Hands down my all time favorite pizza shop in the area. They are always efficient in making our orders and the pizza is definitely made with love every time! They have the perfect sauce to cheese to crust ratio!

Only place my boyfriend and I order delivery from! Their pasta sauce is so thick and flavorful , when you ask for extra of something or to make an item crispy they actually do it (shocking I know lol) Their Mega pizza with the chili and gravy sauce is amazingggg and never comes soggy. If you live in the area or are visiting you HAVE to come here 😍🤤.

I order from here all the time and it always awesome, they have a huge menus with a variety of foods. Their delivery has no charge and the drivers are always nice! Love this place recommended it highly!

I've ordered consistently from here for the last few years and they have probably the best delivery of anywhere around! The portions are good, the food is even better, I've never been disappointed with my experience there

Pretty good slices here. My trailways bus stopped here for lunch so I was able to grab a couple of cheese slices. I was grateful for quick service to be able to eat and get going.

Boneless buffalo wings are my favorite here! Ever since I had them here this is the only place I go to get my wings. Delicious, also it's my boyfriends favorite place to get pizza because their cheese is REAL and not like Pizza Hut or Domino's.

My favorite pizza joint, pizza is delicious and the boneless wings, OMG. Their salads are a great deal too, I got a large once and it weighed like 2 pounds !

I have ordered from Empire at least twice a week for the last two months. The food is always well prepared and generous portions. What I love more than anything is their extensive menu and quick delivery!!!

Had wonderful pizza, wings, & cheesecake delivered. The food was very hot, fresh and delicious. It didn't take very long to get here. The driver was a sweetheart.

Local pizza joint so don't expect frills. They seem to focus on what matters and that's the food. Mostly take out as there are only a few tables to eat at. But mostly to wait for your order. The pinwheels are highly recommended along with their wraps.

Ordered delivery for lunch today. My mother said she loved it two years ago. Still great! Got the roast beef club. It was delicious, so much food! The fries were still hot, cole slaw was good. Already talking about doing it again next week for lunch! Literally nothing to complain about, it was all fantastic!

They make the best garlic knots and pizza in the Glens Falls area!

Their party pizza is delicious I always order from here. Their wings are also awesome! If you want semi spicy go with MEDIUM. Their mild are good but have a tangy BBQ kick to them. And of course their Buffalo are just that. Their blue cheese is so good, as some other pizza shops in the area serve gross blue cheese.

Consistently amazing food! Even in their busiest hours we have never been disappointed, free delivery, only complaint I have is it is $5.00 to have bacon as a topping, seems unreasonable since you can buy a whole pound of bacon for less. But I will always come back to ordering Empire whenever we have some extra money!!

Don't know why other's can't be more patient or understanding. The food is incredible. We're not talking fine dining here, but for what it is it's the best in the area by far. Huge selection timely delivery. Never had a bad meal and order frequently...went out of my way to post this review...It's that good!

Amazing customer service I am a door Dasher I came in to pick up a order and when I got there a Dasher before me took the order and ate it. They kindly helped me replace the missing order and get it to the family. Very helpful and friendly people food smells and looks amazing and very family friendly atmosphere!

Had a bit of confusion with my order, evidently someone else came in and gave my name, paid for my pizza, and took it home. But staff was great about straightening it out, and it didn’t cost me any time. More business, good for them. Love the pizza, not too much crust, and plenty of cheese. Great local business sandwiched between 2 corporate pizza chains, and better than both of them. Nice staff, friendly, and can make (and take) a joke. Definitely recommend, and I’ll certainly be back.

All the employees are so sweet and accommodating. We own a local store in town and frequently order delivery from here. We also hosted a party in our store and had it catered from empire. They never disappoint and the food is great. Love the huge party pizza too! And the newer employee Maya is just wonderful. So patient while taking my order and an absolute doll like all the other employees. Awesome place!

