Thank you so much Lindsay Lowe for being such a ray of sunshine when I was passing through.. Leaving the hospital in Marshall and on my way to Longview it was nice to have someone that really seemed like they loved their job . Keep smiling and blessing people..
I had a VERY respectful young gentleman bring my drink, and then at another stall I overheard another VERY respectful gentleman. This is different because most young people may not be considered rude, but also not very respectful either. I am impressed!!! Never loose that gentleman!!
Sonic is a great place to get drinks and snacks for your entire family. Most of the time they are friendly and genuinely helpful. Today was different, they were not really busy, 3 other cars there plus myself and I had to push the red button 3 times in a 20 minute window. Another car arrived after me and was waited on very quickly. Myself and another customer in a truck were waiting. The food was good thankfully. Just odd for the wait.
The atmosphere is comfortable because it's yours 😃. Car hops are good like that. I got a breakfast burrito and it was pretty good. Not gourmet but really good for fast food. And I've had a breakfast burrito from a sonic in Longview that I couldn't eat because the sauce was horrible, so yeah it does matter which one you go to. I got a route 44 diet cherry limeade. These are so thirsty quenching, but this time there was so much ice that I got very little drink with my big ol cup.
Recently visited and the wait was 15+ minutes. Which would've been fine if there were a lot of people there, but they weren't even at half capacity. I ended up having to go through the drive through to get my order taken. The staff was lovely and polite, I think they just might have been understaffed that day. For the most part I have had good experiences with this establishment. Must've just gone in on a bit of an off day.
Great staff members! Amazing drinks and snacks. Wouldn’t recommend combo meals. Driveway is horrible. Speed would be about a 1 star rating. And please start giving marinara with my mozzarella sticks
Ordered there a few minutes ago. Tater tots or stale ordered a burger asked for ketchup and mustard they put mayonnaise on the burger that doesn't even come with mayo. I'm discusted and will not ever be eating at this place again.
Food has been fine but what is setting me off is EVERYTIME I go and I order a drink they FILL the entire cup up with ice. Drinks are expensive as it is now I’m paying 3-4 bucks for a large cup of ice. And sometimes I get the rechargers and those are 6 dollars and I literally watched the girl at the window scoop and fill my entire cup with ice. Even when I ask for light ice all I get is ICE. I can finish my drink in 4 sips. It’s extremely irritating and just rude to customers when they pay for drinks and just get ice. Fix it sonic.
The past few times we have gone to this Sonic, I have ordered mozzarella sticks or cheddar peppers. It shows that ranch or marinara automatically comes with it, but I still add extra to my order. Even when adding extra to my order, I have never gotten the sauce the first time the food comes out. I always have to ask for it. We also like to order “easy ice” with our drinks and we are never given that. Ice is always full to the top.
We ordered 2 drinks (a medium and a large) on the app and once we got there had to wait approximately 20 minutes for someone to bring it out. We even pushed the button for service after about 15 minutes and was told our drinks would be right out, but waited another 5 minutes after that. I understand businesses are short-staffed, but at the time we pulled up there was only 1 other vehicle there.
My husband and I refuse to return to this location. The wait is always twenty minutes and the orders are wrong like 90% of the time. I love Sonic, so we kept going back despite the poorly run staff and service. But after we tried to get dinner twice in one night with the staff ignoring us both times, we both decided this location just isn't worth the frustration. Food is good when it's done right. But service and wait time are absurd. We've lived here for three years and the experiences have not improved in all that time.
I don't think I'll ever go back to this place the employee was rude and I assume dumb three different times I told them what sauce I wanted and they kept bringing me the wrong sauce Somebody I know that works there went and told the manager the correct sauce and the manager threw her hands up and yelled at the employee not only is this bad customer service but they shouldn't be treating their employees bad
Worst foot long coney I’ve ever had… cold ..no chili or cheese … look liked somebody ran over it on Hwy 80… tater tots were cold .. only good thing on my order was the sweet tea ..
They don’t know how to make drinks. The ocean water tasted like water with a bit of coconut flavoring. The Cherry limeade tasted sprite with about a teaspoon of cherry juice. We ordered and paid for a 6 piece mozzarella sticks, but got 4. I did get that fixed, before we left.
So I went to get 2 drinks and that’s it. I got a butterfinger blast and a slushy. It took way too long. They were moving at snail pace I was watching them. And the girl “shawtay” had the most rude attitude the whole time, as she slammed the drive thru window, just said “ here you go” in a rude tone as she handed me my card. Honestly sick of the disrespect. Y’all need to teach your employees some customer service, or quit hiring the first person you see.
Ordered 3x Ultimate Meat and Cheese Breakfast Burritos with extra zesty cheese sauce and extra shredded cheese. I received my order cold, with no cheese at all, and product looked dried inside and out. I called the store and the manager told me to come back and they would remake the order so I did and waited 15 minutes in the drive thru just to receive another cold order. I called back to the store again to demand a refund and was given an 800 number. Called back to sonic once more to get managers name and was hung up on. Managers name is Jaimie I do believe. I really hate to complain about these matters but this was unacceptable.
We waited probably 20 minutes for our in app order. Once our food arrived it was cold and drenched in grease. I will never return. I understand the workers may be you g but have some respect for your customers.
I keep coming here and I don’t know why. I usually don’t get food, just two-three drinks which I order ahead on the app. They aren’t even complicated drinks, usually no extra flavors, just a soda. It is regularly a 15 minute wait. And I ordered ahead, like I said. I stopped using the drive-in part because they forgot to deliver to me so many times! They would mark that the carhop was on the way and 5-10 minutes later, no one. I would page them again and they’d say, oh so sorry, we forgot, we will bring it now! So I started using the drive-thru and just checking in there. Nope. Still gonna wait 10-15 minutes, sometimes 20 if it’s really bad. I don’t get it. I keep coming because the large drinks are so cheap on the app, but I’ve gotten to where my time is more valuable than the savings. 20 minutes to save $1.45? I’ll just go to whataburger or heck drive up 968 and go to that sonic. Bet I’d still get home faster.
I have eaten at this establishment several times over the last several months. The customer service keeps falling short every time. I was ready to place my order and pushed the red button only to have the light rejected. I pushed the button yet again, and the carhop come over the speaker and took my order only to keep asking me what i said over and over again. I am not sure what she was doing in the establishment, but it i know it was not paying attention to the customers order. After the order was placed, the carhop did not repeat the order and gave me a total only. Therefore, I missed the mistake that was made due to the fact that the screen that contained my order before I had a chance to read it went to the payment screen. After a short period of time, the carhop that came to my car and delivered my order. Before I left, I checked the order and it was incorrect due to the fact that the carhop taking my order wasn't really paying attention(NO THERE WAS NOT A TRAIN ANYWHERE TO BE HEARD). So I drove back through the drive thru, and the carhop that answered the window asked what she could do for me. I politely told her that the order was misheard and she started yelling across the kitchen. What she was asking the crew was unintelligible. To keep her from yelling, I had to order AND PAY for the food item that was not ordered properly. I then has to wait almost 10 Minutes for the food item to be made. The carhop then handed me the order that i placed and I told her that it was sad that I had to pay for a simple mistake. As I was still talking to her, she simply told me to have a good night and slammed the door in my face. I have never in my life been treated that way by someone in a food establishment. Very poor communication skills, very poor customer service, very poor service and management was never notified about the situation nor did anyone apologize. I will not be returning to this business again.
