Enjoyed the grand opening of this Kozy place near Santa Barbara. Great coffee and service. Definitely will stop again.
The drinks were good and on-par with Starbucks, and honestly, probably even better than Starbucks.
good lattes and pastries with quick service (:
Best (and only real) espresso in Isla vista lol
Ive gone to Kozy 2-3 times a week this quarter! I love this place, best coffee and pastries around! I get the honey vanilla iced latte and they always make it to perfection and so yummy. Staff is super friendly and get my order out so quick.
Super cute place in the heart of downtown. Lots of seating to hangout with friends and a great place to study. The service was pretty fast, despite the line going around the corner. The food and pastries looked absolutely divine and tasted like it too! Highly recommend.
So ummm yeah. Okay I don’t quite know how to start but alright I’ll give it a try. Oooo boi, this is gonna be tough to begin. Let’s just say, wow. Miss C was the best barista definitely come by.
The coffee here is delicious. The baristas were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the coffee orders. The seats are really comfortable and the bathroom is really clean. I’m visiting but if I lived in the area it’d be my go to.
My new study space! only complaint is how crowded it is haha but love the vibes here and the coffee is good. They have a lot of outlets which is good for a work session here.
Far better coffee than Starbucks. Excellent customer service. Been there twice and the cafe latte was prepared very well
My new favorite spot in IV. It’s so cute with the colors and the coffee was good, it feels like it’s always been there

Great vibes + decent coffee. I wouldn’t come here for the coffee alone, but it’s always a good study spot.

I got an iced coffee, it looked great, but it was weak coffee, even for iced coffee

This place has the potential to be very good as the atmosphere is cozy and also the workers are very friendly. However, I have given this place many chances and I am always disappointed with the preparation of my coffee. I tried the Pumpkin Chai latte and not only was the drink lukewarm but it just tasted like they put a whole bottle of pumpkin syrup and 10 tablespoons of cinnamon. I love chai flavored drinks but this was not it. It seems like every time I get a drink from here, they overdo it on the flavors making it too sweet and not the right balance. They need to rethink their recipes and get the right ratio of ingredients to make the drink pleasant. The same thing happened last year when I took my friend here and she had to return her drink too because the flavors were too overpowering. On top of that, you are already paying a lot for a drink so it is frustrating that the drink is lukewarm and you can't even finish drinking it. I was better off making my coffee at home.

I came in last Sunday and while my drink was alright, I saw on the back counter near the register a used ZYN just laying there along with the container. INSANE
First of all, I have had coffee in this shop more than a dozen times. I have gone there almost every day in the past two weeks, and every time I order a large caramel latte. But today I was outraged by their unreasonable overcharge. Will never go to this store again. I ordered a 16oz caramel latte today and was charged 5.75 dollars, but according to the menu price I only had to pay 5.25 (4.5+0.75 for caramel syrup). I found the store theory. Because the menu says 4.5/5.5 dollars for latte with two choices, and when ordering, I was asked if I wanted 16oz or 20oz, and there were only two cup sizes for cold drinks. But the store manager told me that they did not charge the wrong fee. The “/“ symbol in the menu actually means range. There was also a price of 5 dollars that was not marked. He tried to take out a cup with hot drinks and explained to me that there was a smaller size. It's 4.5 dollars but the size I ordered (16oz) is actually 5 dollars. It’s really ridiculous. Regardless of the menu price and the available cold drink cups I find, there is no third option absolutely. Is this a fraud? ? ? Do you really still go to this kind of store? ? ?
usually when me and my bf go in the mornings we get attended by a girl and she never charges us extra for caramel or gives us attitude but there was a guy he was charging extra and being rude totally ruined our morning. we need the girl back this guy is n not it
I got a dirty blended chai and it was literally pure milk. Got no caffeine buzz either and it was over 7$. For straight iced milk basically.
Not only was the coffee overpriced but the service was even worse. Needs a change of management at the very least.
