Firehouse Subs

It was ,8 pm and my first visit to this location. The store was well lit and clean. The young man behind the counter looked up and greeted me. He was smiling and answered my question about the bread options. The sandwiches I ordered were really good. I will be back for sure.

My whole family loves Firehouse subs! We are so happy that this location has opened up because in the past, we had to drive to Spring Branch to get our Firehouse fix. This location is super convenient, with ample parking. All of the staff are super friendly and efficient. The food is always fresh and accurate. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at Firehouse Subs! The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. The Hook & Ladder is my go-to, and it did not disappoint, perfectly made and packed with great taste. The employees were friendly, welcoming, and made the visit even better. The restaurant was spotless and well-kept, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great place to grab a delicious meal. Highly recommend!

Fire house subs is NOT like subway it’s better. My favorite to get here is the meatball sub and their sweet sizing is what sets them apart. Their portions of their sandwiches and the sizes of their drinks are congruent with their prices which I think is fantastic as well as they have great rewards so when it’s your birthday you can come and get a free medium sized sandwich. Not a lot of people go to Firehouse Subs but they beat Subway by a long shot. I also love the whole reasoning behind the name to support Fire fighters

I used a coupon: 2 medium sized subs for $15. I'll be focusing on the Spicy Cajun Chicken Sub. The Spicy Cajun Chicken Sub: has jalapenos, grilled Cajun chicken, pepper jack cheese, and house made Cajun mayo. The sub has a nice heat kick to it, I added extra jalapenos (I like spicy stuff to an extent) and thanks to the coupon I used, It was a great deal. So why4 stars AND NOT 5 you wonder 🤔? BECAUSE THEY ADDED ONIONS ON MY SANDWICH WHEN I DIDN'T ASK FOR IT 😡😡. Sure I can remove them, but now I gotta taste onion residue on my sandwich. And I hate that. Outside of that, the sandwich was good. Next time, don't add stuff I didn't ask for 🙏.

I love firehouse subs, but this location needs to work on their execution. I went around lunchtime but they were severely understaffed, which led to long wait times. They also had a basketball game playing that made it too loud to even think.

No pricing is an interesting marketing technique. Did not work for us.
