A Churrasqueira Jamaica Reviews
They have a special a hamburger with fries and a coke for $10 and the delicious cappuccino was just $4 batteries was excellent behind the bar
The cooks know flavors and the servers know people at this spot. The cost structure makes sense. Their food quality is solid. Their workers delivered prompt service without errors. This spot has mastered its craft.
We stopped here for lunch on the way to JFK (switch from LIRR to air train). Excellent find, this is our new lunch spot on the way to JFL excellent (and very nice) service, great food. What a great find !
The food was absolutely fresh and delicious. Staff was attentive and friendly. The steak was so juicy, hot, and tender. Yummy!!!
They went above and beyond when I ordered food from them and the driver stole the order. They kept good communication throughout the process, were generous, and very kind over the phone. If you’re a Brazilian like myself who likes to eat a good churrasco I’d 100% recommend this place, the food and service never disappoints.
One of our favorite places. Always superb food & excellent service. Yesterday ordered roasted chicken, baked bacalao, & octopus with rice -- each one luscious.
I'm not from NY, I'm from Texas, but wow what a great restaurant this is . I love the salad I ate and especially the bread with butter and the olive oil and then the green and black olives they give you and the coldest beers . I loved how the bartenders and the manager made me feel welcomed . People if you're in this area don't pass this place up it's truly a great place . If a country boy from Texas loves this place then anyone will really love this place . I can't wait to go back and eat and just hang out and drink some really cold Budweiser's. To this restaurant thank you for making this country boy feel welcome in your restaurant. With love From deep in the heart of Texas!!!!
We were there on April 24th Wed. We have been here for a private party in the back room around 10 years ago. I want to start with the service. Girl/lady bartender was the only server. She was very good and attentive. Wine pours were very generous. Food was very good as well. Everything was done in timely manner. Loved it. We will be back.
Nice Portuguese restaurant in the Jamaica neighborhood a few blocks south of the train station. Welcoming and comfortable interior along with an extensive menu of steaks, seafood and other classics. Portions are unsurprisingly large and family-style, so consider ordering to share if dining as a group.
A Churrasqueira in New York is a fun spot with great service. The staff is attentive and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. The highlight is definitely the bar, which adds a lively vibe. The food is good, but not exceptional. However, the neighborhood isn’t the best, so plan accordingly.
They state they close at 11 but kitchen closes at 9:30? make it make sense it's 9pm rn and I told them I'll be there in 20 minutes I guess not. To the owner exactly that's the point but no where did you state that on your website instead the waitress told us to come in and waste our time thanks a lot No mention of a last seating at all so that's on your part.
I wanted to like this place...but its a no from me. I ordered for pickup and when I stepped inside the ambiance was actually very nice but the food not so much. The Mariscada Zarzuela (in the tray) was over-priced ($33) and didn't taste fresh. The pork Alentejana tasted like they were smothered in buffalo sauce. If that was the case I'd just go to Buffalo Wild Wings and not a Portuguese restaurant. Next, the "vegetarian" platter just looks pathetic. Finally, they could've at least given us more rice considering that all these entres are lacking a side.
