If I could give them a 10 stars for cleanliness I would 10 stars for the taste of food I would and 10 stars for customer service I would....serve safe certifications on the wall which is awesome ..said hello to us and we're vert nice while we ordered...waited for the food ..which was fine...fresh burger and fries ..don't mind the wait ..wow..never been to 5 guys before and to say I really enjoyed my meal is an understatement..the fries and burger were perfect...I was very x10 impressed. This will become my new favorite spot...glad this place was my first time experience...what a gem..

Haven't been to Five Guys in over 3 years. The last time I ate at Five Guys Was in Lakewood california. Still a great burger but a little to pricey. The fries always appear to be greasy. Like it's time to change the grease but maybe that's the look five guys are going for. The fries still taste good. The employees was kind, service was great.

Very clean restaurant, fresh and fast food, excellent customer service, the only reason I gave this 4 stars is because the cashier who took my order was not too much antuciastic when he greeted me, he just said Hello, not even smiling and did the same thing to other customers who ordered before and after me. All other employees were smiling and thanking you very nicely. If it wasn't for to this I would it gave it 5 stars.

Food at Five Guys is pretty good!!! The hamburgers are tasty and the fries were nice and crispy!! The workers there are friendly and helpful. I thought it was a bit pricey for what it was...but the food is good. Clean restaurant anf good atmosphere!

Prices are two high !!! The cashier added at least $15 to the prices shown on prices list !!!! I totally don't recommend Five Guys to my community.

My experience at Five Guys today on broadway was so unacceptable that it needs to be addressed. First off, the service was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than acknowledging waiting customers. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before anyone bothered to take my order and when they did, the cashier acted like I was interrupting their day. Then came the food and honestly, I’m shocked at how downhill things have gone. The burger was a soggy mess, completely falling apart, with grease dripping through the bag. The fries were cold, undercooked, and tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours. For the prices Five Guys charges, this was beyond unacceptable.To make matters worse, the dining area was filthy. Tables were covered in trash, no one was cleaning anything, and the drink station was sticky and empty. If the front-of-house looks like this, I can only imagine the condition of the kitchen.This isn’t just a bad day this was a complete breakdown in standards. I’ve eaten at Five Guys before and had decent experiences, but after today, I’m seriously reconsidering ever coming back. Someone in management needs to step in and clean house literally and figuratively.

Ordered our food inside at the counter at 9pm. When the food was ready, we started eating it at our table, and they told us we couldn’t eat our food inside and that we had to eat outside even though it’s 44 degrees outside. They said they were now closed even though their sign on their front door shows they close at 10pm. I didn’t eat their food and got my refund. The worst most disrespectful customer service I’ve ever received in my life. Honestly this is a terrible policy the owners should be appalled.
