My daughter told me she wanted James Charles's signature refreshment, the "Pinkity Drinkity". I didn't see it on the menu, but asked for it anyway. The barista laughed and said they did have it, but it was just called "Pink Drink". My teenage daughter set me up...but Starbucks found the humor in it and therefore, so did I. And our "Pinkity Drinkities" were fabulous!

Great atmosphere to read and catch up on computer business. Great place to buy Whole bean coffees plus the sales clerk offered to grind our bag.

Easily accessible, plenty of parking and super fast drive thru service along with a comfortable seating area should you decide to stay for a bit make this a nice Starbucks to visit (especially considering it's the ONLY Starbucks in the area).

My Starbucks order-taker and barista on Fairmount Avenue in Jamestown, NY were superb. I purchased the Cremenelli sausage and cheese slices, the bag of chocolate peanut butter pop corn and my favorite: caffe mocha with decaf coffee, whole milk, no whip, in Venti size. Everything was so yummy! The setting was clean and well decorated too, with comfy chairs, and outlets to recharge cell phones. I just love love love Starbucks. ❤❤❤❤❤

Always very cheerful service and they’ll replace their mistakes for nothing, and usually upgrade you to the next size or offer to give you something free, just for your trouble. Great service.

The line of vehicles in the drive thru was to the main entrance, parking lot was mostly full with multiple people inside. They still got my coffee done within a few minutes. Fast service!

Well, the food is good. The drinks are phenomenal. I like a caramel frappuchino with 8 & 8 with extra caramel drizzle (and a Jeffrey flip) plus, a bagel with butter. It's the perfect place to go to catch up with your friends. And if you're a regular .. It's where everyone knows your name.

Thanks for the nice stop on our way through back to the Pittsburgh area from the allegheny national forest. We were specifically looking for a bathroom along our travels and my wife saw Starbucks and wanted a coffee. However, I'm sure it's thanks to this wonderful pandemic, there was a sign that said the bathroom was closed. I ask the young lady behind the counter if she knew if any restrooms that would be open nearby and she told us we could use theirs! THANK YOU!

I first went through the drive through where there was a miscommunication and i got an incorrect drink but i called and a gentleman assisted me and told me to stop back. I did and he corrected my order and got me an amazing drink which is my new favorite. Great customer service 🖤

EVERYONE there is friendly, no matter how hectic it gets. We usually order through the app to save time and when I go in to pickup the order, I ask for a "pup cup" for my dog and they do it without hesitation. They greet me with a "hello" and a smile! Just love this place!

Competent, Genuinely Friendly Staff and Management. Struggling at times with company created distrubution supply issues being out of some items but quick to remedy with excellent replacement suggestions. Consistently well made drinks. Gotta Love a place with Quality Standards, unlike that other place a quarter mile West on the same street that shall go unmentioned.

Starbucks coffee gets its criticisms (many valid) but one thing that makes this cafe is the customer service is top notch. The workers and managers seem to have it put together excellently. Never moaning or complaining. Cleanliness is ok, could be better but not as bad as Tim Hortons in the area. Coffee is good (made well by the workers, the aforementioned corporate criticisms disregarded on this comment), fair prices.

Wonderful experience this morning! Went to Starbucks for some hot tea and Shelly made my experience even better! I have a cold so I’m stuffed up and she realized so she was very caring and even offered me honey with my hot tea. She had a smile while taking my order and while cashing me out. Such a warm-hearted lady. Thank you! :)

I went in and saw the most beautiful barista! Her name is Chloe and she is so beautiful and makes the best coffee! I’ve never met someone that glows the way she does and it makes my day when I see her. I hope one day to ask for her hand in marriage.

Any and all so far have been delightful. I go there a lot and only had one mix up. We are talking one in about 2000 visits... what! I love them. The baristas always give me a smile.

Stopped at this Starbucks on the way to Pittsburgh. The Café area is clean and tidy. The service was excellent! Me & my boyfriend were greeted with a smile and a hello. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who waited on us, I think it was Amanda? Drinks tasted great, flavorful and perfect temperature. She offered to warm my pastry as well. It's been a long time since we've been to a Starbucks that has 1) This level of customer service and 2) The drinks that were made correctly and with care. Kudos to this Starbucks and thank you for caffeinating us on our trip! :)

Drinks were good once we recieved them. Plenty of staff with no orders being prepared and they were waiting at the window for a friend to come around so they could chat for a while before preparing our 2 small drinks.

I frequently use the app to order online and pick up. My order is always ready and waiting for me when I arrive and is still nice and hot. The staff always greets you with a warm welcome and a smile. If you are as addicted to Starbucks as I am, you will definitely enjoy coming to this location.

Very friendly & helpful staff. They shared a tidbit about the App that is going to be useful. They didn't have a carrier for all my drinks so they helped me carry them out to my car! Above & beyond service!

First time for me. I tried the strawberry funnel cake frappe. It was really good. Quick service at the drive thru.

They are open but not like before. The drive through line is always long. Put a mask on and go in and get much faster service.

Cashier was rude with her facial expressions when I asked a question. She did not respond. I had to ask the question twice and even her coworkers were looking at her odd. Went in for a iced coffee thingie. Yes, I don't know what the drink is called. The girls do though. They always treat me with respect. If they didn't have masks on, I'd have added with a smile on their face. The drink was delicious. Not much of a wait. Not too busy.

It is a Starbucks, so there is overpriced coffee and they're almost always busy. This location is a little tough as far as in and out being right off Hwy 394. It is a smaller unit with a wrap around drive through that is always busy.

The drive thru was quick and easy on a Friday evening, unlike other times I have gone. The drinks were delicious but not overly hot and prices have drastically increased. Good but not sure worth the $12 price tag for two drinks. Could get the same at neighboring coffee shops for under $6 total.

