Pho Ba Co Irvine Reviews
Like, really good pho. The service is kind and gets your order correct. The pho broth itself is immensely flavorful with spices and herbs. Not very sweet, thank goodness; it’s more on the savoury side, which is preferable. The tripe was correctly cooked, and tasty and chewable. It can be a bit chilly in there, so you might want to bring a sweater. We really enjoyed our meal.
Walked in because I needed you use the restroom. Ended up ordering a Thai tea. Now I’ve had boba for the last decade and a half. This is by far the most delicious one I’ve ever had in my life, bar none. A near religious in my mouth for my tastebuds experience. I now want to go back to try their Pho and I’m all the way from Fountain Valley! 6 stars for their Thai Tea, incredible!
One of the better Pho places in Orange County! Heard this was a solid place based on the interwebs. Came here on December 24th and got there around 10:55 am. It wasn't too busy but by the time we left at 11:35 am, it was quite busy. Luckily we were easily able to find a table easily at the time. We started off ordering 4 egg rolls. Then for the Pho we ordered the #21 Special Combo (rare steak, brisket, meatball and tripe) as well as the #13M Rare Steak & Meatballs. The broth was very flavorful and you could tell they spent time making the broth. All the food was amazing and great service as well!
The food was really nice! The egg rolls were very flavorful and the broth was nice and filling. Definitely would come here again Food:5 Service:4 Atmosphere:5
Delish pho! We've come here several times and the the value is great. Fresh food, generous servings and the entire family loves it.
The best (clean and simple) pho ever tasted with brisket, jalapeños, basil, and cilantro that made such a fantastic broth. The hoisin and sriracha sauces were also a great complement to add to the brisket pieces. They have lots of menu items to choose from, although I wish they also made banh mi there!
I was in the area and looked for a good place to get vegetable soup. I found this spot, saw it had great reviews, and decided to give it a try. I ordered the pho soup with beef broth, and it was excellent. The service was great, with plenty of helpful servers walking around. I also got a Vietnamese coffee tea to go, and it was delicious and had a kick to it! I highly recommend this place!
There are many Pho spots in Irvine so it’s hard to pick which one to go to, but I come to this one a lot. Really good food and great portion sizes. It’s definitely more traditional and I love that they have a patio area you can sit outside and bring the dog. I normally come here for lunch and it never takes long to get your food. Definitely worth a try if you’ve got that craving.
Almost crazy fast service and FABULOUS Pho. For those new to Pho- you can’t go wrong with a rice noodle bowl! This restaurant is family friendly and there are pictures of many food options in the menu, which I’m always super thankful for. I highly recommend trying a bubble tea while you’re there- mango with tapioca is my personal fav! The best part of bubble tea is that it can be an appetizer, beverage, or dessert!
Mixed experiences dining in here. The first time I went, I got the lemongrass chicken and egg rolls. Both were tasty and of good value. My second time here, I decided to try a soup and opted for the pho combo. While the taste was decent, the meat to noodle ratio was way off with only a small portion of meat but more noodles than I could comfortably finish. Also, the fried onions as a garnish gave the pho a strange taste, and I'm not really a fan. Better to stick with the standard raw veggies that come with the pho. Service is efficient, and staff are nice, but the place can get quite loud during dinner rush. It was difficult to carry on a conversation over the noise. I would come back here, preferably on a weekend, but would avoid the soup dishes.
No,no,no lack of flavor food I ordered a chicken tight soup and received a bowl of flavorless soup with noodles and a separate plate of fried chicken thights. What is that? Out side of that they want you to finish and leave quickly to keep making business by put receipt on your table without you asking for.