I was looking for something simple to eat and I saw someone walking down the street with a box of pizza from this place it caught my attention and I headed to this place As soon as I arrived they offered me a personal piece since the pieces that were on the counter were not to my liking and the person who served me offered me a freshly made piece that would take about 10 minutes and I told him that I was a vegetable lover he offered me a piece with vegetables that was quite attractive when I approved it I was really impressed with the quality of the product that is offered at that place I liked it a lot and I think that it is a place for really home delivery, the place does not offer very good quality in terms of atmosphere, but the piece is very good I recommend it.

The best "mild" extra crispy wings of all time I'm TELLING YOU.

Dont consider Empire pizza a eat in place but if you're looking for a great pizza witb a great price this is the place. They offer online ordering many size pizzas, and many other options if you're a no pizza person. The 24 cut works great for our family. Give Empire a try you wont be sorry

We wanted a quick lunch delivered. My coworker had honey barbecue wings, and I had a personal meat lovers pizza. It was fast. delicious and it was hot! The delivery person was friendly as was the young lady who took our order.

New to empire I ordered chicken wings fish sandwich eggplant parm entree absolutely delicious my second time ordering I ordered a small pizza with mushrooms pepperoni sausage and extra mushrooms I have never had a better Pizza the sauce the taste nice and crunchy not burnt absolutely delicious and I will be going there again

The pizza was good, fresh and hot. I have no complaints about any of the food or service. It was a nice time. I just think the establishment could be updated. It looks kinda run down.

We ordered a pizza, were told a timeframe it would arrive and...it did not come. Called after an hour, they said it was on its way. Called again after another hour went by and were told the order was never put into the system. Literally never got the pizza. Um. Wow. Update: Ordered a second time through DoorDash and didn't have any issues. Food is decent.

The toppings were pretty scarce but were good quality and the sauce and cheese kinda thin also but was fresh and hot. Delivery was quick and friendly. Think u get a better slice if u get a slice at the store than by the pie. Both were great.

My bf, roommate and I ordered a large mushroom pizza and 10 medium wings the pizza was ok but the wings were so dried out and hard they were almost inedible. This is the first time we've ever gotten bad wings but we won't be doing this again.

This is pizza because it's sold in a pizza store. Funny how it's in between Pizza Hut and Dominoes in location. Tired dining area and flies all over. Can't really say I'd return. Average upstate bread with sauce and cheese melted.

This used to be my go to take out place especially for their incredible salads. Recently though all the salads come with pale iceberg lettuce, even when the description states "with a bed of romaine" or other.

Ok I agree the food is fine for the price payed, but the way the manager and owner speak to PAYING/already paid customers is appalling. They really need some new management. You don’t decline cutting a sub into quarters because “you just don’t do that”. That’s called being lazy, white and entitled

Pizza was great. Desserts were a little iffy. Not much flavor. Bbq chicken pizza was a solid 8/10 Oreo cake unfortunately was a 4/10.

We were hungry so stopped here for a slice. I had a slice of the buffalo pizza. Buffalo chicken was dried out, pizza was sitting put for a while. They heated it but not all the way through. I order from here last night for me and my bf and we got three cheese pizza it was really good but we never got are soda we bought with it and the delivery lady said she was going back to get it and never came back with our soda never ordering from here again

Ordered using the the grub hub app. Terrible experiance. The blt wrap i ordered was %90 bacon. The chocolate cake was bad to. The cake barley had any actuale cake and was mostly frosting. The wrap i ordered also CAME WITH NO FRIES like the app says it does. I will never order from this place again. And im uninstalling the grub hub app.

Well I was a frequent customer for quite sometime but after the last incident I will not. According to my records I placed one order. According to them I placed 2 orders one was hand delivered to my self by delivery woman. The other order was dropped off and left outside. I called them the young woman was rude and acuseorty. I tried to work it out she wanted nothing of it contact your bank. So much for customer service.

