Had to wait over an hour, but for the first day open that's to be expected. The food was definitely worth the wait nice and hot and deeelicious.

When lil ceasars told me it'd be 40mins to get a hot n ready i called dominoes. I had a FRESH pizza ready in 15mins. The pizza, cheese bread, an chicken wings are fire! No worries i wont be going back to lil ceasars ever again!

insanely fast prep time i ordered and about 7 min later thw tracker said order ready and this is maybe the first week they have been open. pizza was good and pricing good too great service too even with the crowd of people in the store i had my pizza in a few seconds

Every time I order whether pick up or delivery food is hot and fresh, staff is friendly, delivery is quick. Absolutely love how late they are open. Over all love this dominos!

First day being open and they did a great job! Our food was delicious and we will only be going here from now on. We moved to Greenville about a year ago and were sad that there wasn't a domino's until now!

Not much for parking at all, but their medium deluxe/supreme pizza is off the charts. It's just under $16 but delicious.

Just amazing, food is great and so is the service, you can tell that the climate is health there. Astonishing work especially out of the teens there, the people working the counter are always respectful.

Ordered on opening day, and got delicious food at a great deal. Took less than 20 minutes, and the boxes were literally steaming on the way to my car. Staff was so friendly! Two staff members immediately greeted me when I walked in, and made sure I got everything I had ordered. Awesome job!

Pizza and sticks were ready on time and well prepared. Was very impressed with the quality and service in just the first week of them being open. Crust and ingredients were fresh and overall food quality was better than other pizza chains in the area.

I love the food, Its usually hot and fresh. The one time it was completey hot, Dominos took it on personally to reach out to me and offer me a free pizza. The prices are great too. The drivers are always courteous and on time. All in all its been a good experience with them.

Wow, I am so excited! We finally have a Domino's in Greenville. This is going to be our family's new pizza place, for sure. Location, the pizza was hot and fresh and the employees worked like a well-oiled machine even on the first day. Can't wait to come back. Please start accepting credit card tips on in store pay orders, I was not able to leave a tip when I paid on my card. Not sure if this is just a momentary issue.

I order here multiple times a week and today I noticed that the dough was not cooked all the way on the stuffed cheese bread , I thought it was just cheese but it was dough. So maybe make sure they cook it long enuff I have gotten sick from eating raw dough from here already so I know to double check.

The pizza is really dry. Its like eating paper. Even with extra sauce it was still dry. Its like they overcook it.

Domino's pizza in general isn't good, it's probably the terrible ingredients. Nothing against this location. They made the pizza the Domino's way.

Wife and I are fighting some bad colds so I thought it would be nice to try out the new Dominos and make it easy by having it delivered. Ordered it at 5:58. Online said "about 25min" which I thought was great. We are literally 3min away as well so I figured it would be nice and fresh right? Nope.. Delivery guy got here an hour later and my dipping sauce is hotter than the pizza is.. For anyone at Dominos reading this, it would really go a long way for you to just call us and say hey, its going to take longer.. you have our number on file (at least mine is b/c I have an account) but no communication other than the tracker that we open up 30 times to see where the heck our order is just doesnt cut it. I got an email immediately after with an appology but, while the automated stuff can be convenient, youre pulling way too much of the personal experience that we need. I may give them another shot down the road but I think Ill stick with Zains for the time being.

I've never been to a place that serves pizza that. When you order a full order of bread sticks, you don't get a Free cup of marinara sauce.You have to pay for it and it's the smallest cup ever.

Ordered a "Delux". They "almost" got some cheese on it. $15 for medium piece of bread with a few toppings and almost NO cheese. They're new but the should visit a few other pizza stores to see how it's done. One and done there.

Just received a large pizza, looked delicious! Took one bite and OMG! The sauce is terrible. It tastes equivalent to the smell of a wet dog. The Rep did credit us for another pizza but I wouldn't suggest the new pizza tomato sauce to anyone. Their Philly Steak n Cheese Pizza however was amazing last time. No pizza tomato sauce.

Just recently got pizza, when we got home it was burned,also found 2 long hairs in it. Threw it away. We have had pizza here before and not had this kind of problem but it's going to be awhile before we go there again. YUCK!

