Not just an other pizza-hut location , this is really good one. Fast service, friendly staff, freshly prepared, fantastic food & free car parking. Tried boneless wings & brownies, both are really good. Food was packed really good for the take away and hot & fresh after an hour. Next time will try pizza which I’m sure will be great. Good place to pickup something quickly.

We order all of our pizza from Pizza Hut to be delivered to our home. Pizza Hut has the best pizza by far. No other competitor comes close.

Great customer service. I was accidently sent the wrong order, and when I called the woman was very polite and assisted us with getting the right order sent to us at no cost and within 30 minutes. I really appreciated the kind service. It was nice and hot too!

The Pizza Hit I go to has some of the friendliest employees. They are always willing to make my order right. The pizza is my favorite! I just wish they could sell (or give away!) plates as I am on the road usually when I order pizza.

The personal pizza was just right. I'm very impressed with the store and it's employees. My visit here (Irvine) was a good one.

Every couple months, I visit this place twice a day for a week to buy pizza for the office. While the chefs could use some practice in pizza-cutting (I bought a new blade because I so often have to cut the pizza when I return to the office), the management is really good and sociable, and they always know exactly how many cheeses and peppers I want! Additionally, I've been comped if a worker made me wait due to their failures or even the high count of walk-ins vs. my pre-order. And the humor isn't lost on management, they know a few of their workers don't actually work, so those who get the job done right have a name-tag that displays "rainbow unicorn". Ironic to make a play out of such a thing, but it still makes me laugh! This place is a carryout and deliver only. The delivery is certainly the easiest (and most efficient) way to go. However, I find the place charming.

Love their soft crush with mozzarella inside pizza special. Great price and perfectly bake each time I get a take out.

I ordered carryout and appreciated Claire's suggestion of the MyHutBx which consisted of a personal pan pizza, 4 pc chicken bites & a drink. However, I ordered bone-in, but received bone-out, which was ok, but had to return for the drink. Overall, the meal was tasty, carryout only location clean & friendly staff.

New Pizza Hut Meat Lover's Melt is outstanding. Loved it and also the marinara dipping sauce that came with it. Excellent taste and excellent value. Unfortunately, the Cheese Steak Melt was a dud. In fact, we didn't eat it. Taste uninteresting. The "Steak" appeared to be from a processed roll, not the freshly grilled that that was shown in the advertising. Came with a ranch dipping sauce that did nothing for it; would have been better to be able to get the marinara dipping sauce with it. Staff was very good to deal with, deliverer was excellent. Delivery took about 30 minutes more than the 25 minutes that was indicated when we placed the order on the website. The website was a bit clumsy to deal with in placing the order. Hard to move to the section of the menu we wanted. Also we could make modifications to the order easier when placing a phone order than at the website. Finally, the cost of delivery including tip almost doubled the cost of the food we ordered (2 melts). However, the cost was clearly indicated when placing the order, so we were not misled about this.

On the small individual pizza they only put 8 pepperoni pieces. I told them that Pizza Hut in Target put 14. She said it's not a rule. I paid to have more added. The picture, by the way, shows 10. As much as they charge you would think it wouldn't matter.

Very bad customer service. Ordered my pizza online and arrived at the store after 15 mins. When I arrived there was told that my pizza will be ready in 5 mins, but the display showed my pizza is ready. Was made to wait 15 more mins and still my pizza was not ready. It was only when I started taking pictures of the store, the staff comes to me and says your pizza was ready long back.Weird, avoid this place if possible.

The food was okay as usual. The customer service, however, was atrocious. Not only do they BLARE music so they never hear their phone ringing for me to place my order (I waited on hold 20 minutes before just driving in) AND, when I got there, I stood there for 5 to 10 minutes waiting to place my order; but their manager doesn't even try to act like she cares about customers. Very short, rude, and acting like I was inconveniencing her by placing an order.

Why would I keep odering from this scam joint? Becuase I have a teenaged son. That is the only reason. This location specifically is a scam, not to mention their constant scams nation-wide. 3/27/23 Every single negative review of this location is correct and genuine. Every positve review i obviously a scam. I HAVE NEVER HAD A POSITIVE EXPEERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION!!! Avoid at all costs because this location location is a completely bogus location that doesn't care about their customers.