I used to be able to say 5 stars all day. But the past FEW times I’ve ordered, has just been pretty damn bad. After tonight I’m sure I’ll order somewhere else from now on. Tonight one of my 2 pizzas was over cooked and crunchy. And to top it off not even hot. While my other cheese pizza was steaming. How is that. And the last time i ordered a part size pizza with 5 sides of ranch. Pizza came All flipped over and cheese sauce all over the box. And no ranch at all came. I’d say tonight though my favorite part of my meal was the 2 liter of soda. 👌

I am a long-time customer of empire Pizza and have bragged on it with my friends as the best pizza in the area. I don't want to judge on one bad experience but last night the pepperoni pizza that I ordered was dry and cold. Almost like a pizza that had been made the day before and warmed up before delivery.

Place is renown for its bad customer service. They are very cheap, and charge several dollars extra for minor things like extra mayo or changing out ice burg lettuce with green mix. Food is good every other time it's ordered and the last time I ordered a grilled veggie pita pocket there was enough grease to squeeze out of the pita to fill a quarter measured cup. Food complaints tend to end in rude service and denial of fair and reasonable refunds or remaking of foods, and I've had two friends now be told to take it or leave it because they have plenty of other customers. Food can be okay and the free delivery is nice in an area using things like Grubhub who double the price of your order.

Ordered the party pizza. Wanted half bacon. It was $6 for bacon on the whole pizza. And still $6 for bacon on HALF the pizza. I politely asked if they could take the bacon they would use on the whole pizza and add it to the half we wanted it on since we had to pay for it anyway. The woman who took my order said she would ask but was sure her boss would say no. She was very nice and agreed that it was ridiculous that it was still the same price for half toppings. We got the pizza and there was barely any bacon on it at all!!!! Can’t say that we will be ordering from there again!!!

Horrible customer service get charged for extra condiments then don't receive them called to place an order 20 mins before closing time and told they were already closed, asked for a manager and the girl on the phone began to laugh. Place is a joke in my opinion will no longer give them a single cent of money nor will I give them positive reviews or recommend this disgusting establishment to anyone to eat!!!!

I will not order from here again this was there second chance and the workers that answer the phone have an attitude problem. They act like taking an order is a big inconvenience. The goal of an business is to make money, not to turn it away because it will take a minute to punch it in.

I ordered 2 large pizzas at 550 tonight online.... said delivery at 648. I had to call in to see where my order was at 715. Talked to a lady who called me"hunny" one to many times. She said "we have been very busy but i know your order just left and will be there shortly". ( i live around the corner). 30 minutes went by and no order so i called again... come to find out that the order was NEVER made. NEVER MADE!!! So not only do you not plan for busy Friday's you also have liers working there. Word of mouth is the biggest way to spread negative ratings and you all get a negative number!!!

This has fallen from one of my favorite places to the worst in past 12months! Last night was the last straw. Between the undercooked drenched in a pool of butter garlic knots and messing up my pizza, they had the audacity to give me attitude and horrible customer service when I called yet I was being respectful and patient only asking for a new pizza.

Normally I get the pinwheels which are good. But tonight I decided to switch it up.. how disappointing. My chicken fingers where like hockey pucks, one even looked freezer burnt on the inside and still made it into the fryer. My steak and cheese grinder was disgusting, no flavor, the meat was burnt and there was literally like two pieces of green peppers and onions each on it. And my BBQ sauce was more spicy then the spicy garlic knots. $20 down the drain for horrible, tasteless food, with ingredients way past their use date. The people are WONDERFUL but I wish they would take better care and attention to the food.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service!!! Can’t get an order correct and don’t even bother to correct it except to offer a worthless credit. Was just at a friends when their order arrived for a calzone & they didn’t send the sauce & when they called Empire they were told someone would bring it. 10 minutes later Empure called back to say they would credit them for a sauce!!! A SAUCE??!!! The WHOLE CALZONE IS GRABAGE because that’s not how they want to eat it and that’s not how they ordered it!!! It was almost $30 after the tip and has now had to order from DOMINOS on top of it. Customer service just gets worse & worse here. There’s about 15 people here and they’ve all pledged not to order here anymore & to continue to share the absurd disrespect & lack of good customer service

