Manager didn't seem to care when I called in.

I always get my food in less than 10 minutes... That's quite impressive, in today's "fast food" climate. Other than that? Its Burger King. Better burgers than McDonalds, but nearly equal to Wendy's. Their fries are much better than they were in the 80's and 90's

I got a cheeseburger but the cheese wasn't even melted and the onion rings were soggy But what can you really expect from fast food??

Please clean the fryer. You can taste it in the food it’s gross.

There was a special, which i didn't order, and by not taking advantage of it my order cost me more. No mention of it by the employee. Sometimes they are courteous and sometimes rude. Almost everywhere you go the attitude seems to be "The customer isn't always right"

The last time I went here was over a year ago. Me and my girlfriend we're served two chicken sandwiches with so much freezer burn that even after frying the chicken it was dripping ENOUGH WATER OUT OF THE BOTTOM OF THE CHICKEN TO RUN OFF THE SANDWICH WRAPPER AND ON TO THE FLOOR. I brought the food and watery mess to manager who told us that's how they come... I must be a total idiot because I've never ordered the burger king classic crispy chicken flavored water sandwich before. Never going back again...

Trey was ridiculously slow service it took forever for my food to come out the onion rings were horrible chicken nuggets were Bland and everything was super over-salted not to mention they had to ask two or three times what I said because the girl was paying no attention whatsoever. So overall probably a typical Burger King experience.

This location of BK has the best staff. They are thoughtful and smart. And they have the best sense of humor. They make my day whenever I go through the drive thru.

We weren't impressed with our last Burger King vist. Cold food, rushed service. I can see why there was no line! Pass on those new tacos too. Na.st.yy. The only redeeming thing is the $1.49 nuggets. While they aren't my favorite, they're cheaper than McDonald's and they are slightly more generous with the sauces.

I think you probably already know everything you need to know about this Burger King. What they lack in quality, service, and ambience they make up for in speed and consistency.

The food and overall atmosphere and service were grate, but I watched one of the workers clean the tables without gloves, touch the nozzle to the ketchup and then start serving fries without washing their hands or wearing gloves.

The workers, including the manager, spend too much time talking to eachother, instead of helping the customer. On the other hand, the burger was good.

Not at all impressed with my visit to this particular store. Seemed hectic and in need of cleaning up the eating area. Food quality has really gone down. And they allowed a young lady there to have her pet dog in the dining room...disgusting and very unsanitary! And no it was not a trained service dog.

Always slow food, always get the order wrong, food is overly greasy, and cost considerably more than competition. Having said that when it's done right it's quite tasty and I opt for BK over the competition more often than not.

I ordered two veggie burgers, 1 with bbq sauce, cheese, and lettuce and 1 with ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, lettuce and cheese. When I got my order the first veggie burger was fine, but the second one was missing the cheese and the sauces were pouring out the side. I decided to bring it back in because veggie burgers are expensive and I also paid for cheese that I didn’t get. After bringing it in, they put cheese on the new burger but instead up putting the lettuce I ordered, they put pickles. Again, the sauce was pouring out the side and completely unedible. I ate as much as I could before throwing it out. Also when I went inside to show them the problem, I was not greeted in a friendly manner. The employees seemed annoyed that there was an issue with my order and annoyed that they had to fix it. I thought after seeing the burger oozing with sauces and all over the place they would make the second would better, but it was honestly worse.

Sold by getting rid of spicy chicken fries worst decision ever.

Everytime we ask for no mayo on the food and everytime they add 3x the normal mayo. Would not recommend this location unless you want the incorrect order.

Went to this place lastnight 4/25/20 ...asked the drive thru person to change her gloves because they are more dirtier than just washing your hands ...she said was rules that they keep gloves on @ all times ...then I over heard the manager behind her say oh shut up ...yes shut up I asked excuse me did you tell me to shut up? She wouldn't respond ...so un professional I will never be back again ....if I had my way..I'd have her fired or @ least transferred

They will let a burger meat sit for 3 hours and still serve it. They don't have the concept of First in First Out. Or by the time you get your food, your meal is entirely cold. Place is a Joke for even being considered a restaurant of stature. They will let everyone and anyone work and run a business like that.

Went there last Sunday. Ordered 2 number 1 meals and a drink. One for me one for a friend. Friend felt fine.Tasted burnt and charcoal. After I ate a little more than half, my stomach was gurgling. After and hour after eating, I was in the bathroom. Dark dark brown. Pure water, this was no lie. Had a little bit of pepto left, it didn't work. Turned green watery. Suffered until about 2 am, same situation. Felt nauseated when I woke up and all i tasted was that dirty burger. Around 11 am I went and got more pepto, doused that down, late that afternoon I felt better. Never again. Wow. I was on fire. It was bad.

The woman that answered the phone told me I was wrong about MY order. Horrible way to run a business. Will not be returning.

