Being gluten free, this place is one of the best in town for a variety that I can chose from. Everything from actual gf dough to cauliflower dough! Best in town for gluten free pizzas hands down!

Fantastic pizza! We are nomads and are living in the area for a few months and Pace’s is the first pizza we tried in Jamestown! Loved the square cut and the fact they had GREEN OLIVES, one of my all time favorite toppings! They accidentally put black olives on it but when we called they were extremely nice and offered to make us a new pie. Great pizza AND service! We will be back!

In 2016,2017,and 2018 I had so many bad experiences (long waits, wrong orders, multiple overcooked dry inedible pizzas, and getting charged for extra cheese that I never received multiple times) that it made me abandon them even though they're my childhood favorite pizza. I recently drove by with a friend who's never been and he asked about them. I have ALWAYS loved their salads with their amazing homemade Italian dressing, cheese, and pepperoni. I was feeling nostalgic and he wanted to try so I decided to give them one last chance after texting my cousin who said that they've been better since covid. I'm so glad I did! This hit me right in the childhood feels! Amazing salads still,great pizza, and friendly service. Very clean, fast, and accurate like I remembered from my childhood. I'm ready to become a long standing regular again!

Pizza was very good. Service a little slow, our pizza took awhile to come out. We ordered salads that were $4.75 each. I expected a nice big salad but it came out with lettuce, some cheese, and 2 pieces of pepperoni. The cost was outrageous for what we got. Recommended adding some tomatoes, cucumber, onions maybe. If you make people pay $4.75 for a tiny salad at least put the regular salad toppings on it.

The pizza was good- just smaller than expected and cut oddly. I just wish they also offered wings! We visited when staying for the weekend (I love Lucy Museum. Would def eat there again if we happened to be passing through.

My son and I were staying in the area for a ski trip and looked up local pizza shops to order carry out at the hotel. Pace's had very good reviews. The pizza was good and took about 20 minutes. So, overall, good experience and food. The only issue we had was with the salad that we ordered. There are two sizes, small and large. We ordered the large so that we could share. Unfortunately, when we got back to the hotel and opened the salad container, it was much smaller than anticipated and really not shareable. We were billed for a large, but definitely looked like a small order. Maybe just a mix-up in who ever packed the order as I can't believe this would be their large.

Extremely strange service. Ordered a pizza and returned 20 minutes later as instructed. Staff rudely and pointedly ignored me for 5 minutes. When I asked a waitress to check on the status the cook rolled her eyes and called over that she was the one cooking it but gave no further info. Asked for a time frame and you'd have thought I had 3 heads. Place was cute and food was fine, but service was too bizarre to recommend.

Rude waitress gave my wife attitude when she called to place the order. Wouldn't pick up after either the call was dropped or the waitress hung up. We paid 27 dollars for the 17 inch pace's special and as the pictures will show, we got 15 inches of the 17 inch pizza that was luke-warm by the time I picked it up. I was on time too. Just noticed the bottom of the pizza box says 16". Come on.

2 nd time i Ordered extra cheese. Asked for cheese to be dripping off of the slice and instead got what looks like plastic cheese. Not even sticking to the bread. I don’t get it but thanks anyways.

I called to place an order and asked what options of the pizza they had. (White pizza) The woman proceeded to not even give me a chance to speak and proceeds to tell me she doesnt have the time to sit on the phone while i figure out what i wanted to order also stating how she had pizzas burning behind her. She never once gave me a chance to speak let alone make my order. She answered the phone in an awful manner right from the beginning. She then hung up and i called back to attempt to place my order again even after being treated nasty and she proceeded to tell me it was my fault i couldnt place my order then places me on hold to hang up AGAIN. Idk who this woman is answering the phones but she is atrocious and i cannot believe she is involved in running a local owned business who once before ask for the communities support themselves. I am just at a loss for words on how poorly this woman treated me. Do not recommend unless you want treated like trash.

I am sooo disappointed. I’ve always wanted to try paces pizza. Finally did. How disappointing. I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. Extra toppings are about two dollars. As you can see this pizza doesn’t even have cheese on some slices. $35!!! Never again. It’s terrible the sauce tastes like Hunts sauce from the can. Also I didn’t realize they only sell pizza. No wings, no subs, nothing. Strictly pizza.