Has anyone else besides me had the problem with ordering online ..FIRST PROBLEM: Don't order a CHEESEBURGER, bc what happens is you MUST PAY FOR "EXTRA CHEESE" (an additional 75 cents )...You have no choice BUT to click on extra cheese bc otherwise u cannot add item.to your cart ...Same thing if u go to order a.HAMBURGER...you cannot "add to cart" without clicking on the add.cheese EVEN IF YOU DONT WANT IT!.. Either way they make out an extra 75 cents each time.it's ordered And second problem is when you go to pay online...and TIP is added...the tip is debited from your account but not given to the driver apparently Why you ask? Check your email copy of.your order Ever wonder why the percentage you choose to tip driver shows SHIPPING CHARGE? Me neither -- how ironic that the shipping charge is whatever percentage the customer has chosen to tip their delivery person but the restaurant neglects to give said amount to my delivery guy????? And then when you call them to make sure they give the delivery person the tip I designated (and had debited from the CC) they try to backpedal out of it and try to BS the customer (in this case my husband) to make YOU LOOK STUPID!!

I quit ordering from here and over time I try them again and I’m ALWAYS DISAPPOINTED. They have the WORST customer service. They purposely sent me food KNOWING IT WAS WRONG making 1/2 the order LITERALLY GARBAGE & wanted to credit me for next time & it’s not even equivalent to what it costs when we order food and have to order more from some place else so we can eat!! Ordered online and they tried charge us again when we went to pick it up. The food subpar, incompetent and disrespectful service. Grilled Chicken dry as a card board. Do not order the Pita Pocket or any of their sandwiches.

Ordered online did a $70 order. Did not tip online as I was going to give a $25 cash tip. They delivered my food and dropped it on my front porch in the pouring rain and wrote "NO TIP" on the box... The Food tasted like complete trash. So hey empire I was going to tip $25 in cash but now I will never order here again. Place sucks and pizza taste like cardboard

Ordered two medium pizzas and a soda, ended up being a coupon. That coupon cost me 40 dollars. Driver forgot the soda, went to the store two streets over and bought a warm 2 liter and brought it back. Like really? At least grab cups of ice. I would understand if the ticket was full of items but it literally had TWO. I'll be Karen for a day and write this review.

THIS FOOD IS NOT GOOD! I've lived here for a long time, I grew up here and I've never had such horrible service from a pizza place. When you give them another chance they mess up. It's not even the staff sometimes, it's the manager or owners. When they make a mistake they refuse to correct it and refuse to get on the phone. even when the staff asks what can be done, you over hear the boss saying "well theirs nothing we can do we'll just do better next time." Glensfalls is an awesome place to live and visit please don't let this place discourage you on how friendly alot of the businesses are around here by giving you a bad experience .

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered food from here got sent the wrong pizza the lady refused to give me the correct pizza or give me a refund. The customer service there is absolutely horrible. They continue to argue with me about my order. Their online system is all messed up and they blamed it on me. They said it was my fault I got the wrong pizza when I ordered. I wanted a regular pizza and got one with white sauce and it looks moldy. They continued to argue with me and still refused to do anything for me. So word of advice do not order from empire they will mess up your order and blame it on you. Horrible customer service and horrible food. Also as I was on the phone with them they were discussing how they messed up another order and they would fix that one but wouldn’t fix mine or give me a refund! Absolute trash! Go elsewhere to get pizza.

Fries cold and soggy. Chicken wings over cooked and they no longer have garlic parmesan sauce for the wings or pizza. Very Very disappointed. Delivery staff still very friendly. Won't order again if the next order is as bad as the last 2. 3 strikes and they'll be done.

I used to give them five stars. Down to one star now. Place has gone down hill. Quality of food lacking. Over priced and over cooked. Pizza was cold, over cooked and had paper thin crust. Wings were over cooked and tasted like rubber. I get it sometimes people have bad days. This was the third time. We are done.

