Tried the new pepperoni pizza crafted flatz. Nothing spectacular but not bad either. To me it's just their regular thin crust pizza (which i already like) in a single serving but shaped differently than their original personal pan but offered at a FANTASTIC price point! 5 before 5p. I love that for us (customers)

Ordered online. Pizza ready in expected time. Was immediately greeted when I walked through the door. Guy at the register was professional, inviting, and full of energy. Pizza exactly the way I ordered and cooked perfectly. Good Job!

Very inconsistent output from this location. Sometimes great Sometimes a let down. Guess it depends on who's in the kitchen making pies.

I used a coupon for a large 3-topping pizza for $12, but when I tried to check out on the website, it wouldn’t let me complete the order unless my subtotal was at least $15—even though my total was already over $15 after tax and delivery fees. Because of this, I was forced to add a drink I didn’t want, making the coupon basically pointless. When my pizza arrived, the delivery driver didn’t have the drink. I asked about it, and she told me to call the store. When I did, the store claimed the drink was sent out with the pizza, which clearly wasn’t true. So that essentially implies that the lady STOLE it! Despite this, they refused to directly refund the missing item. So not only was I forced to spend extra money due to a misleading checkout restriction, but I also never received the item I paid for—and couldn’t even get a refund for it! TL;DR: I do NOT recommend ordering delivery from this location. Carryout might be fine, but delivery resulted in wasted money and poor customer service.

My order was delayed because it was "being remade for quality". The attached image shows what was delivered. The crust wasn't even cooked all the way through. The cheese was so thick parts of it were actually cold.

So y’all need to really fire this Manager name Tracy she was very rude. I am an Uber eats driver. I’m just there to deliver food. I get sometimes people steal food, but that’s not my issue because I did not want to give my personal information to the restaurant because Uber already has it if they have an issue with my order, she told me I was not able to pick up the food because I didn’t want to give out my personal information, it is nowhere listed in Uber that we are man dated to give out our personal information to the restaurant we are picking up from and because I didn’t want to do this. I wrote down a fake number just so I can get the food and go about my day, but then she didn’t even want to put it in my hand so I can see and verify that this was the correct order because I have gotten wrong orders before so I had to forcefully pull the pizza towards me just to see the receipt and then I told her you’re being very rude right now it’s not like I’m gonna run out the store with the pizza. I have to see the receipt so that way I can verify this is the correct order. I am picking up and I’m on telling her that she was being very rude she told me to not come back. I feel like it was racist. She didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in the restaurant. I was waiting a good 23 minutes before she even acknowledged that I was standing at the counter. I don’t know if this is a manager, but if she is, she needs training or fire her I’m sure you’ve lost many customers because of her attitude. I have reported her to my company and they’re relieving a review for you and your company so you can do something about that.

Placed order for delivery and was a total disappointment the pizza and the wings I ordered were not of pizza hut quality or standards. I contacted the location and spoke to the manager Joe who really didn't want to provide me his name when I asked...red flag number 1...he immediately started trying to shift blame when I explained the quality of my food ....said he couldn't find my order and everything... finally after a lot of back and forth of me verifying my entire order along with ticket number and time stamp he had no choice but to say it was from his location which he originally denied... saying I didn't place a order at his location...Joe tried to debate with me rather he agreed with my dissatisfaction of their service and product because he said he personally made my order. After going back and forth about my total amount I spent versus the lesser amount of credit he was offering to compensate for my lack of service he agreed to give me a full credit after I said I was going to contact corporate about the issue. This was a easy resolution that Joe escalated by trying to play the blame game instead of taking accountability as a real manager would. Don't think I will go back to this location again after this.

Ordered a large Meat Lovers thin crust last night. It was EXTREMELY dry. Hardly any sauce or cheese or meat toppings to be honest. The pepperoni was so hard and dry, the other meat toppings felt like hard pebbles. The pizza wasn't even lukewarm. I've been a lifelong Pizza Hut fan, this pizza was honestly not even worthy of ONE Star. It truly put a damper on my movie night.

Usually Pizza Hut pizza’s are so cheesy, but today we ordered to be delivered and was waiting on them and it was said it would delivered in 8:46 pm, but it was already passed 9 pm, so we called them asking what’s going on. They said it was if they can send it but since we were already on the way to pick as it was too late, we grabbed pizza that was obviously cold by then.