For waiting weeks for the makeover, i brought my children in all thier anticipation , to be greeted by a bubly young lady that really didnt know what she was doing but was happy. To the crew behind the counter disgusting sad attitudes to the very over weight female employee taking up a front end booth with her feet up , and .you can make over a bldg but if you put the same dirty people in charge than its just a new dirty gross place. Employees get treated like garbage here. I have never ever seen people get so disrespected while working a job. This would explain the mostly horrible service. Place was filthy. Managers looked unhappy and not ready to serve. Went in around 7pm tonight urinal in the bathroom was over flowed. First the cashier was rude to my grandfather! She couldn't understand him because of his accent and she snapped but I tried to help so no one would get frustrated. The drink machine area was a mess and disgusting! Barley filled with anything like soda and ice were low and everywhere. Crumbs all over the tables! The food was cold and sloppy. On the bright side my kids liked their BK kids meal and they had paw patrol on the TV. The bathrooms definitely needed to be clean and one stall had no Toilet paper and an employee was in there and heard that we had no Toilet paper and still did nothing to help at all. I was kicked out in the rain before I could receive service due to having a service dog and staff assumed I was homeless. When she asked me to leave, I didn't have the energy to argue my rights I just landed in NY - I was waiting for someone to meet there after my Lyft driver took me to the wrong location. We didn't end up eating there because she (I think the manager) yelled in my face and said I had no job?

I usually love Burger King french fries but tonight 04/18/2020 around 10:30pm I ordered a number 7- Whopper jr with a medium fries and a medium coke. The fries were absolutely disappointing and disgusting. They were old and cold. The fries were hard as well as if they'd been sitting for a while and no salt either not that that would have made a difference at that point.

The people at the window on june 23 2019 are jokes. I just ordered there an they just talked to each other the whole time. Asked us what we wanted an we told them an he never wrote it down. He missed our fries drink and a burger. Js nit to happy and never going back

I ordered $30. In food and they got none of it right except for the fries. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers no ketchup I got 2 regular cheeseburgers with only ketchup 1 original chicken sandwich no lettuce it came with lettuce 1whopper with cheese no mayo it came with no cheese and with mayo I also ordered 1 8 piece mozzarella fries and got a 4 piece. The drinks and fries were the only thing they got right.

I came through the drive through and placed a order of course they were no longer selling items that were still advertised on the menu so we switched up the order for replacement no big deal I was asked at least 5 times during my order if that would be all after saying I didn’t see multiple items on the screen that I had ordered to double check they said they got it! Well as I get to the window and get my food we check out food I didn’t get the food I said I didn’t see on the screen and I was still missing part of the order that was on the screen! Instead of questioning guest if they are done with their order read back your order and check yourself! Mathew was my window operator.

What was suppose to be a special date night with my granddaughters, was a let down for them. They wanted the Addam's family meal. While ordering no Gomez's Churro fries, ok no problem. No Addam's family crowns, again no problem. After getting our meals and opening up our burgers.We did not have purple buns.Well, back up to the counter and the gentleman behind the counter, said oh, hang on a minute, he turned to the cook and said how come we don't have any purple buns, the cook said we are out. Kevin said.I'm sorry, okay. The purple bun burgers cost $10.99 per meal, to get a regular whooper burger $10.39. (I know it's only .60 cents difference) went back to our table to see we didn't get the cheesy tater tots. Again was told they were out. Kevin came to our table and told us when you finish come up and I'll give you a refund. When I went to the counter a dark haired older lady ( who was rude) yelled at the staff, we are now out of purple buns no refunds. I tried to tell her we didn't get cheesy tots, she threw a bag and said here. Well instead of fighting with her, ( to set a good example for the girls) we left. The only thing I can say nice about our experience was Kevin was kind and professional. 5 stars to him. Paid $58.00

I at one point would have called this location a 4 star, but I am forced to lower their rating due to recent actions by their location and the company at large. Three times my order was badly made. One of those times they at least refunded my money. One of those times, they claimed they had no beef, and made me come back the next day, saying that they did not have a refund policy at all. The third time I ordered through their phone app, and was told at the location that they had no beef, but because they were unable to make my order, I would not be charged. This was a lie, as I was indeed charged. The company refused to issue a refund, and told me to simply go back to the store and ask for my food the following day. I did so, and was told that they had no order with my name, so there was nothing they could do, leaving me 40 dollars short, with an ever so gracious 5 dollar coupon towards my next order through their phone app. This is not even mentioning the fact that of late, orders put through to their location routinely were made wrong and required me to go back the next day to get them filled. At one point, I had paid for onion rings and was told at the window that they had just sold their last onion rings, so I would not be getting any. If I had not mentioned it at the window, I would have gone home without the rings, and would not have gotten refunded for the cost of the onion rings that they did not intend to tell me that they would not be making. I will not be going back.

Their drive thru is set up so anybody can just skip the line and make people wait. And they dont care. Expect a 20+ minute wait for probably incorrect food.