I’ve ordered from here before and it wasn’t too bad. But the food I just ordered, disgusting! I was supposed to be gettin a lunch special that was like $4.99 and somehow turned into an $11 mini pizza that was disgusting and didn’t taste like what I ordered. My spouse got a grinder that was dry as all hell. Never again! $20 of food that was shitt and not even worth it! It was all disgusting and the prices were ridiculous!!!

A decent pizza place that does pizza and wings well prices are reasonable and the food is good no really gluten free options other than salad but not bad for the gluten tolerate. Ordered tonight waited an hour plus 15 min past the delivery called and they hadn't even made it yet! Response well sorry , no we can get you that in 15 minutes no offer to make amends. Now I have three sad 6 year olds with no pizza. Try somewhere else, there are lots of pizza places in the area that won't blow you off

Not for this Empire Pizza place in Glen Falls, NY. > When I entered their restaurant, I was told to take a seat.  I sat there for 15+ minutes and no one came to take my order.  I got up and discovered there was no table service by 2 girls engrossed in their cell phones! > I ordered an appetizer of calamari.  What a mistake.  The food was delivered to my table in a aluminum take-out bowl.  They were heavily breaded with a very hard coating.  Probably breaded and par-fried days ago then frozen.  The calamari was not even warm.  This calamari appetizer is more of a deterrent to a pleasant meal since I took a chance on breaking a tooth trying to eat these things!  Be careful with these, not a good choice. > Next came the main meal, spaghetti with egg plant.  While the topping was appetizing, trying to find a piece of eggplant in the spaghetti mixture was the challenge! > The garlic bread that came with the meal was slapped on butter and not even toasted. It was soggy and not worth eating. > A salad was included but did not materialize.  I had to get up and enquire what happened to it. > Next time in Glen Falls, NY., there will be no returning to this place. > I wouldn’t have given this place even a 1 star rating, but Google says a choice had to be made.

I stopped ordering from there because they couldn't seem to get my orders right, not complicated orders but for them I guess a tuna sub sounds a lot like BLT sub to them over the phone. I gave them another shot today and ordered a small calzone and got a small pizza, I guess the short bus brings the weekend staff to work. Never again.

bad customer service I found there menu on hub grub from 1st moment I called 1st time to 3rd he was rude saying not correct on price old.menu my fault I guess I. had enough$ for 1st order then prices change huge and on sec call back I told them I need to know $$ for calzone w/o recotto cheese and 2 kids would be..got a total and hung up then i got the $$ foe it went to order and I had someone here heard me say no recotta and 2 kids meals and wait 40min to have ot loaded with ricotta cheese and he refuse to fix cause its not on record.# 3? And so I wont be ordering there til they find new manager whi cares about business and loyal customers over they mistake to remove the other menu and record 1 call not 3? weird and 850 down drain smh.. hope others get treated better then me and my kids smh

1, there Pizza was horrific, scarce on toppings, We order Gourmet! LMFAO!! You could count all toppings together on both hands! & I mean not even much cheese & crust was like toast with evaporated sauce ! I ,We stopped doing takeout or fast food for awhile, We used to get the pizza at this place , especially years ago when practical lived at hospital.we'd grab EMPIRE Pizza, it was Delicious, it tasted Italian, I hate complaining ,but I am a pizza holic, Love Pizza! My husband said I didn't want you to have to cook tonight,( just had Dr appointment & many errands) I'm like ok , So we're like" let's get EMPIRE!" Oh yeah , not ever again. I'm sorry that Empire changed & cut back like they did, pictures are deceiving, always going to read reviews for sure now ! Empire I hope you get your old pizza back for your sake. ;-(. ;-(

Ordered the grilled chicken salad...NO PEPPERS OR ONIONS DUE TO ALLERGIES. So, needless to say..the salad had a TON of peppers, still had onions and maybe 2 leaves of lettuce, if that. The chicken was slimy and cold and the fries? Partially still frozen. We ordered 2 beverages and never received them. Typically, the food is not bad but tonight? Absolutely disgusting! Spent over $50 just to turn around and throw it in the trash..DO BETTER! Quality product over speed of the delivery.