Picked up pizza during a snowstorm. Got home to find it was burnt. Called the Manager. He told me he didnt believe me. Brought the pizza back to the store, in a snowstorm. He said, " I still don't care". Contacted corporate the next week. They said they had a "firm talking to him". Pizza was bad, Young male manager was the worst. District manager offered me a free pizza. 🤣 Keep it. They have constant complaints about the Management at this location, and apologize profusely for his unprofessionalism and crappy attitude with the customers and yet continue to keep him. Why??

They are so neglectful when it comes to ordering online They said it would be done in 25 to 30 minutes. My mother and I go to pick up the order and the employee said we had to wait an extra 30 minutes. We got our money back. Granted, the cashiers were very respectful to me.

This place is terrible. We got 2 pizzas and garlic knots and the pizzas looked burnt and tasted like the cheese or pepperoni had gone bad. We had to throw it in the trash and get different food cause nobody could eat it. Better off sticking with Jets, Pizza Hut, or Little Caesar’s. Won’t waste our money again.

12 people working and my odrder was wrong. Sauces melted out on my pizza box's. Sandwich was burnt. Bread under cooked. Pizza just does not taste good what so ever. Tots were underdressed and u dercooked.

This location is horrible. The General Manager Jimmy is the rudest and most unprofessional employee. He made derogatory remarks towards my minor daughter. They have consistently messed up our orders and never made it right. I highly recommend you choose another establishment to order from.

For the specific Greenville, MI location. My husband went to pick up pizza after work that he had ordered. They refused the sale because all he had on him was a fifty dollar bill. The change to him would have been easy to give but they absolutely refused to accept it. Needless to say, we were both so upset that we left the food there. I don’t like wasting but since they refused the transaction, that’s on them. Won’t eat dominos again if that’s how it’s going to be. He has used larger bills there before so… what happened? And if that really is the case, then put up signs indicating that policy.

There was so much wrong and just Yuck that I ain't sure where to start. I guess I'll start with the wrong sandwich. Ordered an Italian sandwich got Chicken Bacon Ranch which the chicken was still cold 🥶. Called let them know, They gave me a Credit but after the taste of the subs, pizza and doughy cinnamon knots. I won't be going back. The Parmesan Chicken Subs sauce tasted weird almost sour and the amount of chicken and cheese on it was enough to only cover half the sandwich. Very Chinsy on the inners on all the Subs. Now to the pizza...Well, the Pizza had to much flour/corn meal on the bottom that was raw tasting. Made me gag. It's been 30 yrs since they have been in Greenville, I would recommend coming back in another 30 or not at all!

I am not sure where to even start with this. I had good hopes for this pizza after seeing all the ads on television, I ordered a 2 item pan pizza and hoped for the best. Upon opening the box I was immediately hit with ... where are the toppings. Sure, there was some there but probably the tiniest amount I have ever seen on a pizza...disappointing! But the disappointment didnt end there. After taking a couple bites I realized I could taste no pizza sauce. Seriously, this pizza tasted like an order of breadsticks. I sought out the pizza sauce, but I could not find any. This is the lowest quality, something called pizza, I have ever had. I rate this below Little Ceasers, something I didnt think was possible. Save your money and find some real pizza.

Recently created an online account with them. After a couple orders got a coupon for 50% off. Went to use it and it said there was an error and my coupon was not valid. We wanted pizza so I tried several times to just use their normal online coupons. I applied to the order and then when I went to check out the prices being charged were full price. Talk about a bait and switch. I am refusing to go here even though I do like their New York style pizza.

Also the place wasn't very clean and the food tasted off like it wasn't cooked right or something but all I know is I won't go there again

Well, he ate the leftovers from the 26th and puked for about 12 hours!! I ate a few bites and had stomach pain and gastric issues… call for a dr appointment….. well there really isn’t anything they can do for food poisoning.. tell the place you ordered from to use better food storage or get rid of old food?? Although he offered a credit for the order, his attitude implied that we were somehow responsible for the mistake, rather than recognizing the responsibility of his business in delivering a pizza with toppings scattered throughout the box. This lack of accountability and poor management skills will likely continue to drive customers away from businesses like this.