This is the busiest Starbucks I have been to in a long time. The parking lot is impossible to get to since the drive through people line up all the way out the entrance of the parking lot. I ordered on the app and was told it would be 21 to 26 minutes... the employees were obviously overwhelmed and running around like chickens with their heads cut off, I actually felt bad for them. Drinks and food were as expected but it did take a long time to get them.

Usually I have pretty good service here but the last two times were not so good. I order using the mobile app. When I got there today my order was not ready and the item I ordered was not available. So the whole idea of ordering a head... FORGET IT... I ordered from my home in Jamestown and drove to Lakewood. It took me about 10-12 minutes. So frustrating. I am generally a patient person but Starbucks isn't cheap and I expect a higher level of service for the price. Get it together Starbucks.

15 minute wait at the drive through window for two drinks. The teen guy just shoved them out the window and walked away. Rude as hell. This was first shift. You get better service at Tim Hortons

After ordering our drinks with the boba pearls in them and asking for the boba straws, we were very rudely told they were out of the straws.

One of the slowest places in the county to get a cup of coffee. Too expensive. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Watch the potholes when you pull out because you'll ruin your car

I love Starbucks, but hate paying extra for non dairy, then getting the wrong non dairy, and they add whip topping when I asked for none. :(

I really don't recommend eating here or drinking there coffee. Food it normally not good, horable coffee frfr! And the cost is way to high.

Staff was friendly. However we ordered 2 decaf coffees that needed to be pour overs as Starbucks rately has brewef decaf. They were quite horrible....very weak. As a side note, we drove quite a distance out of our way to get to a Starbucks. We always go to a starbucks when traveling and it's usually worth the effort. We could have gone to McDonald's or burger king for less stress. All in all.....very disappointing.

May be the WORST drive thru service ever experienced. Stopped in for a "quick" cup of coffee and the sat in the drive thru lane for over 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon at 3 PM. The average time spent per car at the window was over 5 min. (there weren't that many cars in line so I thought it would be quick). They were either severely understaffed or the staff was severely undertrained. I rarely go to starbucks because of the expense and the lack of concern for the environment, and this experience certainly reinforced my aversion to the company.

I just got a vanilla cold brew. The sugar I asked for was stuck to inside of lid. The cream was all in the bottom and there is not any vanilla flavor. It tastes terrible. I am done! I have given Starbucks too many chances . They mess up my drink Everytime, just like the other place does. You are both done! I gave 2 stars because they were prompt

CHECK your order! Used drive thru - black coffee too hot to drink and had grounds in it -- plus no sweetner in iced latte as per order. Disappointing...

Went to order a drink, employee named Bailee was rude to me when I was confused about something. I don't come to Starbucks that often and don't know the lingo that well.

If the name on the employee aprons are correct, avoid Jeff unless you enjoy an extra helping of attitude with your coffee. If a manager reads these reviews I think it's time for some training in basic courtesy.

Really my order is not that complicated and since they no longer hand write it gets messed up over and over. Come on no ice, don't froth the milk and I want fresh hot espresso! Very hard and complicated.

I usually have a great experience here, but I just left there...and it was awful. I went inside, and ordered 2 dark chocolate, 1 mocha, and a strawberries and cream fraps. So, I get my order...and they always asked me for my name, didn’t ask me for that. On top of that, the lady brought us three mochas...I politely told her that I ordered two dark chocolate and one mocha, all she told me was “sorry” and walked away. So, I already leave the store very unhappy, and I take a drink of my coffee and it was literally awful, I had to throw it away. It tasted like black coffee with a mix of chunky ice. I was so disgusted and will NEVER come here again. Hopefully somebody from higher up will read this message and try to do something to keep me a promoter, because from this point on, I will never come here again and probably no other Starbucks for quite some time.

It was horrible. I got an email saying get a free drink tommorow with any purchase today. I ordered the drink and asked the person waiting on me how to use to app today to get the free drink tommorow. After 6 or 7 minutes of him trying to figure it out using the app on my phone. I said forget it and walked out.

I recently got a drink from here with chocolate malt powder and it wasn't stirred at all!! Its just all powder at the bottom of my cup. The liquid didn't even mix in with it I can just see ALL the powder it was like doing the cinnamon challenge all over again

I'd love to come here don't get me wrong but after today not anymore...basically changing me for every little thing(I already know there are charges for syrups and the sorts) but it's ridiculous to still make me pay full price on drinks I had coupons for and to argue with me to still tell me I had to pay full price...I'm sick of it and ill just go to a different location

Ordered a flat white, got something that tastes a lot like drip coffee with a splash of milk. Drive through, and store was not busy at the time of pick up.

Asked and payed for oatmilk because I’m lactose intolerant- and I was given regular milk. They’ve never really made my drink right before this, but this time was the most wrong- wish there was another Starbucks within a reasonable driving distance :/

I ordered a standard drink off the menu and simply asked for lemonade to be added, I actually repeated myself twice to clarify for the person at the speaker box but my drink was still messed up. The employee at the window was pleasant enough, but if you are going to charge a premium then shove a request for an additional tip in everyone’s faces then their order should at least be made correctly.

Was told they no longer filled iced drinks up all the way if I ask without ice but when I asked other baristas at other stores they told me that no, that is not the standard and they fill it to the top. I feel ripped off of my drink. My gf used to be a barista at one and said they only filled it to the top black line and left it there. It was basically half empty.

Went in for a basic coffee, was told the wait was 30 minutes due to mobile orders and they were severely behind. There were 4 or 5 people in their total. Love Starbucks, but wanted to leave this review so they can hopefully review their processes one day so you don’t lose customers.
