Ordered my food off the app. Estimated time was like 6 minutes. Ended up waiting over 40 minutes for my food. 1 drink, 1 burger and cc tots. Longest wait ever for them not being busy. I asked what was taking so long and was told patties were just being made for my order. That was at the 20 minute mark. After waiting this long they still got my food wrong.

Ordered 4 drinks 2 corn dogs, 1 burger online went to pick it up and still waited 45 minutes when we arrived. Even had to ask when our food would arrive

Service here is always slow, even for simple drinks. Wait times are unnecessarily long every visit and there is no sense of leadership from the crew. They can’t handle basic tasks and it shows. Definitely needs needs better management and training.

Service sucks. We keep giving them chances and they never get better. Takes nearly 30 mins to get drinks with no syrups. Just ice and soda. Should probably hire more help or teach them how to multitask.

Better to go thru drive through because service at the pull-in was very slow. Couldn’t understand voice from the speaker.

Be ready to sit there for 10 minutes waiting for your order to be taken, just for it to be wrong or cold. More than half the time they’ll tell you the ice cream machine isn’t working so don’t expect it 👍🏻 rude employees always.

They can never get the order correct. It is always wrong even if you order one item only. The last few times I have gone it has tasted awful. I will ni longer eating at this establishment.

0 stars is not an option. Placed an online order to pick up on my way through at 2:27, checked in, order never came. Pushed the red button in the stalls someone asked the info, then said pull forward, not sure how that would be possible🤣🤦‍♀️ Wouldn't recommend. Save your time and money, especially if passing through.

I had an online order it took over 15mins to get. Not busy. I tried to order at the screen no one responded it was just turnt off twice. I went inside and ordered. When I finally did receive my items one was wrong and the cheese sticks were old. There’s only 1 in this town Yal should have great service.

Took 8 minutes for them to answer red button. We ordered THREE items and it took them over thirty minutes to get it to us. We even called to check on our order once. They said “oh it’s coming now.” It still took seven more minutes before they came out. Meanwhile, the drive through window was just rolling cars though. A lady beside us told us they had been waiting over 40 minutes! I get being short staffed/being busy, but 30-40 minutes for two milkshakes and a hotdog is unacceptable.

I stopped yesterday to get a ocean water and it had some strong chemicals in it. It tasted and smelled very weird. I didn't have time to get it fixed because I was working. I decided that a drink loaded with chemicals was not good on my 400 mile drive. Thanks but no thanks!

This was a terrible visit they messed up my order I went back for the corrected one and it was so nasty chilli looked black like they scraped the pan and gave me that . I usually love the chili there will not be going back

I pushed the red button around 1:13 pm. Get an answer about 1: 16 PM. I have my order placed and done by 1:18 PM. At 1:25 the speaker screen says my order is being delivered by Rosa. Im waiting and I get my order at 1:28 PM. Im not sure 15 minute wait was worth it to me to get a cherry limeade and a sweet tea, especially when the parking lot didn't look full. My opinion. JS