Worst pizza ever and most expensive! Large pizza , one soda and a couple sauces was $33! My husband called in for A promo code, a girl told us we would get it to go through only to find out it was the same cost after you add the delivery charge, she tricked us . Payed for extra cheese and it barely had any on it at all.... Papajohns is better with taste and prices! We tipped a lot and barely got a thanx.

Very disappointed. Pizza hut use to be my favorite place but last three times i have had problem with the order and customer service. This time did it for me. I ordered pizza and wings and paid for it ask for water which theygave a water which was look warmand when i asked for ice the gentelman says we dont have any and go to the restaurant next to us and ask for it. So i thought the were temprarly out of ice and then later found out they did not have ice macine . To top it all when i came bavk to pick up the food they wanted me to pay for it again . So i had to go to my car and get the bill and show it yo them and they still hesitate it which made me ver uncomfortable in front of other people. So finally the person who took the order and i paid comes and says yo others that i had paid him . Please take care of business. It is a shame

9:40 pm walked into the store with a smile excited about my pizza known was at the front so I thought I'd just wait. They must be busy I thought, Waiting for about 3 minutes now note joke just at the counter, I see a gentleman washing something in a sync who Makes a excellent effort Not to make eye contact with me. Eventually a gentleman in a red shirt OI later learned was named Miguel pops out of the back and tells me dogs aren't allowed inside. I tell him I'm just here to pick up a pie and he repeats over and over again that dogs aren't allowed inside with as much Attitude as I've ever scene. He doesn't even help me he just goes straight back into the back and I'm left they're trying to get the pie that I already paid for and in complete shock that this guy just spoke to me the way he did. Minutes later a older gentlemen comes from the back, i ask him if he could help me. He yells back that there is someone up front. I see another gentlemen.. his name Edwardo, washing his hands. I ask him to help me, and he couldn't have been more annoyed. He asked me for my ID?!?! I've never in all my life been carded to pick up pizza. I ask edwardo for the gentlemen in the red shirt with the attitudes name, they start using derogatory slang about me in Spanish. This pizza hut sucks. It sucks so bad that I'm writing this instead of eating.

For many years ago Pizza Hut was great. Now it's just terrible. The cheese is a disaster and tomato sauce too. It was half baked and doughy. I'm done with Pizza Hut.

Said online that they close at 11. So I called at 10:28 and kept going into an automatic machine and no one answer. I tried calling back five times. obviously who ever is working just cares about closing early and not taking care of the customers during the hours they're actually supposed to be open. very unprofessional never using them again.

I ordered from here yesterday they use door dash now which would of been great if I knew I got a person who didn’t know any English and couldn’t find my apartment number which I never had a problem with at all he left my pizza at the front office on the floor without telling me and it pissed me off because it was over a hour and he could of just said meet me anyways it took another 40 mins after the hour I waited for another pizza and I have 3 kids and I’m pregnant and I was hungry as hell I will never order from here again

Im new to the area and have been ordering from this pizza hut for the last 5 months. But tonight, as I was reviewing my bank account from my app, I realized that instead of being charged $43.29, I was charged $51.95. I called down and spoke with Alma the manager about the matter and she became very defensive about it. Ive never experienced such disrespect. I told her I could show her proof of the discrepancy and she continued to tell me that my bank chose to pay them that amount and that I have to take it up with them. Whats weird is, banks don't choose what they want to pay a merchant. The amount is put in by the merchant and the bank processes the payment. She was very immature, angry and inexperienced. I would've appreciated if she would have said, "let me investigate the matter and get back to you" but of course she chose to be ignorant and unprofessional even after I explained to her that I never recieved a receipt or a merchant copy to sign upon delivery. The driver never asked to see my i.d or credit card that i used.. This is standard protocol. What happened? So what I believe happend is the delivery driver wrote in his own tip and forged my name. The issue was not resolved, I was not offered any type of explanation as to what may have happened or any type of refund for the money that was stolen from me. I will be contacting corporate in the morning. I know $8 is not alot but there's no telling how many times this has happened and to how many ppl. It adds up and someone is benefitting from it.

They charge a sneaky service fee if you order online. Charging us money because we save you time when an employee doesn't need to answer the phone and input all the details. Ok then
