Starbucks Jackson Heights Reviews
Every staff I have ever encountered has always been nothing- but friendly and fast-paced. Over the years I have been going there, they have established a clean environment; I genuinely do hope Starbucks values each employee working here because each individual represents with each order kindness and efficiency through collaboration; they're able to complete their tasks effortlessly from a consumer standpoint, the dream team is what I return to the establishment, and last but not least, They make each order to the last bite/sip; perfection, the beverage taste is memorable and leaves you wanting more. Thank you for your services.
I mean its Starbucks. Need I say more? Can't, time to go get some Pumpkin Spice...
Best baristas in all of NYC! Clean and community oriented.
Extremely well cafe near my home, besides that the service and place is organized, clean, and friendly Baristas!
Always great service, friendly staff, clean, don't stop by often but nice every once in a while :)
I just picked up my morning cold brew from this Starbucks. I gotta say, when I picked up my coffee, an unexpected surprise came forth. A heart was drawn in chocolate syrup on top of my cold foam. Unexpected surprises, whether big or small can have and definitely did have a positive effect. The barista who made my order, thank you. And to corporate, notice your workers more and make them feel as special as I did picking up my morning coffee today.
I definitely like the staff they were extremely friendly and kind, and the food was okay . I will say though there are so many people there that are not even consuming anything and they are taking up the tables which is very annoying especially when you’re actually buying something from the store and he wants to sit down but there is no space because sometimes there’s one person who bought food from outside that is taking up a whole table. I also noticed that there was a group of people that only had one coffee and it was a group of five and I was pretty annoyed because they were taking up two tables and only one of them had bought something which was extremely horrible to have to stand there and just wait until somebody eventually leaves for you who are consuming to sit and enjoy your coffee. overall, I would say this place is fine, but it will be much more better if only people who are consuming are allowed to stay inside.
Pretty good Starbucks location. Well managed and fixing counters are serviced frequently. For seating: big table for laptops (few outlets), some comfy chairs, a love seat, and small two-seater tables. Restroom is in the back. It is, for some reason, crowded regardless of the time of day but I never have a hard time finding a seat.
It's nice but usually very packed inside and it's overpriced....go to Liberty Bagels
Service is kind of slow here. There was a line of 5 people and it went slow. I also had to wait a little bit after ordering my drink and I only got a tea. Bathroom was clean and people were nice. Plenty of seating area if you are looking to do work.
I wish they change the way to place the order I don't understand why they always in some way manage to write my name down WRONG ALWAYS i don't get it, i going to do something i don't like witch is i gonna be like that the poor guy you know... If you are not going to be able to understand a 4 letters name it should be a self service setting up a simple order like Mcdonald does Which is great... The other star is because this place looks sad even when there is people inside
This place use to my fav place for getting coffee, but the service are not friendly at all, I have buy two coffee with two hot breakfast with raining day, I ask for a bag. Now they charge $0.05???? Will I just came here the day before was not ask for it! Also it is raining. I understand everything need month. But say it in the nice way. And today my vt ice carml macch (don't taste like anything) you really made my day ,😤😤😠
Just got in from 24 hours of trying to get to NY from all our flights cancelled in Florida due to severe flooding and we were all in much need of coffee. We were so happy to find a Starbucks near the airport! We ordered via mobile order. As I went to get my order I needed to request additional items and carriers. I stood there for at least five minutes saying good morning excuse me to all 3 workers and not one made any eye contact or offered to help. I proceeded to wait in line and the cashier tried her best to help but the people working food/coffee were too busy having personal conversations and singing. I have never felt so disrespected by a Starbucks. Do better, a basic greeting or a simple hello to a customer asking for help goes a long way. Our orders were not correct either. Needless to say one star is a gift.
RUDE AND DISMISSIVE EMPLOYEE. Don't bother asking if they have their seasonal drink. I usually enjoy my visits to this location, but my experience today was incredibly disappointing due to an employee named J. I went in specifically for the Pistachio Latte. There were signs for it outside and inside the establishment. When I reached the counter and asked for it, J snapped at me, stating they were out of the syrup in a tone that felt like I was an inconvenience for even asking. Then he followed up with "is that a problem?". There was no "sorry for the inconvenience" or an offer to suggest a similar alternative - just a dismissive, snappy attitude that made the whole interaction feel tense. I understand that seasonal items run out, and that's totally fine, but the customer service shouldn't disappear with the inventory. A little politeness goes a long way, and unfortunately, J's attitude turned a simple coffee run into a negative start to my day.
The coffee here is awful. Do better! I asked for a simple latte with vanilla syrup and got milk no coffee or vanilla flavor. Another time I tried the protein coffee and it was all milk. Awful compared to other Starbucks I’ve been to. If you want hot milk then this is ur place. I’ll keep going to Cafe Benne a block away at least I can taste the coffee.
I do not need to see the coffee cup i ordered my babe with hearts drawn all over it. Keep it professional. This isnt a coloring book. Coffee is payed for not for the hearts drawn all over the cup. If you're into drawing take a Art Class Thank You! If there's a issue with reading this message [review] I can verbally explain it in person. Have a good day
I usually get a drink and sometimes they didn't have it but it was okay, because I am flexible. I ordered a simple drink and it took them 10 minutes to get it completed. They are understaffed when times are busy and they need more help.
The store manager always seems upset every time I come in for my mobile order. I would not like to work with a toxic manager such as herself. Maybe fast-food isn't for her? Cheers.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The two employees at the front acted like they owned the place and seemed to lack basic customer service skills like welcoming guests. While I could overlook their attitudes, what really bothered me was the handling of my cappuccino order. I ordered two cappuccinos to go and requested a cup holder since I had a 7-block walk ahead. The employee gave me thin sleeves, which weren't sufficient for the heat. When I asked for a cup holder, pointing out that they had them available, he got visibly upset. Why have cup holders if they're not offered to customers who need them? As a former dunkin donut employee myself (roosevelt ave, 2015), I know the importance of customer satisfaction. I hope the store manager sees this and provides additional training to the staff, kindly Check camera 10:10 am, 5/20/2025 78-25, 37th Ave Jackson Heights , NY 11372
MANAGER, read please! If you close before than 10 , please don’t write 10 pm on google maps. We lost money time and trust against your company! It was 9.42 pm when I arrived to this starbucks location and I drove 15 minute (2.5 miles) to get a coffee and be able to stay awake on my night shift. I just trusted schedule of this branch on google maps but your staffs are not loyal to this schedule.8/12/2022 2 boys were working in store.