We order from Empire a lot! We decided to order for a family dinner. This was done through a third party. They sent/let the driver walk out with half the order missing! When trying to resolve it they told us we’d have to wait at least an hour to get it. This order was $150 you’d think they’d be more accommodating unfortunately due to this we will order else where. And we will stop using uber eats who also was notified.

When you order boneless wing, you expect BONELESS wings NOT tenders cut up. When you order fries, you expect them cooked and warm, NOT still frozen & some partially cooked. When you order mozzarella sticks, you expect gooey stretchy cheese NOT a brick ! Not impressed for $64..... save your money folks.

The calamari was not even warm. This calamari appetizer is more of a deterrent to a pleasant meal since I took a chance on breaking a tooth trying to eat these things! Be careful with these, not a good choice. > Next came the main meal, spaghetti with egg plant. While the cheese topping was appealing, trying to find a piece of eggplant in the spaghetti mixture was challenge. > The garlic bread that came with the meal was slapped on butter and not even toasted. It was soggy and not worth eating. > A salad was included but did not materialize. I had to get up and enquire what happened to it. > Next time in Glen Falls, NY., there will be no returning to this place. > I wouldn’t have given this place even a 1 star rating, but Google says a choice had to be made.

I order from this place a lot and today made it change when they sent me stail food the popcorn chicken was so old and nasty it was burnt so bad it was just bread then the salad I ordered the bacon was so burnt it would break a tooth if you even tried to eat it not to mention when I called and asked for a manager I was hung up on twice finally reached the manager or full in manager and the lady was so beyond rude I finally just asked for my money back and it took over a hour or so to get them to stop back here every time I called they said they were waiting for the driver live a few blocks away like that's insane it took so long to get my money back we gave the food back cause it was so uneditable like I'm in utter shock how terrible I was treated for not wanting old food that I pay a good penny for on top I had to wait almost 2 hours to even get my money back to be able to go get something else for me and my 2 baby's to eat!!! It's a real shame how they are to people especially the ones working today 12-2-24 please someone do something about this!!

Several prices of hair in our pizza and our wings. Was trying to be nice when we called and only got $13.50 credit. Don't order here. Obviously they don't practice hygiene safety here. The hairs were very long and black. Completely ridiculous.

I have never had like this bad fried calamari before. As you can see in the pic. Some of calamaris were cold as well. I dont suggest to go. Staff were nice tho.

I’ve ordered from here before and it wasn’t too bad. But the food I just ordered, disgusting! I was supposed to be gettin a lunch special that was like $4.99 and somehow turned into an $11 mini pizza that was disgusting and didn’t taste like what I ordered. I could have ordered my Norma 3 pizzas from Pizza Hut for that price. My spouse got a steak and cheese grinder that barely had any cheese and was dry as all hell. Never again! $20 of food that was shitt and not even worth it! It was all disgusting and the prices were ridiculous!!!

Normally, the food is decent enough. But every time I order a burger and ask for light condiments, it is put on EXTRA heavy and makes for a mess and taste that is nothing but ketchup and mustard. i had a few bites to try and enjoy it this time, but couldn't and attempted to get my money back. They refused and only offered to send me a new burger or % off my next order. ON TOP OF THIS, about a month ago I ordered while at a laundromat and had asked for the driver to come in the store upon arrival. They never did and when i called to check on my order, I was screamed at to not order if I can't answer my phone (phone was not on me, ordered via grubhub with specific instructions). I will never be ordering again as this has happened very often. As a regular customer, I am very displeased and you will be losing a customer that orders a couple times a week due to these mishaps that you have been unable to fix. UPDATE: I decided that I would give this place another try, seeming as they could have just been having an off day. Instead of trying to make right of their wrongs, they refused service after causing problems to begin with. If could give negative stars, I would.
